We loved our family trip to Willapa Bay KOA. Brian and Erica were incredible hosts and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. There were plenty of family friendly activities for everyone to participate in, we were really blown away by the attention to detail and hospitality. We hope to return again one day!

It was a great spot. We able to visit Long Beach, Seaside. The bathroom/showers were clean, My only suggestion would be is if the mattress in the cabin could be better. It’s getting hard to sleep on those as you get older. I brought as much padding as I could carry since I have been in these cabins before.

We stayed in a basic cabin. We hadn't expected a refrigerator, so were pleased that we could freeze our blue ice packs in its little freezer. It was quiet, and the beds were quite comfortable. We would come again, and maybe next time get a cabin with a bathroom.

Our family just traveled from sea to shining sea staying at KOA cabins. We’ve seen it all — the good, the bad & the ugly— and Bay Center/ Willapa Bay is by far the best KOA of them all! Clean, well-maintained, helpful staff and set up for both privacy and a sense of community! These folks could teach classes on best KOA practices! We will be back!

The staff was wonderful! They were kind and friendly to the children and had great activities. The cabins were well constructed and so cute. We will definitely be coming back next year.

We love the low key, small campground feel. The owners and staff really get to know everyone and make the stay comfortable. Would like to see some additional amenities like pots/pans, dish rack and utensils in the deluxe cabins. Spaces are quite tight with not much privacy but in general everyone seems to be respectful. Campground is very clean and store well stocked.

This was the 1st of our 3-KOA trip, and sadly, it was a disappointment. Pluses: The host was friendly & very accommodating. Minuses: The cabin’s so small there’s no room to set out your supplies; as a senior with balance issues, the gravel walkway was a “no” for me; the bees were relentless, so no outdoor cooking/eating. Our stay was amazing both nights that we stayed! We also stayed last summer and tent camped which was also amazing! This summer we stayed 2 nights in two different style cabins and we will definitely be back! The cabin was relaxing and the perfect spot for my daughter’s dog! We loved hiking around the property and down to the Bay. Everyone who works at the campground is friendly and helpful! We would definitely visit this KOA again!

We had a blast. Everything on site was clean and very well maintained. The bathrooms/showers were immaculate. The cabin was great. The linens were fresh and clean as well. The KOA hosts had activities on Friday nights and the weekend that were very nice. The beach is just steps away. We did the clamming and it turned out great. So worth it!!! The hosts put a lot of effort and it shows!!!!

My family was in the cabin K2 and all the smoke from the Cabin closest to the bay (K1?) goes straight into the BBQ area of the K2 cabin, making it impossible to stay outside. In the end, we spent most of the time inside or out in the beach. I tried to return the wood I bought when I made the reservation because we couldn’t stay in the fire pit area to use it and I couldn’t.

Wow! Amazing camp ground! Awesome awesome awesome hosts!! They were so nice :) everything was SO clean. We even had a nice treat of ice cream, but even better treat when we spotted some deer on our walk down to the beach. Look forward to coming back.

Just a wonderful place to stay! The staff is so friendly and they have lots of fun activities! We participated in wine tasting and went clamming. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this KOA if you enjoy being in a remote area and enjoy nature or the ocean.

Best KOA I've stayed at so far. Clean, well organized, very accommodating (they will deliver things to your site like ice and firewood). Grounds were very well taken care of, beautiful site very close to the Bay and walkable down to the beach. Saw a couple of deer. The little rustic cabin was in great shape and the mattress pads were AWESOME!

Host’s are so friendly and helpful. It was our first stay at a KOA and we really enjoyed it. Perfect with our dog and teenaged kids. Love the set up they have. Best yurt we have stayed in. Loved it so much we booked another stay before we even left.

The staff was amazing, the facilities were clean, the store had everything we were missing, they kept us all in the loop of current activities through texts which was very nice, and they offered lots of activities and meals. It was a great experience.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and we had SO much fun! We enjoyed everything from our cabin to the playground (Gaga ball is now “the best game ever” according to my kids) to the many activities for kids and adults. Brian and Erica were wonderful hosts - genuinely wonderful people who treat you like family from the moment you arrive. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this stay. We were rained in during one of our nights at the property which limited our ability to hang out with the kids at the beach, but the KOA did not disappoint at all as they had endless amount of activities that kept our kids busy. We genuinely enjoyed every aspect of the stay for both our kids and even for us! The wine tasting was absolutely superb! TY Erica and Brian!

The Cabin was super cute and even had a box fan (which we used quite a bit) only complaint is the mattresses are a tad thin. The camp staff were so friendly and helpful and I felt I credibly welcome and safe. They even delivered wood to my cabin! The walk to the beach is through a magical forest and gorgeous. Will be back!

Absolutely wonderful! Last minute weekday trip up to Washington and we couldn't have found a better KOA! Staff is incredibly friendly, they have lots of activities for kids, and the trail to the beach is stunningly beautiful. We booked a cabin for 1 night initially, and ended up booking two more nights because it was so relaxing. Highly recommended!

Stay was very nice. Consider providing towels & linens with out the additional fee. This is the first koa I’ve stayed at where towels & linens weren’t provided. I’ve stayed at Leavenworth & Warrenton Los several times. It’s nice to walk into your cabin knowing your bed is already made & towels are available without paying an additional fee.

Wonderful smaller KOA with great hosts in a quiet, quaint location. Perfect for a family getaway where the kids were safe to roam but close enough to enjoy day trips to Oregon or Long Beach. Staff are so kind and friendly and we had a wonderful time. We'll definitely be returning.

Had a wonderful visit to Bay Center! We camped for the week and loved walking down to the beach each night and exploring the area during the day. Great jumping off point for Astoria, Long Beach, and Olympia. And the hosts were amazing with their suggestions and care of the campground. We will be back!
