Very friendly staff, clean campground and spacious sites. Stayed during the 4th and the campground hosted many family friendly activities. Short walk to the beach, would stay here again!

This campground is great for families, with lots of weekend activities to enjoy. We loved how we received text messages throughout the day reminding us of upcoming activities so we were sure not to miss any of the fun. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the facility was excellent.

Brian and Erika and their team have created a showcase KOA. The fact that it sits on the Washington southwestern coast helps, however their KOA is everything a traveler would want-a clean, organized, professional operation with courteous and helpful management and staff. Thank you for making my 2-weeks a fabulous experience. I’ll be back!

This is our favorite place to stay and dig for clams. You can walk very close to the clamming bed. When you reach your limit, you can climb back up the ladder to your site. Unfortunately, clamming is closed in Washington for all shellfish. We have been visiting this place for about 8 years, and it has undergone some small changes since then. However, we are hoping for more upgrades and amenities.

We had a wonderful visit! We enjoyed exploring the beach. Lots of activities for the kids, very clean campground and bathrooms. Hosts were great!

In the past we would bring our RV to stay at the KOA. This year decided to use the deluxe cabins. There was food in the freezer from previous occupants. The ceiling fan was disgusting with dirt hanging from the blades. We should not have to pay more than we do for a motel room. We still had a great time because of family. We have gone to this KOA @ least 30 years, probably won’t again.

The beach was glorious. We really loved the staff & the campground was brilliant. Clam digging equipment available & lots of activities. I especially enjoyed the clean, convenient showers with lots of hot water. Our campsite was beautiful. Thank you

This was our second visit to Willapa Bay KOA. We noticed great improvements, the facilities were nice and clean and the store was full of goodies. The staff were very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit. We have stayed at 14 KOA's this year and have NOT been disappointed. H. Melinda Cooper

Extremely well done. The owners are meticulous with upkeep and groundwork, yet it still looks natural and forested. There’s no pool, and no need for one. With activities for the kids like foam party, bounce pad, nature trails, mining sluice, park, bonfire movies and the beach just a few hundred feet away there’s so much better activities to do that really get the kids into the outdoors and nat

Wonderful campground and hosts! We will be back. The updates and activities were awesome! Just 2 safety recommendations for repair/replacement: the beach trail stairs railings need to be nailed in place and our heater cord had been wrapped in electrical tape. Thank you!

Stayed June 11-14; site 3. No issues, site was good and level. It is a nice small, out-of-the-way campground. Staff were friendly. I will say this is the first KOA where I have been charged a pet fee at the time of registering.

I came rolling in on my motorcycle after a very wet, cold and long ride south from the Olympic Peninsula. My hosts immediately saw my situation and upgraded me from a tent to a cabin with a heater! God bless you, I was so cold and not looking forward to sleeping in my tent after a day like that. And, the facilities were fabulous, e.g. quiet and only a short walk to the beach once I warmed up.

The host Brian was so helpful and engaging. The campground was clean and tidy, we enjoyed the patio, the bounce pad and ice cream.

This was a stop while on the way traveling out west. It’s in a remote area which makes it great for quiet time. The beach is approximately 200 yards down a trail. We ate at “Skylar’s” restaurant which was great. The only reason I’m not giving a 10 is that we requested a clear area of the sky (dish satellite) and our spot was directly under trees and slightly muddy. The staff was great !

The cabins are cute, cozy, and clean! The beach is a short walk away. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and the kids loved all the activities and amenities! We’ll certainly visit again!

This place is a hidden gem. Campsites were great, so was the staff. Beautiful walk to the beach. Would definitely come back when visiting Washington.

I've stayed here 4 times this year and every time was wonderful. The cabins were clean, staff friendly. I love the location as it's in a very peaceful place.

Great little campground and nice clean cabins with comfortable beds- we had a blast camping last weekend for Halloween festivities. Erica & Brian do a great job. We'll be back!
