We stayed at the Baton Rouge KOA as an overnight stop over. The staff was very accommodating, knowing I wanted an easy in - easy out spot, they made that happen. From what we saw of this property , it is well kept and clean. Baton Rouge is an area that we want to visit for several days in the future, and when we do, we will stay at this property. We stayed here in a 39' 5th wheel.

I believe we paid for a premium site however were late arriving and placed in a site with a young oak that had low branches, so could not put our slide out. Listened to acorns hit our roof all night.

I would highly recommend staying at Baron Rouge KOA. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The grounds are fantastic and well taken care of. The bathrooms and showers we large and very clean. The swimming pool and hot tub were very inviting. We had a severe thunderstorm come through and tornado watch. The staff provided us information on where the tornado shelter was located.

This spot is a regular stop for us traveling the southeast. We are full-time RVers traveling the roadways and we've stayed at numerous KOAs. What stands out with this stay was their ability / flexibility to adjust our stay due to severe weather conditions. The resort is clean, well maintained and staff are friendly. I will stay again should our travel plans pass through the area.

Beautiful well maintained park. Concrete pads are fairly roomy. Staff friendly and efficient. Most Holiday and Resort KOA pick up trash, they don’t. Inconvenient.

Stopped for one night on our way to FL but we plan on coming back through and spending a couple of nights to explore the area. KOA was super clean, staff were exceptional. Polite and helpful

We had a good stay, however I booked this campground because of the hot tub that my children and I were really looking forward to using. I am a runner and love being able to soak after a long run. We got there and were told the hot tub needed a new heater and it would be replaced the next day. Well the entire week we were there we kept being told it would be fixed the next day...wrong!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are very sorry that we were not able to have it repaired as we had hoped. There was another problem found that we had to address so we could install the heater and unfortunately the part did not come in until just yesterday. Part was installed yesterday and heater today working around rain storms

The roads were narrow, but the Ranger got us safely to our site. The park was very clean and well lit. The water pressure was below standard. I loved the dog park. I have larger dogs, and there was enough room for them to run in your park.

We love this campground. They really have it together and are super friendly. We waited out a major rain storm and had some good food in the area. Can't wait to come back for a visit.

Loved your park. We really enjoyed the Saturday morning breakfast and the folks that prepared it were delightful. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long day on the road. We will be staying again on our way back through.

Great service from friendly staff. Awesome breakfast on Saturday morning. One bar of internet service in site 5 Friday night. Could connect but no internet service. This is a great property with helpful and friendly staff. You advertise free wifi, which you did not provide but this is a simple fix. Consider adding fire rings to each site

Perfect stop for our trip between FL and TX. The campground was easy to get to. The staff was friendly and inviting on checking in. They escorted us to our spot. The campground was quiet and clean.

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- $62/night Stayed 6 nights Site #33 Stayed mid-Jan 2022. Would stay again. Easy checkin. Very very nice folks! Would stay again. Quiet and comfortable. Nice putt-putt course. Propane on-site. Well-stocked store. Good laundry facilities. Our site was a bit tight but overall a great site with shade, cable, level paved site, and maintained really well. Close to lots of restaurants, gas, shopping, etc if that is what you need. Worth noting: Undisclosed construction at the time Construction on the campground during our stay at the time. We were not notified ahead of time. Impacted our work a bit as we work from home.
