it was great! a very peaceful place to stay and relax. staff was very attentive and even came out late to get us checked into our cabin when our key wouldnt unlock the door upon arrival.

as usual the staff was great, and the bathrooms were clean. on Saturday's and Sunday's breakfast was served in the KOA kitchen.

I scheduled a one night stay on my way through and was so impressed with the customer service - from the phone call, to registration, to leading to my site. They knew I was traveling along and all stressed to call the after-hours-number if any issues. Very clean and well cared for campground. Would certainly stay there again!

Great location. Hospitality was awesome. Hard to give a solid rating for our stay because storms caused power outage lasting most of our stay. Wasn’t happy with lack of or late communication regarding power.

Stayed here numerous times. Good overnight stopping point in quiet area. Many good restaurants close to campground. Restrooms & showers are very clean. Close proximity to I-12 without the freeway noise.

Over night stay. Sites very close together. Water filled potholes throughout the park. This KOA needs some TLC. Okay for an overnight, but would not recommend for an extended stay.

Manager was very accommodating to our needs. We have stayed here in past years and it has been consistent in customer service and amenities. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will return.

Very nice quiet park with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I needed to get the radiator replaced in my motorhome and the staff was extremely accommodating with scheduling and the rental of one of the lodges while the motorhome was being worked on. I will definitely stay here again if I come back through Baton Rouge.

We are in a class B van and loved being able to stay in the tent area! It was close to the showers and we had 20 amps which worked well for us.

The campground was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and the staff was delightful! The kids also enjoyed swimming, playing mini golf, jumping on the jump pad, the mini train ride, game room, and weekend breakfast were delicious!! Thanks for the giggles!!!

The host and her husband were wonderful! Great people. Campground was very neat and orgained well. Our site was paved with a nice patio, picnic table and firepit. The site perfectly clean. We will visit here again.

Our paperwork was ready, all prepaid, when we got there and escorted to our space and set up quickly to hit the sights running. Staff was fantastic and helpful, clean property. Everything was great, including mini-golf.

I was dark and quiet! NEW mattress was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, spoke with office staff and they said they would look into AFTER I left. Several issues with “keyless” card working for restroom.

Staff were all super. Nice campground easy in easy out in our 44’ motorhome. Lots of interesting things to do in Baton Rouge. Denham springs is good stop as it has groceries and restaurants

The pull-thru site we were put in was long enough for our trailer, but we could not pull our forward because the front of the site dipped too deep and caused us to drag our front jacks. We had to stop and back up and back out of the site to get out.

The advertised wifi was never available to me at T-04 (Weak signal) The bathroom keycard permitted me access once during the evening, however, I was denied entrance when I attempted to use the facility later that night. I don’t feel comfortable calling the late night number to use the bathroom so I went elsewhere. It’s not the experience I have had at other KOA tent sites. (Bossier and Gulf

Sorry about the weak signal, We have not been able to duplicate the issue. If you had a problem with your access card you should have called the emergency phone number for assistance. We did check the lock as well.

Clean and quiet park. Heavy traffic in and out most nights, but they leave early and then the park in all yours - and the long-staying campers. Those could look better, neater, but nothing too bad (we've seen way worse!) The thing that caught us off guard is they let non-campers use the pool during the summer. We would hate that. We're paying for that amenity and do not expect crowds from outside.

From the moment we pulled in until the day we left, our stay was absolutely wonderful. Y'all truly set the bar for Southern hospitality. It wasn't just the amenities (which were great)—it was the people. While we were busy getting set up, they filled our propane tank for us. Throughout our stay, the staff checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The weather wasn't perfect every day, but even on the rainy day there was plenty for the kids to do. My kids absolutely loved the pool and were in it every chance they got. And I think we played putt-putt every single morning after breakfast. It became part of our daily routine and some of our favorite memories from the trip. I have to give a special shoutout to Mrs. Penny. She is basically the Louisiana version of Dolly Parton—sweet, welcoming, full of personality, and the kind of person who makes you feel like you've known her forever. What stood out most wasn't any one thing—it was the way everyone genuinely seemed to care that we were having a good time. That's something you don't find everywhere these days. Thank y'all for your kindness, your hospitality, and for making our family feel so at home. We left with great memories, happy kids, and already talking about when we can come back.
