Calico Ghost Town

Old silver mining town built in 1881 during the largest silver strike in California. It is now one of a few original Old West mining camps and consists of at least one-third original structures; the remaining buildings are consistent in representing reconstruction of the Old West. A fun place for the whole family located only 3 miles from the park.
