We arrived after the office had closed for the evening & they had turned the heat on in the cabin & left the outside & inside lights on so it was nice after a long drive to arrive on a cold night to a well lit & cosy warm, clean cabin for our stay.

I stayed in one of the cabins only for one night, checking in pretty late and leaving early. Late check in process was easy to follow and the cabin was safe, clean, and a great size.

We stay at Baileyton KOA when we visit our friends who live right up the road. Each stay (I think 4 stays now) has been great! The campground is very clean. The cabin we stayed in this time was immaculate!! The perfect size for our family and very comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay!

Very helpful and accommodating staffers. Beautiful cabin! Had everything we needed. Only plus would be a hand rail to get out of the shower.

We are yearly visitors to Baileyton and we are never disappointed ! We love the small cabin and enjoy it each year! Staff is always so helpful and friendly!

We stayed in a cabin. Everything was very clean upon arrival. Staff was very helpful & they’re always friendly. This was our 3rd time staying there and we will be back again!

We were on the last night home after a long trip and were really tired after a long day driving through I40 traffic. Because of this we called about getting a cabin for the night to avoid setting up our tiny camper. The Tiny House was available and what a great place it is. It is so nicely set up and comfortable we were able to have a very relaxed night and got an early start home the next morning

The cabin had no drive to it, and in the dark, we were unable to know where to park or how to get to the cabin. Staff provided a new cabin; we assume they did not know it was not cleaned from the previous stay. We had sleeping bags and Clorox. Mishaps happen, and we understand and are grateful to have a place to rest for the night.

The delux cabin was awesome. Loved the inclosed porch. It was clean and had everything you needed. Everyone was super nice and the KOA was beautiful and clean had everything and everything for adults and kids. Must go and stay there.

Everything was more than we expected. We will definitely be back for another stay. We would like to suggest a light above the partial kitchen counter, some shelves or additional hooks, and somewhere a couple of chairs and little table. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Everyone there is do friendly and nice. The cabins are fresh and clean. Everyone makes you feel like you are a guest in their homes.

We were greeted with open arms after having called and worrying about where we were staying. They accommodated not only our family but with some longtime friends we hadn’t seen in 20 years! We stayed at the cabin and it was perfect. I had several chats with the owner and staff and are very impressed with all of them! If we pass this way again we will definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in one of the cabins. The staff was very nice and had all the answers to all of our questions. Bob and Karen are great people and we will be going back.

For the first time we stayed in the Rustic Cabin 1 and were very pleased with new wooden interior, beautiful bathroom and fridge/microwave kitchenette. The view from the cabin was gorgeous. The staff was friendly, pool water cool and clean. Will come again.

Stopped over for one night at the Bailyton KOA. Got in really late but the late check in was easy. My little cabin was ready and exactly what I needed after a long day of driving. Would definitely recommend staying.

In a Cabin for 19 nights and we had a great time. The owners, Bob and Karen were great, always busy and friendly. Anything we needed they were right there with a response. Everything was clean and well kept. The rest of the crew were helpful in every way. It was a little far to get to certain places, but that did not bother us as we were there to explore. By far a win.

Every conversation with the team on the phone was warm, professional, and helpful. The cost for staying was very affordable. We can only assume the cabin we stayed in was fairly new as the parking was not well established. It appeared we were to park on a service road behind the cabin which is quite a walk to the entrance of the cabin with belongings and gear. The cabin was beautiful! Will return.

Karen was terrific. The campground is off the beaten path, has a driving range and fishing pond, with many amenities for the kids. The cabin I upgraded to was immaculate and fully contained. However the office doesn't open until 9:30, and when I asked the morning clerk for change, she insisted I could only buy $10 rolls of quarters. I only had $5 and she wouldn't accommodate me. Hence the 4 stars.

Love this campground the staff keep it very clean, and they are very friendly and helpful, would recommend The Baileyton KOA to anyone wanting a place to stay, and they have a lot of activities for the kiddos.

We found this campground about 1 year ago. We have brought our travel trailer here 3 times and have 2 more trips booked in 2025. My parents have stayed in one of the deluxe cabins also. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. We LOVE this place!! Their staff is awesome. Tammy and her husband who are hosts are great! The pool is a little small but very well maintained and clean. They have a huge slide that's fun and very inexpensive. Lots of other free activities each day. The ice cream in the store is delicious and we spend way too much on it! Their sites are great for our 28 foot travel trailer. They have tons of cool activities for holidays. We have stayed for July 4th, Labor Day & Halloween. It's very conveniently located right off the interstate. Also have 3 ponds on the property for fishing if you like to fish.
