Great experience! Last time we were there for a long weekend had to leave early because my mom died suddenly. This time left 12 hours early because one of our cats was sick and we wanted to be closer to home in case he needed to go to ER.

My little sister (from Big Brothers Bid Sisters of Greater Cleveland) her little sister, her grandma and her cousin and I rented a cabin for two nights. We very much enjoyed the swimming pool, crafts and the mega-s’mores!! Each of the employees we interacted with was very helpful and kind. Thank you; despite all of the rain we had a wonderful time.

I stayed in a cabin c4 and it has a strong odor of mildew other than that that would be my only complaint the park was fun and had alot to do

Always a good time! Our go to place when we aren’t doing special camping trips! Sites are large and not a stack and pack campground.

Spent 9 days in a small cabin. It was clean and well appointed. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Lots of activities in the clubhouse, and we spent a lot of time at the pool. Also used the laundry facilities. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The store even had an ice cream counter! This is a quiet and pleasant park.

Public bathrooms were always clean , the staff were wonderful and very nice. My only disappointment was that I was not aware there was no access to Lake Pymatuming itself. Was really looking forward to fishing some.

Campground needs updating. I wouldn’t have even booked here if I knew that we couldn’t put a hammock up on trees. Overall camp not friendly. Felt like outsiders since we had never been there. Daughter fell on her scooter while walking to the pool with us. Security guard looked and kept going.

Enjoyed the daily activities with our kids. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly! Including Dan, who helped guide us to our site, the activity assistant who was super friendly and cheerful and the lifeguard was very sweet and seemed like she performed her duties happily and efficiently! Loved the activity barn and pool. Nearby location to everything we wanted to do/see. Even had wifi!

The campground was very nice the staff was amazing and very helpful even though it rained it was very still warm the kids put on their flip-flops and their shorts and t-shirts and we had so much fun thank you again for making our camping experience wonderful

We have come to Andover/Pymatuning KOA for two years in a row for our Family Reunion. We love the campgrounds and friendly staff very much. We certainly would recommend this campground very highly to friends. They have an abundance of activities for every age. Our children enjoyed participating in many, especially the die dye activity. We all loved the great band they had on Saturday evening!

Lot 117 turned into a giant mud puddle after hard rain but enjoyed the park for the most part

The park seems to be kept up and clean with fun activities and very nice camp store but trees that hang over the campsites could really use a trim because I have a small 10 foot high camper and some branches were touching my roof and also hook ups required extra hose and power extension cord to reach pole, no cable tv? Everyone was very friendly so that makes up for some of the lacking amenities.

We were greeted warmly at check-in. Staff accessible for any questions/concerns and super friendly! Facilities and grounds were clean and well kept. Activities were fun and engaging. Loved that we could bring our dog! Will definitely come back!

We stayed in a 50 amp back-in site for a couple nights, while attending a family reunion just minutes away. We had no view of the lake at any time, but we knew that going in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and I felt this was one of the nicest KOAs that we’ve ever stayed at.

This campground has a ton of potential unfortunately it looks like the owners are just collecting the fees and not putting any effort into upkeep or operations Debris from last years tornado has still not been cleaned up. Patio sites had weeds growing up through the gravel. Camp rules were selectively enforced. Camp staff not following 5mph speed limit in camp.

Staff was excellent, very helpful, pleasant. Other campers were very friendly. Nice pool, good activities, excellent dog park though some areas could use upgrading. The sites do need additional gravel and leveling. We struggled to get level in our site. We were not level even with all the blocking that we had, which is reason for 4/5-star review.

We love this campground. We had an incident with a few neighbors fighting and the camp staff handled it very promptly and efficiently. Our granddaughter was with us and she loved the activities and pool. We all had a great time

The worst part of the stay were the bath houses. The water pressure just isn't there. Very difficult to shower. And the cleaning times were inaccurate. They did not follow the times posted.

My only complaint was the weak internet. Apart from that, Andover/Pymatuning Lake KOA was a great stay!

we really enjoyed having chloe hang around our cabin all weekend. also, my daughter killed a brown recluse spider that came in from the front porch and wanted you to be aware to see if there is any nest of them around

unqualified personal; all info/fliers at front desc old and outdated; personal do not help/know anything about what to do outside the campground; sites are neglected poor maintenance despite the people are nice try their best; terrible management !!!

We were very impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff! This was our first time out with our camper and the location, amenities, and Camp ambassadors made it an exceptional stay!

Pool was clean and open every day of our stay which made us all very happy! Park was clean, bath facilities clean, staff super nice and friendly! It was water wars weekend and we had a blast! So much fun! We love this park!

The staff was fantastic!! Very helpful with getting our 5th wheel on and off the site d/t a sharp turn directly in front of our site. We will go back.

Enjoyed our stay. We were lucky to have a site under a tree site 109. Close to the swimming pool and restroom. The activities were awesome. Especially the water balloon fights!

Awesome place to go camping. Quiet, big lots, lots of activities on the weekends. Has pool, Creek, game room, adult lounge and cabins. Highly recomend, 10 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is amazing. It is so fun and family friendly. They have amazing l weekend events for adults and kids. They have amazing staff, an awesome store with great merch and other fun stuff plus is a great campground and all together an amazing place! This is a Great Place! If you are ever traveling in the area, I would highly suggest stopping by this place!

The staff is on top of things here. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. The sites are large and have fire rings and picnic tables. It has been raing heavy and often the last few days. So many campers had to get tow trucks to get out of their spots. Not all spots have gravel drives. All in all I like it here and will be back. It's quiet here and guest are very friendly
