Our site was 125 & we liked it. It wasn’t a ‘pull through’ as it appears on the map, but it’s across the rd. from the pool and it had a spacious corner yard with a shade tree to help w/ the afternoon sun. The pool was clean, I did use it on 1 day for about 3 hrs. We also used the dog park, which is a great feature too.

We have camped at this koa several times in the past with good experiences. This time not so much. They are way understaffed and unable to keep up with everything. Several sites have deep ruts from Memorial Day weekend. The grass has grown over them making them impossible to see. Someone is going to get hurt and sue you if you leave it that way. Staff works hard but there’s not enough of them.

Great place to stay, the staff was great. We enjoyed watching the water wars. My dogs enjoyed the creek very much. The K9 camp is huge and this KOA is very dog friendly.

Booked the overpriced cabin because of the kids activities. I even called 2 weeks before was assured everything chocolate weekend and pool activities. Pool closed sunday. No activities at all. This is a deceptive practice. Your office manager needs customer service school. I should get money back.

We enjoyed our stay! Concrete pads was perfect! It was a hot weekend when we stayed they only thing I would have liked was a tree to help with some shade. The smell of marijuana was very strong back by the cabins, but this is out of your control. the staff couldnt have been nicer. Overall, it was very nice and we would stay here again.

We loved the RV site! Parked near a shade tree that shaded us all day. We did have to use the air conditioner, but that shade tree also kept us comfortable. Neighbors were nice, our walks were easy on the legs, and it was quiet. We have this KOA marked on our list of places to return.

We came to KOA last summer and my children had a blast. They usually have fun things for the kids but this time they had one event planned and it wasn’t that fun for my kids. Just wish they would have had more activities for the kids like they did in the past. Not sure if they have new owners or what but it wasn’t fun.

We had a nice stay. The cabin was very clean, the shower house was very clean. The only problem they did not have any activities for kids for the holiday weekend. and the store was never open. We went to get ice cream at 7:40 p.m on Sat night and the store was closed. it said it was supposed to be open unitl 8.

I booked a week. We arrived Monday and the pool had no water. The pool wasn't ready to swim in till Friday. When I asked for some compensation for there being no pool, the staff was rude. I was told that I could leave and they would refund my money. There was no one in the store/office most of the week and the sport areas were not well kept. There were no kid activities all week.

Absolute horrible stay. There were tons of activities planned on the website and event list but none of them were happening because they don’t have “activities” anymore. Pool was barely open for the weekend. Playground needs upgraded. Got told that the crew members were tired of being “glorified babysitters” for activities. Will never be back to this campground. Shouldn’t be called a K

Staff was a delight. Very friendly and quick to respond. We had some issues with water and mud on our site due to heavy rain and they were quick to resolve it until we were happy. They had a great band playing that weekend for entertainment which was a lot of fun. Great location! Driving around the lake and visiting wineries and breweries in PA was really relaxing and fun. Very quiet too

It’s a nice campground and the staff is pleasant but it is not very accommodating for tents. The restrooms and showers are on the total opposite side of the campground. There should at least be restrooms near the tents. The pool was not open until the last day of our 4 day stay and the weather was incredibly hot. We were told to go to another campground and by a day pass!!

We have stayed at 2 other KOAs that appeared to have better upkeep than this particular one. The staff were friendly/nice. However, some repairs and general maintenance are needed around the campground (upstairs railing on activity center needs repair, the ‘Amish pavilion’ area is rundown, and some overall trimming of trees would be helpful).

We were very disappointed in our visit to this KOA. There were no ponds for fishing, (The website previously stated there were several) which was one of the main reasons we selected this KOA. Also, the pool was hit or miss it was not open more than 1/2 of the days we were there (weather was beautiful). It felt run down and the workers did not know what was going on. bathrooms were clean.

Very disappointed in our stay at this KOA location. Staff was friendly and polite, grounds were well kept and beautiful - BUT - there were NO activities planned over our 5 day stay for the 4th of July. No pig roast as advertised, pool didn’t open for the first 3 days of our stay, no fireworks, no live music for the 4th… VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will not be back to this site.

It was an overnight stop for us on 7/4. Didn't use any of the facilities but we were across from the pool. It looked clean with a lot of activity. Seems thereis a lot of things for the kids to do. Usual size KOA lots but they were situated in a way that you didn't feel cramped. Sites had picnic table and fire ring. Would stay again.

Had 2 families in 2 cabins, 4 adults and 3 kids. Everyone had an amazing time. Kids had non stop fun. The two employees we dealt with were extremely nice and very accommodating. They made our time there much better. Thank you

Pretty campground but we didn't get to choose our site. I would have preferred a site with much more shade as it was very hot! The pool was being repaired so that was also a reason I only gave 4 stars. Nice dog park to let the dog run around in. Very quiet and peaceful.

4th trip to this KOA and every year has gotten worse & worse. Broken pool & laundromat. Locked activities center. Kids let run around unsupervised everywhere. Needed 4WD to get in & out of camping spot due to no gravel & excessive rain. Water hook up dripping down on electric plug. Worst camping experience ever! Will never be back to this KOA.

IT RAINED ALOT SO IT WAS VERY MUDDY. NO GRAVEL SO WE HAD TO BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO SINK. THE SHOWER HOUSES WERE VERY CLEAN AND EVERYONE WAS VERYFRIENDLY. WE EXPECTED THE POOL TO BE OPEN, THAT WAS THE MAIN REASON FOR THE STAY. NO WHERE DID IT SAY THE POOL WAS CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE UNTIL WE ARRIVED, WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THAT. IT WAS NOT A BAD STAY, JUST NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED BECAUSE OF WEBSIT

The cabins were fine but a bit pricy. We were told there was a pool and WFI when we called to make our reservation. The pool was not open due to some issues and the WIFI was very weak. The cabin was clean and the grounds were well kept.

The hosts and campground staff were fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. We travel with 2 dogs so we were extremely pleased with the nicest Camp K9 we have seen yet in our travels. We will definitely stay at this campground again.

The park is pretty. The site I stayed on was one of the best. Park Management;. Poor communication since new manager took over. There's no amenities this season. Club house is just a building with few activities for guests this season; pool is under repairs since season opened. Lack of staffing due to corp cutbacks makes the few that work there stressed and unhappy. Very sad place now.

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the rest of the campground is in need of some SERIOUS attention.The pool was drained the trash dumpsters were all over flowing with the exception of the two by the main office.The basketball hoop is about 6 1/2 feet up and unable to move up and the basketball was flat. Unless you get a patio the sites are in the grass not putting a 18k camper on the grass

We realize that the new store manager did not have time and possibly proper training for a holiday weekend. Store was not stocked. Pool was closed and notification not sent out to those with reservations. With the rain, no laundromat available to use. Your grounds need some work. Grassy areas are nice but not when they are full of rain water and then mud. Big plus - your cabins are very nice!

Sites are long and spacious but need some work. More stone needs to be added to avoid the mud when it rains. Site was extremely muddy and filled with puddles when raining. Campground has an odd layout where it is not easy to drive through the campground.

We camp with a large group and pay the lock in fee. Sites were still double booked. Pool was not working. This has not been the first time. It appears no maintenance is done. Trees need trimming, faucets are leaking. No activities. Our group of nine are exploring different opportunities for next year.

Overall disappointed for a holiday weekend. Dumpsters where overflowing, understaffed to the point seasonal people where helping and possibly doing the majority of the work. The staff was nice and helpful that was there I more felt bad for the work hours and conditions they where under. Staff was also using personal vehicles due to no availability of golf carts for them to use.

Camp ground was way different this year, have been coming here memorial and labor day weekend for years! Paid a lock in fee and was moved to different site when we arrived! Paid a year in advance! Used to seeing camp ground employees through out, didn't see anyone but at office! Hoping when we arrived for labor day my lock in fee site is what I paid for!! Hopefully they can do some improving!

We will most likely not return. The grass was unmowed and very high, pool was still closed, laundry room was out of order. We had several issues with a seasonal children who would curse, push, hit and bully the other kids at the playground. There are no planned activites for the kids anymore. There isn't enough to do to justify $70+ per night. The 2 employees we encountered we kind and helpful.

The guy helping at the campground that checked us in was great! I would give him 5 stars for his customer service skills. Extremely hard to get into site with single lane driveway and ditches for water on each side. This was basically all sites. Plug outlets VERY far from trailer bring extension. Couldn't access creek. Kids loved the gaga ball court! Not sure i will be going to any other KOAs.

2026 update. Under new ownership and management. Campground was clean and the grass was mowed very nicely. New Gm was a breath of fresh air. Very friendly and helpful. It was nice to see him interact with the youth that were camping. People that were camping were friendly and nice and had only positive things to say about the campvround, a big change from previous management and owners. The pool was very nice and the wet and wild hayride a big hit with kids and campers alike. Definitely will make this campground a favorite.

Awesome place to go camping. Quiet, big lots, lots of activities on the weekends. Has pool, Creek, game room, adult lounge and cabins. Highly recomend, 10 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is amazing. It is so fun and family friendly. They have amazing l weekend events for adults and kids. They have amazing staff, an awesome store with great merch and other fun stuff plus is a great campground and all together an amazing place! This is a Great Place! If you are ever traveling in the area, I would highly suggest stopping by this place!
