Place was clean and well maintained. Camo sites where easy to back into. The only issue we had was the pool was closed on Labor Day which was an extremely hot day ( 89). It's one of the main reasons we picked this koa was that it had a place to escape the heat.

We were put in a permanent spot way in the back witch they mowed right before we got in witch was nice the staff was great. We did book last minute but the site was dirty with mud and dust and apples everywhere for the price we paid it wasn’t worth it.

Rented a barn cabin, very clean! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Can't wait to visit again.

We love it here. We have decided to stay on permanently. We are moving to our new site on Monday. It became a little confusing when we decided to stay on. We were double charged for some of the time. I caught the mistake and brought it to their attention. They were very nice and refunded my money right away. We love all the actuvities and how quiet it is. The employees are all very nice.

We stay here often. Very nice campground but the staff is the real gem. They are always nice and very helpful. We enjoy the staff as much as the campground

The staff is great and friendly and easy to work with. The park itself is wonderful. But the cabin beds are terrible and very uncomfortable. Some new mattresses are needed.

The sites are all grass. 4 campers share the same electric and water pole. 2 of the campers have to put the electric and water hoses under their camper and go to the opposite side to reach the pole. Not a very good arrangement. One of our campers got stuck in a ditch for over an hour because the campground workers miss guided him into his spot.

The Andover/Pymatuning Lake KOA was very nice overall. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a patio site which was a luxury, only four patio sites however! The swimming pool is showing it's age and could use some updating. We enjoyed many of the activities, DJ on Saturday night, movie night, Sunday morning breakfast, camp store, and wish we could have done the tye dye shirts! Nice!

We were there for the World War II reenactment at Lake Erie. The campsite is meticulously taken care of and clean as a pin. The people and owners are very friendly and helpful. The only two complaints I can think of is our site was very unlevel and we were not side-by-side with our friends as requested. The site next to them remained empty.

This stay was great everyone that work there was very helpful if I had any problems the only thing I would recommend would be to put gravel on the lots it rained two days when we were there a lot of mud in my camper that is why I only gave them a four has nothing to do with the people that work there just the site was a little muddy

Great experience! Last time we were there for a long weekend had to leave early because my mom died suddenly. This time left 12 hours early because one of our cats was sick and we wanted to be closer to home in case he needed to go to ER.

My little sister (from Big Brothers Bid Sisters of Greater Cleveland) her little sister, her grandma and her cousin and I rented a cabin for two nights. We very much enjoyed the swimming pool, crafts and the mega-s’mores!! Each of the employees we interacted with was very helpful and kind. Thank you; despite all of the rain we had a wonderful time.

Always a good time! Our go to place when we aren’t doing special camping trips! Sites are large and not a stack and pack campground.

Spent 9 days in a small cabin. It was clean and well appointed. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Lots of activities in the clubhouse, and we spent a lot of time at the pool. Also used the laundry facilities. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The store even had an ice cream counter! This is a quiet and pleasant park.

Public bathrooms were always clean , the staff were wonderful and very nice. My only disappointment was that I was not aware there was no access to Lake Pymatuming itself. Was really looking forward to fishing some.

Campground needs updating. I wouldn’t have even booked here if I knew that we couldn’t put a hammock up on trees. Overall camp not friendly. Felt like outsiders since we had never been there. Daughter fell on her scooter while walking to the pool with us. Security guard looked and kept going.

Enjoyed the daily activities with our kids. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly! Including Dan, who helped guide us to our site, the activity assistant who was super friendly and cheerful and the lifeguard was very sweet and seemed like she performed her duties happily and efficiently! Loved the activity barn and pool. Nearby location to everything we wanted to do/see. Even had wifi!

We love this campground, they do so much there with events, keeping it clean and the workers there are so awesome! It is a great location and they are doing so much there, adding new things for family and updating the campground!
