Overall positive. A few issues, shade at the premium tent sites is very limited & there's no water access these sites other than the bathroom sink. We found a staffer, who was perplexed & didn't know they had sites w/o water access. They took us in a golf cart to an unoccupied site that had water access to fill up, but it shouldn't have been that complicated. Employees were all very friendly.

It is a very nice camp ground, the kids really liked it. We only had one issue during our stay and that was the cabin drains backing up, they we able to accommodate us by getting us set up in another cabin. We will come back again and the kids can not wait.

Great place, and a strong attempt to make it look nice. It does seems like they might be struggling to get staff to keep the place up and if not able to stay on top of things it will decline.

Grass sites took a little work to get the camper level, make sure to bring a LOT of water line and power cord. Facility was super clean, staff was super friendly and welcoming, tons of activities for the kiddos, only regret is not clearing the calendar more to stay longer. We will be back.

My wife and I have started our camping season out the last 5 years in May at the Andover KOA. People there are very friendly and helpful. The sites are roomy and the grounds are well maintained. We've never had a bad experience.

Oh WOW, I took a 3-week R&R and man was it great. While I was there, I even noticed they were upgrading sites and they really work hard to improve this place. I have been coming a few years already and each time I come I see improvements and these folks really care about you and your stay. I was checked upon a few times just to see how all is going. Upon leaving, I turned around and rebooked!

Extremely friendly staff. Lots of park sponsored activities, even though it was not peak season yet. Nice park, though the grass and dandelions were quite overgrown. Bath houses absolutely spotless - I mean spotless! We had a great time!

Maybe it’s because it was early in the season but the campground was a mess! Tall overgrown grass, we couldn’t even use the dog park. Way too much money for the worst KOA I’ve been to in awhile. Very sad, it used to be nice.

What a great campground! The staff is second to none! We will be staying again. The sites are large and level and we loved the location. It is very convenient to town and the lake.

unfortunately, they were having issues with the electric as well as the water which affected us but they were very accommodating and gave us a partial refund. jim and Erica were especially accommodating

Need to mow! There were several spots throughout campground that have not been mowed and what had been mowed, was so tall, mower left tons of piled up cut grass. Not ideal for walking through or having pets have to walk through either. Eye sore. We did though enjoy our stay and will be back. Quiet and peaceful campground.

Our favorite KOA so far. The staff was friendly and helpful, the showered were big and clean, and the sites were spacious. We enjoyed a night in mid-April, so it was nice and quiet!

Best campground I've ever stayed at. We were there towards the end of season and we were still treated like family. The manager, Erica, is the sweetest most accommodating person we've ever met. The store was so clean and well stocked with everything we need. The grounds are meticulous kept. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was nice and staff was friendly. The upsetting thing was they charged us and 2 other campers a lock in fee but moved us upon arrival with no refund of said fee. Then we discovered they filled our original sites for a family of 2 campers and only 1 showed up leaving our original site empty. Simply said, don't charge a fee and then not honor it. We would stay again, not our 1st visit.

Needed a place to stay at 'moment's' notice, they accommodated and I than had to extend a day and without hesitation they were able. My cabin was really clean and I much appreciated. Definitely will spread word of this place.

The water was brown, other than that it was a pretty decent stay.

Toilet didn't keep water in it for flushing, our shower head pointed up couldn't turn it downward, bed is a full size not good for adults.

Very friendly workers and campers. Halloween weekend was amazing the kids had a great time and mostly everything was included. Definitely will be back next season

We had our family reunion in August and it was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and our cabins were clean and very comfortable. We scheduled next years reunion and are looking forward to a return visit!

It was a nice facility other than the low hanging branches at the sites that needed to be trimmed. Almost took out our AC unit getting into our site

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was amazing. Facility was very clean. We are new to camping and have just been trying to use our camper as much as we can before the winter. Look forward to coming again when the pool is open. Only negative would be a lot of the games in the game room didn’t work and due to the cold weather that would have made the site 5/5. Thanks for a great weekend.

We really enjoy your campground. The employees are very friendly. Don and Alexis are extremely helpful and always make sure we have a great experience. Don starts our trip off right as soon as we pull into the campground and Alexis is always there for our office needs. Thanks again and see you next week. Can’t forget about the awesome dog park for our four legged kids.

Awesome place to go camping. Quiet, big lots, lots of activities on the weekends. Has pool, Creek, game room, adult lounge and cabins. Highly recomend, 10 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is amazing. It is so fun and family friendly. They have amazing l weekend events for adults and kids. They have amazing staff, an awesome store with great merch and other fun stuff plus is a great campground and all together an amazing place! This is a Great Place! If you are ever traveling in the area, I would highly suggest stopping by this place!

The staff is on top of things here. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. The sites are large and have fire rings and picnic tables. It has been raing heavy and often the last few days. So many campers had to get tow trucks to get out of their spots. Not all spots have gravel drives. All in all I like it here and will be back. It's quiet here and guest are very friendly
