Very good, ultra clean and fun activities.Camp staff were top of the line: spunky, attentive and available. The sites are nicely spaced and not over crowded. Other campers were friendly. I picked this campground in this area of many because I know what to expect of a KOA. I was told this is under new management and I wouldn’t have guessed the place was ever bad prior to my visit. The staff were kind and helpful. The patio was also nice because of the rain and it didn't get muddy. The only thing that worried me was that the code for the entrance gate was right next to the key pad. Anyone who pulled up to the gate could see the code and just enter the cap grounds.

Well water had a potent sulfur smell. The pool was dirty. The game room was bare. No grill at campsite. The entrance gate fell on the hood of our vehicle.

It was wonderful. The campground is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful and it’s quiet and lovely. I would definitely stay at this campground again. I didn’t want to leave when our time was up. They even upgraded our site when we arrived- for no extra charge. Super place.

We enjoyed it! It was our first time there, will definitely come back. Only downfall, if Campground was full, water pressure would have been even worse. We didn’t have good water pressure. Other than that. We had fun!

Very friendly people a d employees. Since they were new managers there were a few hiccups but nothing to give them a negative review. I liked them and would go back soon.

Overall very nice staff was pleasant. Unfortunately the store/registration was closed more than open. On Sunday after 3-4 visits found it open at 6pm but with very little lights on- guy in the store said closing up for the night! Also very limited bathroom facilities— store but is above. Lounge building but that closed at 9pm. Bath house open all the time but had to drive to get to it. Morebath

We had a wonderful stay, all of the campground staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved our site (#131) with cement patio, seating, and grill. The bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The campground has a lot of activities they offer for children and adults. Located just a few miles from lake activities, restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this KOA!

Cabins were grossly overpriced. The smell when we walked in was over powering. There were ants,but beside that it was fairly clean.The water smelled really bad and was way to hot. The heat didn’t work and when reported it no one came to check on it.There was no Wi-Fi so no smart tv and cell reception was not very good.The beds were only fulls should have been bigger.Staff was courteous and polit

The campsites were large, and there were quite a few activities planned. Our only disappointment was, even though we had reserved our site 6 months ago and requested to be next to family, that didn't happen.

Staff was very friendly and helpful despite being visibly understaffed. Campground was nice and well kept. We camped during the Memorial Day washout, lots of people getting stuck, lots of mud. Overall nice campground.

Many sites are grass with no gravel. It rained all weekend and it was a muddy mess. Many trucks/campers got stuck and had to be pulled out. Also had to pay $75 for an extension cord because I couldn't get close enough to the power outlet to plug in.

the place was a swamp, campsite was nothing but muck. it cost me a fortune to have AAA flat bed come and winch our motor-home out of our campsite. was expecting a nice stay but it turned into a lot of time and money to get out of the spot we were assigned to as bad as the entire campground is they should have gravel sites. fire pit was a lake with a ring inside it, fire doesn't work well in wat

Bathrooms were clean, sites need gravel and fire pits, too much water from rain, very muddy, other campers got stuck pulling out. The staff needs more training, delayed checkin but manager got us taken care of.

DO NOT RENT A CABIN from here!!! I've stayed at quite a few KOA'S and this one is the absolute worst one. We were supposed to stay for Memorial weekend Thursday through Monday however we left after one night with a full refund. Let's just say (because I'm limited on space) that we looked at every single cabin and they were either infested with roaches, falling apart or the furnaces didn't work.

Once again, this camp changed hands at beginning of season, no organization, lots not maintained. Only plus was a lot of cancelations and was able to get a better site. Only lots mowed were where the workers camp. The lady that called to confirm our arrival and the gentleman that took us to our site, were very pleasant and polite. Not sure if we will return.

Well if they say they are understaffed you would never know it! Once again the end over Pymatuning KOA Halloween spectacular did not disappoint! It was all of the fun festivities and kind employees there once again! The decorations everywhere got you in the Halloween mood all the excitement about the site competition. And again we won first place!

The new bike rental is great, but I am disappointed to see the decline in kid's activities over the past year. We made this our "go to" spot because of all the kids events like walks to the creek, tie dye, crafts, movies, candy bingo, etc. A lot of that has disappeared. The pool wasn't even open over July 4th, so we didn't book! If this continues, we may be looking for another "go to" campground.

The campground was very clean and quiet. The staff was attentive to our needs. The activities planned were a great bonus, my children and I had a great time.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful with everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean the showers work fine. They had planned activities. Had a nice relaxing week. Note: for anyone wondering we had to have a 50’ water hose to hook up the water and an extra electric line to plug in to the electric box. If planning to stay you might want to check on that.

2026 update. Under new ownership and management. Campground was clean and the grass was mowed very nicely. New Gm was a breath of fresh air. Very friendly and helpful. It was nice to see him interact with the youth that were camping. People that were camping were friendly and nice and had only positive things to say about the campvround, a big change from previous management and owners. The pool was very nice and the wet and wild hayride a big hit with kids and campers alike. Definitely will make this campground a favorite.

Awesome place to go camping. Quiet, big lots, lots of activities on the weekends. Has pool, Creek, game room, adult lounge and cabins. Highly recomend, 10 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is amazing. It is so fun and family friendly. They have amazing l weekend events for adults and kids. They have amazing staff, an awesome store with great merch and other fun stuff plus is a great campground and all together an amazing place! This is a Great Place! If you are ever traveling in the area, I would highly suggest stopping by this place!
