I had been staying at KOA's all across the country on my fall trip, and I'm sorry to say this place was the worst. The hosts were nice though! Had I realized people lived here year round and had crap all over their site I wouldn't have stayed here. I felt most unsafe and even though I paid for 2 nights I only stayed one and got the heck out of there.

we stayed in the group tent area with the Cub Scout Pack. It was a very fun time. Did not seem like we were in a trailer park at all. Highly recommend.

A staff member, an older woman we were later told was the owner's mother was extremely rude. We misplaced our parking placard and before we could go into the main office to request a new one were confronted, berated, and accused of lying about staying at this location. She claimed that we were trespassing just to use the bathrooms. We have never felt so uncomfortable or treated so poorly.

We have stayed here four years in a row on the group camp site. MoHawk is so nice and sociable. He shares some funny stories. The park is care for, restrooms are clean and the staff is attentive. We will continue to stay here in the years to come!

It would be nice to have a set bathroom cleaning schedule, since there are only 2 and it is so far between them. The music tractor was very loud and disruptive.

It was okay, lots of standing water which lead to lots of mosquitoes/insects. Would not recommend if you have a tent because trailers seem to be allowed to keep their large, outdoor spotlights on 24/7, which are very visible if you’re in a tent. You’re also not allowed to hang a clothes line to attempt to block the blinding lights. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs. At least the bathrooms are cl

Campgrounds were okay, ponds were disappointing and tent sights were too close to each other. Staff was super friendly, but a little disorganized, mohawk guy is great and fun to talk with, nice camp store and grounds were clean.

Great place! So many fun activities for the whole family! Loved the glow ride and water wars! Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Price of firewood and ice were reasonable, The pool has some wear and tear but still good enough to swim in. There are overgrown grass/weeds near the jumping pad, basketball and volleyball courts. The campsites are spacious but lots of pinecones and acorns.

We absolutely loved Allendale KOA!! The trees are beautiful and our campsite was just perfect! So much to do for the kids. We only stayed 2 nights as it was our first time camping with the kids, but we will definitely extend our stay next time! We can't wait to go back!!

It's a great campground with lots of fun activities! Our site location however was in direct sun for the majority of our time and the bees were horrible. Otherwise great weekend, my kids had great time! They're favorite part was the wagon rides with Mohawk!

Giving it a 2 for shaded tent sites & clean bath houses.. Mohawk and tdawg were very nice- encountered an older woman several times who claimed to be an owner that was absolutely rude as could be. The sites were smashed together I felt like I was camping with the people next to me. I felt like I was at the motel 6 of campgrounds..

We had a blast with our kids here this past weekend. The glow rides they do at night are awesome and interactive! We loved our stay and will most likely be back!

We loved our site, the staff & the activities. My three year old loved the jump pad, feeding the goats, sifting for crystals & fossils, & of course the pool. There were also activities that looked fun for older kids that we will try in the future. Plenty to do for whole family! This was our first experience with a KOA campground and we are hooked for life. Can't wait to go back to Allendale KOA!

I brought a group (volleyball team) for a bonding trip. They had a blast! Many things to do on site. Campground is well kept and the bathrooms are clean.

Lots of things to keep the kiddos busy and having fun! The pool and water balloon battle were the fan favorite. Everything was priced well in the store as well.

We have stayed at the camp ground 3 weekends this year so far an has been great everytime. The mohawk an staff have been the best. They are very helpful all the time an go out of there way to make sure everything is taken care of an your needs are met for the time your there an beyond. Lots of entertainment for the kids it's quiet an very clean all the time. We will be going back for sure!

This location was stunning! Lots of trees, landscaping was beautiful, management & owner were great. We stayed on the group site, which was AMAZING, so spacious & beautiful. Love it!

We had a great time! We love using the section of tent sites in the back (T10-12, etc.). Wonderful friendly service as always :)

Most staff were extremely nice but there was one lady who claimed to work there and what I assume was her day off because she was swimming and with family she was extremely rude and unprofessional. When she had a problem with kids jumping in the pool she approached my kids and not me or another adult with us. She also followed my neice into the showers because she didn't believe her about her age.

Huge tent camping area for us that was close to the showers/restroom. It was clean and quiet with friendly staff and owners. Plenty of fun things for the kids to do while we were there.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was our first time at a KOA. There was so much for my kids to do, the site was clean, and the layout of the campground meant everything was a short walk. The bathrooms were very clean and really nice, that made a big impression. The firewood was $6/bundle and each bundle is about an hour and a half burn time, so that adds up fast. Great location!

Staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. Grounds were a bit run down (weeds on volleyball and b-ball courts). Terrible smell in the morning (from dump station?) Bathroom was well-kept though. Overall not a bad experience.

My boyfriend and I booked a tent site for a single night and definitely enjoyed our stay. We love to hammock so we enjoyed the layout of the site and how it was immersed in the trees. Luckily, the campground was not fully booked at the time of our stay so we did not have to worry about neighbors on both sides of our site. Very clean bathrooms, lots to do for kiddos, and we loved the goats as well!

Fun little campground. They have two playgrounds on both ends of the campground. We definitely loved the pool in June. The tractor load of firewood is definitely worth it if you're spending more than just the weekend.

We stayed at this campground twice this month. We stayed the night of 11/28 and the staff was so kind to have our site clear of snow. Thank you so much. Easy late arrival check in. We recommend and would stay again.
