We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly. The bathrooms were clean. There was enough for our kids to do even though it was outside of peak season. Nice big sites. Negatives - there was quite a bit of trash around the campground. Picnic tables were not in great shape. Based on what the website said, it seemed there would be more activities, they should consider being more clear

Mr Mohawk went above and beyond for my girls. Things didn’t work out to have a wagon ride Saturday night due to other needs in the campground. He made it up the next morning. Great service.

Campground is OLD & TIRED, not particularly well-maintained; quite a bit of “junk” around (old tractors, etc.). A fair amount of junky RV’s on various sites as well. Lots of old tree stumps that were obstacles to maneuver around when parking. Bathrooms and laundry room are in need of updating or at least a thorough, detailed cleaning. Our second KOA; most likely our last.

Nice quiet place. Liked the concrete back-in spot. Only negative about the place is I wish there was some grass between the concrete spots. Would have helped with the dirt after the rain.

We were told by staff that a group of college students were staying at the tent sites for a tournament, easily 100 people. We came to relax, not listen to a college party all night. We called the after hours number but it was not resolved for some time. The next morning there were beer cans littering the sites. We did not want to deal with this a second night so we left early and will not return.

Campground is very nice and enjoyable. Only thing that could have been better was internet was almost non existent. The are is difficult to get good service in that area. They even had cable TV to hookup to.

Overall it's an okay campground. The bath house is old and could certainly use some updating, but it was clean and met our needs. Only real complaint is that my request to have a site as close to the bath house as possible was not honored, even though there were many sites available much closer than the one we were assigned.

Family oriented, a lot of shady wooded sites. Efficient staff who accommodated our request. Bathrooms and showers are very outdated, difficult not get the floor all wet when showering. Missing faucet knobs on one sink, poor lighting. But clean, very clean. Fire pits have rusted out bottoms that make it difficult. Firewood is very good and the man who delivers it is super nice. Location is great!

Had a great time kids loved it plenty for them to do would be nice if you upgrade the bathrooms a little also you have three fishing ponds but they are unfishable maybe if you put fountains in them to keep the weeds away

Great facility, services and nice rustic feel with full hookups!. The blaring rockband hayrides could stop a little earlier. Nothing like enjoying a peaceful campfire and having a tractor blasting music/towing LED lighted hayrides around after dark. Prob 8 pm is when that should quiet down.

We had only stayed at one other KOA prior to this, and it wasn't a great experience, so I was a little nervous to try again. However, we were very pleasantly surprised - we had a newer site with an upgraded patio, patio furniture, and privacy fencing - it was really nice. There was lots of activities and things for kids to do, but also plenty of relax time as well. Staff was exceptionally nice.

Short stay on our 2nd trip there. Enjoyed seeing the fun kids were having. Would really like to see Pickleball courts added for adults.

We camped for a month. As usual, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, peace and quiet, many songbirds, ducks, herons and wild turkeys all added to our enjoyment. Unlike many other campgrounds, we really appreciate the natural setting, shade and wildlife. We look forward to returning next year.

Always friendly staff, they were able to accommodate us with extending our stay when we had vehicle issues. The park looks great all the time.

The campsites and cabins were very nice and made for a comfortable stay, but it often felt like we were constantly being watched by park management. My kids were told multiple times that they were going to break the equipment they were playing on and that “mom and dad would have to pay for it.” I was keeping an eye on them the whole time, and they were being respectful, so it felt unnecessary.

The campground is very rundown, especially the restrooms. We were there on one of the hayride nights and it was way to loud with blaring music that was a constant for 2 hours - it was annoying and destroyed any sense of relaxation.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Great concrete pads and patio area with picnic table and fire ring! A little tight backing 45 foot Class A into space. Need “pull through spaces”

The staff was very helpful. There was an issue with how payment was processed, but it was resolved very quickly. We will be back next year. Thank you for the friendly service, and clean campground!

We enjoyed our stay at the Allendale KOA. The bathroom s were nice and I liked that they were so close to our campsite, since we had a water/ electric site. Although I didn’t ride on the Mohawk tractor ride, I loved watching it go by, the driver was very entertaining.

Loved the site and the trails. Lots of fun activities for kids. So nice hearing them run around outside, laughing, swimming, throwing water balloons and jumping on the bouncy. And the faculty could not have been nicer!

Nice sites, well maintained, plenty of stuff to do for kids and the Mr. Mohawk hayrides with music were a fun way to end the day. We’ll be back again for our next area baseball games/tournaments. Thanks Mr. Mohawk for a fun weekend.

The park itself is pretty nice... love the big trees. The park needs some TLC. The WiFi is not workable (very slow). We work from the road and had to go to a local coffee shop to use their Wifi to work. Would stay for an overnight but not a vacation.

The campsite was too narrow for our camper to fully extend its' awnings. The site also was a river bed of water flowing from the site above ours when it rained; the ground was completely washed out. We had no internet service from the KOA and we couldn't get a signal on our Starlink satellite because there were too many trees. Our firepit ring was buried also. We did appreciate the quiet camping

My rate was 86.14 for concrete pad and patio furniture. Back In, 50/30 Amps, Full Hookups, Patio. The pad had such a slope from the rear to the front that my front tires were off the ground. The fire pit was well 3 feet deep or more. Fire needs two things to burn flame and air. No air can get down to the fire because of how deep it is. So the fire just smokes. Grass was non, just sand.

Nice quiet campground. The sites that back up to the woods on the west side of the campground are very long, so much room. I will add that we were there for 4 nights and did not have 1 minute of internet service. Easily connected to their wireless with a full strength signal, but no internet connection, so the wireless connection is pointless. Just an FYI if you need to have internet.

Great campground all around! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The gentlemen at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. The kids loved the pool and the goats! We will definitely be back again!

Absolutely love this campground. Mohawk makes it so much fun for the kids. Very clean bathrooms and very fun atmosphere. Would definetly recommend.

Great place to visit. Cell reception is horrible and we couldn't get the Internet to work but who really needs that when camping anyway. Tons of stuff for the kids to do
