It was okay, the ponds could be nicer, like mowed down Or landscape in a way, maybe a few more free things to do for kids, maybe some free water ballons for the ballon target play item. Also i was waved down to slow my vehicle speed when i was 5 under thought it was a little rude. Maybe invest in a slash pad.

Things look run down a bit, the pool water had a bunch of bugs and leaves in it. I'm not happy with your policy about being refunded for days not used..we had to leave earlier than our booked stay and couldn't get refunded. I likely won't return to a KOA for that reason.

We spent 4 nights at the Allendale KOA and had a great time. We had a full hookup site on West Pine. The sites were very deep with many mature trees, the setting was awesome. The camp store had many things we needed during our stay. The glow ride on Fri / Sat was very cool for kids. The staff was friendly with the pool being cleaned each morning and restrooms cleaned multiple times per day.

We have stayed at the camp ground 3 weekends this year so far an has been great everytime. The mohawk an staff have been the best. They are very helpful all the time an go out of there way to make sure everything is taken care of an your needs are met for the time your there an beyond. Lots of entertainment for the kids it's quiet an very clean all the time. We will be going back for sure!

Cabin was perfect. Campground was clean and had so many activities for kids. Staff was amazing. Cannot wait to go back.

Pull in there is an abandoned house & camper, with several vehicles for sale. The pool handle going down the stairs was broken. Staff did not wear the yellow shirts or name tags. Had to wear a wristband at all times, which I've never had to do at other KOAs. No zip line. T-Dawg complained about the speed limit even to customers. Lacked customer service. Kids enjoyed glow ride and paintball.

Great campground for families. We all enjoyed the many activities. Clean, orderly & not next to a noisy highway like some. We'd absolutely go back.

This location was stunning! Lots of trees, landscaping was beautiful, management & owner were great. We stayed on the group site, which was AMAZING, so spacious & beautiful. Love it!

We had a great time! We love using the section of tent sites in the back (T10-12, etc.). Wonderful friendly service as always :)

Friendly staff and all else was excellent. Loved the hayride guy and we are empty-nesters! Only complaint is tech. Cable didn't work and wifi was awful. While those aren't necessarily the reasons we camp, at $78 per night, those services being top-notch is a reasonable expectation. There are more attractive camping choices in the area, so poor amenities become a deal-breaker at that price point.

Most staff were extremely nice but there was one lady who claimed to work there and what I assume was her day off because she was swimming and with family she was extremely rude and unprofessional. When she had a problem with kids jumping in the pool she approached my kids and not me or another adult with us. She also followed my neice into the showers because she didn't believe her about her age.

The new sites with concrete pads are more suitable for trailers than motor homes. Being in our mid Seventies it was hard to get into the motor home with the first step being so high.

Huge tent camping area for us that was close to the showers/restroom. It was clean and quiet with friendly staff and owners. Plenty of fun things for the kids to do while we were there.

We had such a great time. I do not think it could have been any better. We loved the mature trees instead of camping in a “treeless parking lot” as some establishments are. The owners were nice & very accommodating. This was a family reunion & our grandkids want to camp here again also! We will definitely be back. It is on our “favorites” list. Love the fire pits - safe!!

This was our first time here. We took our grandkids, and we all had a great time. The lots are a great size, bathrooms clean, and the staff very friendly. The fishing ponds had overgrown grass. Maybe small decks at various spots around the ponds. The pavilion was not in use, but maybe add movie nights, bingo or game room (giant jenga, giant connect four, ping pong)

We got a nice level concrete spot with a fire pit already available and a great picnic table. There’s lots of things to do like the pool and the jumping pad. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

We had a wonderful time at the Allendale KOA. The staff was all very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Location of the campground is in a quiet location with proximity to both GVSU and Grand Haven which we visited during our stay. Our camping site was easily accessible, with hot showers & clean bathrooms. We really enjoyed watching the kiddos have so much fun on the glow ride in the evening.

Nice and Friendly operation. Well-kept daily and weekly rental sites. Some of the very long-term site conditions are in need of care, otherwise, a nice place to spend a relaxing visit.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was GREAT! Came fully stocked everything but food so needless to say we over packed! Cabin was roomy and very clean! The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful, we arrived too early and instead of making a big stink all they did was switch cabins for us so we could get in and go. I only rated what I rated cause there wasn't much going on for the kiddos....

As always we had an amazing stay at Allendale KOA. The staff treats you like family, the amenities are fantastic for families, which is why we come here every year!

We had a great time and will definitely be back. Kids loved the jump pad and pool. They had a nice open area where our kids loved going to play kickball. Overall, loved it but the volleyball area needs work.

We were only there for a short time but was able to enjoy every activity. My kids loved it and wanted to go back I'm very sure we will return!

Fun little campground. They have two playgrounds on both ends of the campground. We definitely loved the pool in June. The tractor load of firewood is definitely worth it if you're spending more than just the weekend.

We stayed at this campground twice this month. We stayed the night of 11/28 and the staff was so kind to have our site clear of snow. Thank you so much. Easy late arrival check in. We recommend and would stay again.
