The staff was very helpful. There was an issue with how payment was processed, but it was resolved very quickly. We will be back next year. Thank you for the friendly service, and clean campground!

We enjoyed our stay at the Allendale KOA. The bathroom s were nice and I liked that they were so close to our campsite, since we had a water/ electric site. Although I didn’t ride on the Mohawk tractor ride, I loved watching it go by, the driver was very entertaining.

Loved the site and the trails. Lots of fun activities for kids. So nice hearing them run around outside, laughing, swimming, throwing water balloons and jumping on the bouncy. And the faculty could not have been nicer!

We appreciated KOA being pet friendly and allowing a dog in the cabin. We were thankful for the AC unit. We wish the ceiling fan had a cord to use the fan without the light. We loved the activities and the friendly person at the desk. The only thing we didn’t like was the spot to park the car was too close to the fire pit.

Nice sites, well maintained, plenty of stuff to do for kids and the Mr. Mohawk hayrides with music were a fun way to end the day. We’ll be back again for our next area baseball games/tournaments. Thanks Mr. Mohawk for a fun weekend.

The park itself is pretty nice... love the big trees. The park needs some TLC. The WiFi is not workable (very slow). We work from the road and had to go to a local coffee shop to use their Wifi to work. Would stay for an overnight but not a vacation.

The campsite was too narrow for our camper to fully extend its' awnings. The site also was a river bed of water flowing from the site above ours when it rained; the ground was completely washed out. We had no internet service from the KOA and we couldn't get a signal on our Starlink satellite because there were too many trees. Our firepit ring was buried also. We did appreciate the quiet camping

Nice tent spot. Older, but clean facilities. Not a fan of the train-pulled-by-tractor attraction driving around the campground every day for 1-2 hours early evening with blaring music (lyrics partly not great for kids).

My rate was 86.14 for concrete pad and patio furniture. Back In, 50/30 Amps, Full Hookups, Patio. The pad had such a slope from the rear to the front that my front tires were off the ground. The fire pit was well 3 feet deep or more. Fire needs two things to burn flame and air. No air can get down to the fire because of how deep it is. So the fire just smokes. Grass was non, just sand.

Nice quiet campground. The sites that back up to the woods on the west side of the campground are very long, so much room. I will add that we were there for 4 nights and did not have 1 minute of internet service. Easily connected to their wireless with a full strength signal, but no internet connection, so the wireless connection is pointless. Just an FYI if you need to have internet.

Our site was secluded and had lots of beautiful trees. The trail to the very clean restrooms/showers was adjacent to our site, making easy access to it, even in the dark! Very friendly staff! Very quiet campground. Nice park store with ice cream snacks. We would definitely stay there again.

Last minute reservation, before reading reviews. In a pinch it works, we would not choose it as a destination. If traveling with children, amazing amount of activities. Also, during our stay - Fri and Sat nights do feature the wagon pull, pick up/drop off is across from site 2, duration is 7:00-9:00, yes, everyone participating has a blast. Enjoy it for what it is.

We camped as a group in the tent only section. 10 tents of various sizes and about 25 to 30 people. Lots of shade! Mostly private. The bathroom was a bit of a walk for some of the elders but we had a car available for them to be driven. The pool was clean and clear. The glow hayride was so fun! Paintball too! I would switch up the colors myself though.

The owners are very nice but turn a blind eye to campers who are golf carts and motor driven scooters. As we backed into a site near the water not one but two women on scooters or bikes cut right behind us as we were backing up. I own and responsibly run my e-bike. Yet the motorized scooters/bikes kept coming back and drove behind us and between the sites. I had to give my dogs calming treats.

The cabin we stayed in was nice and mostly clean (FLAT pillows). The campground itself has a lot of potential but generally looks neglected. Weeds are overgrown everywhere. Listed amenities did not exist such as tetherball and volleyball. Water Wars was littered with water balloon debris and had nasty green water in it.No WiFi. Not up to KOA standards, especially a Holiday one. Can’t recommend.

I have camped here with my family several times now over the years, and I have always found it to be a pleasant stay. The pool was clean and the bathrooms get cleaned a couple of times a day. The Mohawk and staff are always helpful and friendly. Plenty of things for kids to do. I can recommend this campground.

Site 102’s hookup is not ideal; water on the left of the trailer, electric to the far back and sewer on the right. Campers need additional electric cords and hoses to make the hook- up work. The balloon game is fun for kids but the balloon debris left is not eco friendly and an eye sore. The gardens planted by Barb and the pine areas are beautiful and a real bonus. New fire pits and slabs�

We really love staying here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, they remember us year after year and great us with a smile. Mohawk Man is the greatest and love the Glow Ride on the weekend! My only suggestion would be to replace the old fire pits with the kind that the state parks have. They sit higher, more stable and easier to cook on!

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The delivery of wood was great, and supplies in the office/store were nice for items that were forgotten. The cabin mattress was terrible! The grounds were ok, except for the pool needed cleaning, debris and algae in it. The jumping pad had a lot of algae on top as well. The activity area the structures needed more maintaining. This is a rustic camp.

What a weekend to remember! We joined our four adult kids along with 5 grands and had such a great time! The grounds are well-kept and intentionally inviting to all ages. The youngest ones loved the animals, mining for rocks/arrowheads, the water balloon tossing area, large pillow to run on, the paintball area, the playgrounds and the pool too. We all enjoyed the Saturday night wagon ride!

Site 103 was beautiful, large, and marked well. Many of the posts were lying down on the ground which made certain sites harder to find and navigate.

Clean, Friendly, Fun Staff, and beautiful campground! If you want to be in a more secluded location and looking for privacy they have it, in and amongst the trees. Truly an awesome campground.

Great campground all around! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The gentlemen at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. The kids loved the pool and the goats! We will definitely be back again!

Absolutely love this campground. Mohawk makes it so much fun for the kids. Very clean bathrooms and very fun atmosphere. Would definetly recommend.

Great place to visit. Cell reception is horrible and we couldn't get the Internet to work but who really needs that when camping anyway. Tons of stuff for the kids to do
