Great stay as always

Everyone was nice. However campground does not rate a holiday status. It is not well maintained and there is stuff everywhere. If this is the direction the holidays are going we may reconsider staying at any other ones that we have not already tried

Great campground. People are so nice. I wish you had a recycling program. At least for bottles and cans. I know Michigan has the bottle deposit fee, and many people turn them in, however we are from Illinois and cannot turn them in.

The campground was beautiful with the autumn trees. I was tent camping and the sites we spacious and well shaded. Safety was never a concern! The restroom/ shower house was very clean! The owner offered great suggestions of things to do in the area. Thanks for all the information and a fantastic stay!

I believe we stayed here 20 nights here this year. Every stay was excellent.

Had a great time was are second time camping there both times were excellent would recommend camping here kids had fun petting and feeding the goats nice lots

as always shower stalls need more hooks etc. otherwise fine. only stayed 1 night

We love this campground. The sites are big (one of our main reasons for coming back each year). The kiddos love to ride their bikes and the slow speed limit is enforced. The glow ride is always a favorite with Mohawk guy! My kiddos always look forward to seeing him. Halloween time was great with all the fun costumes and decorated sites. It was a great way to start the fall season. :)

We have stayed at many KOA's over the summer and Allendale has been our favorite thus far. The staff, environment, activities, local recommendations and experience keep us coming back for more. Highly recommend!

pleasant owners, not a fan of looking at neighbors sewer hookup from where our picnic table and outside area is. Bathrooms were clean but in definite need of uodate.

Showers were old and not clean. Bugs were so bad we couldn’t sit outside had to stay in motor all day. Asked are shower up grading was in the future and they said it was not.

Site was nice and level. A lot of long term campers/workers. Only real negative was maintenance person was mowing grass/gravel right around our camper and throwing sand and debris all over the camper.

we stayed in the group tent area with the Cub Scout Pack. It was a very fun time. Did not seem like we were in a trailer park at all. Highly recommend.

We’ve been staying here for a few days each fall for the last 5 years. The staff are friendly and helpful, the planting around the campground are beautiful, and we like the design of of the sites with the trees. The location is perfect to visit family in Grand Rapids and visit the beaches along Lake Michigan.

Clean, organized, a mix of great gravel and concrete sites. Bathrooms very clean 24/7 it seemed as if no one was using them. Good water pressure, very hot water in shower if desired. All staff was very friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy being there. Gravel/wooded site was level, no adjustments needed - back in and done.

Campground is quiet, clean and was a very fun place to stay. All staff were extremely friendly. This was our third stay here.

It seemed to me that it wasn't your traditional KOA. Old house as you pulled in that was vacant and run down, several seasonal sites didn't look very appealing. The sanitation line for full hook-up was positioned too far back, so I couldn't use it at all. Sites were right on top of each other. Ed

Didn’t like the site layout. The fire pits don’t allow the use for cooking. I probably won’t stay there again. Staff was great, no complaints there.

Always a pleasure to stay at this kampground. It is clean, the staff is friendly and everything is well-maintained. They are always making improvements and genuinely care about their guests satisfaction and safety. We look forward to staying at this kampground again.

Great campground layout, with zones to appeal to all types of camper preferences. Loved the activities available. Every staff member we interacted with was pleasant and informative about the specific campground and KOA. First time booking second stay during a camping trip (camped for years)!

We stayed from 9/9 thru 9/13 there is plenty of space in each lot, mature shade trees throughout, Staff was very friendly and helpful the bathrooms and laundry room were super clean. Lots of amenities for the kiddos and a nice area for the doggos. Everything was very clean well maintained. I loved the memorial garden it is beautiful. We will be back

Great campground all around! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The gentlemen at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. The kids loved the pool and the goats! We will definitely be back again!

Absolutely love this campground. Mohawk makes it so much fun for the kids. Very clean bathrooms and very fun atmosphere. Would definetly recommend.

Great place to visit. Cell reception is horrible and we couldn't get the Internet to work but who really needs that when camping anyway. Tons of stuff for the kids to do
