There are some definite improvements that need to be made but I still like this campground. The roads are a bit uneven and it needs more frequent mowing but the new owner sounds like he is all about improving things. He has only owned the place for three months so I am looking forward to seeing how it looks next year.

This campground was a nice, quiet place for us to stay the night as we passed through on our road trip. Surrounded by farmland, but right off I-90, it was easy to get to but still felt quiet and peaceful. The long pull-through sites gave plenty of room for our truck and travel trailer. The staff was very kind. I'd definitely stay here again!

Christopher went above and beyond to ensure we had full hookup. He is new owner and in process of upgrading his park. Beautiful setting. Laundry clean and functional. Would stay there again.

Owner was very nice. Laundry room was clean and spots are level. Would like bushes trimmed on road as you exit at the corner.

We had a relaxing 5 days at this KOA. The campground and bathrooms were clean. The new owners were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond when we needed a ladder to check a loose air conditioner cover before hitting the road. They also called us when it was discovered that we left behind our Clam screen tent. They called so quickly that were less than 9 miles away. We will be back

Nice for a quick overnight stop while traveling I 90. Gravel sites that were fairly level. New friendly owner who plans to make some improvements

Great park!! Super clean and the new owner Christopher was great!! At his recommendation, we visited the SPAM Museum and loved it! Highly recommend this KOA!!

Quiet, clean, small park with friendly staff. I always make sure to stop in Albert Lea when traveling this part of the country.

Very nice owner. The campground just seemed as if it needs a good mow and trim all over. Nothing fancy if that’s what you want.

Our hosts were new to owning the KOA, but they were extremely nice, welcoming, and took good care of the property. We arrived a little later and they put a map and our spot number so we knew where to go when we arrived. We had a pull through, full hookup site. It was fantastic to just pull in, be perfectly level, and quickly set up. One thing I would change is the men's bathroom had a bad smell.

Thinking there needs to be updates and clean up. The owners were amazing. Nothing about this KOA stands out. In a pinch. They advertise new ownership. I hope it can change things.

place is in need of repairs road is in bad shape grass needs mowed old car needs removed dump station need moved away from a full hook up spot, people dumping at all hours and smell office open for short time , 1 area has weeds as tall as the door of the campers that look like they have just been left there

We had an overnight stop. Good things, the site is gravel surrounded by grass so if it rains no mud! Easy in and out. The campground has new owners and it is a work in progress. The driveway in is still a slow go because of uneven road issues. I would recommend this KOA based on our overnight experience.

The campground felt safe, and quiet hours were respected. Large trees lined the drive and camp, which was nice and offered a sense of seclusion, but the noise from the highway was incredibly loud—being a bit away from I-90 didn't help. The grass smelled awful and made my dog stink. The showers were also pretty gross, and the spigot at my campsite lacked a faucet, so the water shot out sideways.

Host was very friendly and even delivered firewood to our site. Site was clean but could use some weed whacking around trees and other structures. Didn't use the bathroom. Could hear the highway from the campground

Lots of mud thru the driveways. Sites were nice. Long and spacious but need landscaping work. Great location for overnight stop.

Friendly conscientious manager. Bathrooms were clean and efficient. Hopefully new ownership will address exterior maintenance of the property and the RV sites to make them a little nicer.

We recently stayed twice at this KOA as a stop between locations. The place is fine for an overnight but wouldn’t do more than that. The road in was full of potholes but the second day they were actually working on it. The staff is friendly and helpful so no complaints there. Again for an overnight it’s completely fine.

The campground was nice and clean. I was only there for a quick overnight stop and wanted a pull through after a long day's drive. KOAs are generally more expensive, but the pull through was important to me. The site was nice and level and I didn't have to unhitch or work to level up my trailer. There were some holes in the main drive, but those were being fixed as I left.

We've stayed here before because of the location in our travels. This stay indicated that here were new owners so I have hopes of seeing some clean up improvements the next time we are in that area. The overnight sites are okay but the overall appearance of the campground need some attention.

We enjoyed our stay in a patio site. We didnt use any amenities. The patio sites were kind of close, had many weeds, and the wood deck and swing was dried out and really needed some paint. We visited the Spam museum and thought it was cutesy fun.

This campground is under new ownership and they are making changes that will bring this place back to prime condition. The site sizes are generous with plenty of space all around. Very easy to level. The store is larger than most and well stocked. The laundromat was clean with ample space to work. Best of all the new owners are friendly, enthusiastic and ready to bring new life to the park.

Owners were fantastic! Doing a great job for just buying it, but could use one or two employees. The only thing we had a problem with was the pot holes coming into the campground, but that was it! Everything else was great!�

The new owners are certainly working on the campground. It’s a great place to stop, right off the interstate. The campground needs some TLC and it’ll look a lot less wild. Good internet and great prices.

This is a really nice and quiet KOA. The owner, Chris is very nice and seemed genuinely happy & welcoming. I work remotely while traveling and I was able to stay a little later than the usual check out time in order to finish with my work shift. This was very helpful to me! I will stay here again when I am in the are and recommend this spot to others. 👍😊

NEW Owner! The owner informed us he had just purchased this perfect stop off the highway. He was out surveying and marking areas for his awesome improvement ideas. Very nice person! Please be sure to stop here on your travels! Our site was level and had lush grass and trees. The dog park is very big and nicely kept.
