The kamp host was very welcoming! We have just returned to RVing after a 23 year hiatus. With a host like them, we are looking forward to kampong again.

We were very pleased with our stay. The 0wner very polite and the grounds were beautiful and clean. They also had a really nice dog park and good areas to walk your dog. The campground with pull thru sites was minutes off Route 90 which was another benefit for us. I would recommend this campground to all.

Brian and his wife was very friendly and accommodating. They made trips around the campground to visit with people. They were very helpful. The campground was very clean and neat.

Very clean called said they were. Full but told us to come and call when we got there and see if they could help us that they did help us fot thr the night was very disappointed to see no pool but every thing else was top-notch thank you for making roomfor us

The owners were very helpful and friendly. Nice part, good fairly level pull thrus. They had a great store with food, camping supplies and souvenirs. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great, grounds well maintained. Sites were too tight, too short, and too close. Although I could see that renovations were underway in the women's restroom, I was disappointed that only one shower was usable (the other open shower was moldy and missing handles) and it was in use every time I checked. No shower for me at this stop.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I am sorry you missed a shower. There is no mold in the old shower. The water here is hard and has iron. Those are stains from the water.

This stopover served its purpose. The staff was great and our site was clean and level. The bathrooms were in the middle of a remodel but the new pieces were very clean. The camp appears to be half used for semi-permanent seasonal workers which was something we try to avoid when selecting our campgrounds.

Our main reason for staying there was because we wanted to see the Spam Museum and the KOA was fairly close. The campground appears to be a "stop over" for many people traveling, not many spend more than 1 night it seemed. The hosts were very nice, spoke with them a number of times; even met a couple that travels around to all the KOA's and assesses the campgrounds.

Great little campground with friendly staff and a location that is close enough to the highway to be convenient but still be quiet. This location worked out great for our visit to the Spam museum on our business trip. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA campground! The new owners is a veteran, which we really appreciate, and it shows in the pride they take in running the campground. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The campground was very clean, including the sites and bathrooms, which were well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the small playground, and the overall atmosphere was family-friendly, quiet, and relaxing. The location is also very convenient—right off the highway, making it an easy stop while traveling without sacrificing a peaceful camping experience. We're excited to see how the new owners continue to improve the campground and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for families and travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to camp.

Nice quiet campsite. Conveniently located near interstate 90 but far enough away so that we didn't have the traffic noise. Friendly helpful staff. Peaceful. Update 6/5/26. New owners are great. Working hard to get park cleaned up after Ash tree removal due to disease. Clean bathrooms and laundry. Will definitely stay here again!
