Host was willing to wait for my late arrival. Place was quiet and clean. I was passing through but would stop again.

Overpriced for the condition of the Koa. Sites were so far unlevel I was surprised our coach was able to deal with it. Grass was not mowed, sewer was so far back from other hookups and roads and sites could have used new gravel and leveling.

The grass to be trimmed. Around water spicket and electrical boxes the grass was over 1 foot long . The entrance road in spots the brush should be cut back in case you'd meet a camper.

Spent several nights and enjoyed the area. Thank you to the owner for his recommendations on a place to eat and Nick’s Meat Market. Loved the quilt shop in Hayward.

Stayed for a week - went to Spam Museum, Mall of America, and just chilled- Nice visit!

The office “store” was lacking - shelves and coolers pretty much empty. And NO ICE! I’ve never been to a KOA or any other campground that didn’t sell ice. It was okay for 1 night.

Too close to the freeway, and the aesthetics weren’t great. It has everything you need for an overnight if you don’t mind noise.

First I want to rate the gentleman Jonathan working the front desk was very nice and helpful. He gets 5 stars. If you are looking for a 1 night stay this is fine. Right off the hwy. This though is a rough looking park. Not what we expect from a KOA.

Pleasant stay. Just the right amount of amenities. I didn't need a water park or a zipline. Showers, laundry, propane, and fresh air. My stay was during OFF SEASON so it was nice to have those available to me. Good proximity to the actual city of Albert Lea (5-6 miles) with restaurants and a grocer.

Traveling west in late October can be challenging to find an overnight stay but we were delighted to able to stay here for 4 nights, only electricity but that was good for us! Thanks!

This KOA is in the perfect location. It's not fancy like some of the other KOA's. Not much for the kids. It is quiet and the staff is very friendly. The only complaint is that the men's shower is hot water only. Good to cook lobsters, but not to take showers.

Site was very run down and nothing there for the kids to do! This place was nothing like what I’m used to in Waterloo ! The staff was friendly and kind!

Very nice and small campground. Felt safe and welcome there. Of course, the only issue was the BEETLES! Never seen anything like them. The host explained about the little nasty things! Yikes.

Need some trees trimmed up. Branches scraped my Rv. The road coming in is only one way. Not sure what would happen if I met someone on it.

Nice level sites, easy access from the highway, all pull through, well stocked camp store, very friendly hosts, nice shade trees, couldn’t ask for more than that!!!

Electric power delivered an open ground to ou camper van that tripped both the inverter and transfer switch. We had no 110 power and now have to pay to have the system rebooted!!! Shower only produced hot, and I mean HOT water. Useless!!!!!!!!!

This is our halfway point on our annual trip to Wisconsin. It is a clean and friendly environment and the staff has always been very cordial. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Great little campground with friendly staff and a location that is close enough to the highway to be convenient but still be quiet. This location worked out great for our visit to the Spam museum on our business trip. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA campground! The new owners is a veteran, which we really appreciate, and it shows in the pride they take in running the campground. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The campground was very clean, including the sites and bathrooms, which were well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the small playground, and the overall atmosphere was family-friendly, quiet, and relaxing. The location is also very convenient—right off the highway, making it an easy stop while traveling without sacrificing a peaceful camping experience. We're excited to see how the new owners continue to improve the campground and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for families and travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to camp.

Nice quiet campsite. Conveniently located near interstate 90 but far enough away so that we didn't have the traffic noise. Friendly helpful staff. Peaceful. Update 6/5/26. New owners are great. Working hard to get park cleaned up after Ash tree removal due to disease. Clean bathrooms and laundry. Will definitely stay here again!
