Very peaceful, quiet and perfect place for us to unwind after a eight weeks at the Minnesota Ren fest selling our art work. Cooked fresh fish over our campfire , beers and sleep. Nice!

We love this campground! RV sites are nice and big and clean. The park has been improved a lot since our stay a few years ago and is very nice. We will be back.

The wife of the owner was terrible to deal with and made our stay uncomfortable and very sad. She lashed out at my wife, a special needs mother, making her cry and causing a scene in front of my kids. Very unprofessional and rude. Ruined the small amount of time I get to spend with my family over the summer months. I will never stay here again and encourage everyone in my business to as well.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are sorry you feel this way. We ask people to pick up after their dogs. There was dog poop all over your site and when asked to pick it up she was told no big deal. She stepped in 2 piles and didn't want any other customers to do the same since it was a public area next to your camper.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The campground is older but they are working hard to improve it. Our site was relatively level-always a plus!

I was traveling through the area for only one night as a late check-in. Check-in was easy and everything at the site worked perfectly. I was running out of propane and the staff expertly serviced my RV before I departed the next morning.

I stayed there last year and made the effort to go back.again..One of the few campgrounds where you see the family that owns the campground and you can talk to them.

Great place and very pretty. Sites are level and nice shade trees. The staff couldn't be nicer and they are constantly working to improve sites and to make the place very appealing. We would definitely recommend this place to others and the store is nice too. The grounds are so nice just like the hosts!

We don't have cable here at the campground. And we don't advertise anything about cable. We do list the local channels available over the air.

Called and got message but call was returned very shortly! Got a pull thru site which we requested! There were 3 people on office and greeted us and were very helpful. Told us where we could gas up near by with the big rig. Very nice people and we'll run!! Would highly recommend them!!! Bob and Mary Rix

This campground is good for an overnight stay. The lots and roads are not paved. If you get an end lot, the size is good otherwise the lots are very cozy. Noisy due to the busy highway .Not much to do in the area

We stay a couple time a year here and this time they changed the wyfi. It worked great, first time we got full bars the entire time….awesome!

We only staid for one night on our way back home but we really thought it was a great KOA camp. Very quiet and neat ,also easy to find. we were traveling I35N to I90E back to Wis. My Sister and her Huband stayed at this KOA last year and recommended the camp to us. Very happy with it. Will stay here again on our way to and from Arkansas. The owners and staff were so friendly and helpful.

The place was very nice however the interstate traffic noise was always present. It would not stop me from staying there again but you should know about it so you are not surprised.

We only spent one night there as we traveled home from Kansas. I love online booking and it was so easy to do. The hosts were very friendly, the spot had great shade and was quiet. We will definitely stay there more often!

Great little campground with friendly staff and a location that is close enough to the highway to be convenient but still be quiet. This location worked out great for our visit to the Spam museum on our business trip. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA campground! The new owners is a veteran, which we really appreciate, and it shows in the pride they take in running the campground. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The campground was very clean, including the sites and bathrooms, which were well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the small playground, and the overall atmosphere was family-friendly, quiet, and relaxing. The location is also very convenient—right off the highway, making it an easy stop while traveling without sacrificing a peaceful camping experience. We're excited to see how the new owners continue to improve the campground and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for families and travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to camp.

Nice quiet campsite. Conveniently located near interstate 90 but far enough away so that we didn't have the traffic noise. Friendly helpful staff. Peaceful. Update 6/5/26. New owners are great. Working hard to get park cleaned up after Ash tree removal due to disease. Clean bathrooms and laundry. Will definitely stay here again!
