Bathrooms need a serious remodel

We loved staying here! The staff were warm and friendly, very helpful, professional and courteous. The grounds were orderly and clean. We would recommend this KOA to anyone and everyone!

They’d had a lot of rain but my camping space was dry. It was level enough I didn’t need to adjust. Owners were very nice. I didn’t use the shower so can’t comment on that. I’d stay here again

We only stayed one night and the only service I used was the men's shower. The shower stalls were very clean and there was a nice size changing room at the entry to the shower which had plenty of clothes hooks and a nice bench with an elevated rubber mat. The shower was exceptional in that it had very good water pressure, a nice shower head, and was easy to adjust the water temperature.

Host was friendly and helpful. Easy access off I90. Level gravel sites. We didn’t use facilities but large enclosed off leash dog area. Playground for kids. Recent rains have caused flooding in the area and grassy areas were boggy. Roads and sites solid and safe. We would definitely stop again.

Overnight stay when passing through. Easy on/off highway, did not get to talk with any staff as we arrived late and left early. Ground pretty soft as they had recently received a lot of rain. All in all an ok place for an overnight when passing through. I would stay again. Our rig is a 40' Montana 2791 full sized PU, a little tight when staging but o.k.

We never had a chance to use any of the facilities as we were passing through for the night. We are thankful the KOA was available. The staff were very busy but helpful. Unfortunately this area of Minnesota got a lot of rain which the ground had a lot of standing water.

I secured a full hookup pull through site online. When we arrived my wife went inside and the young man at the desk said we had a electric and water only. He was not correct but tried arguing and wanted us to pay more. After we got that straightened out we went to our site. It was overgrown and the septic pipe was broken. I made it work. Maintenance was lacking at this KOA.

We got into camp around 8 pm. Just an over night stay. But they sent me texts through out the day. I did respond to a text that we would be in late. They said all our info would be on the door. We got there and they were still there. Nice campground! Very nice folks!

Nice clean and quiet older RV park. The sites are nice and have room for larger rigs. Small store, bathrooms and I think a laundry room. We found some TV channels with our Batwing antenna, Verizon had 2-3 bars. We stayed over night and recommend this park for a short stay or longer.

If was a one nite stay during our travels...the are had recently had a incredible amount of rain..we were at a end site pull thru near standing water that had a smell which wasn't appealing...this of course was not there fault and avoidable..but made our stay less enjoyable. Site was not flat..my biggest grip is the cost of $80.00 for 1 nite even with my KOA member discount

Our site was long and level. We only had water and electric. 50 Amp was a plus. The staff were awesome.

Everything was good. Clean restrooms, etc. Owners were really helpful and nice . The reason I gave it I 5 was only because the koa site advertises a pool and there wasn’t a pool. I was really looking forward to using the pool and that would be a dealbreaker for a family with kids for me.

It was a very enjoyable stay for our first time at a KOA. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They have a great layout and are constantly making improvements and upgrades. Very peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely come back again

Perfect for me overnight stay on our way west. Right off the highway. Not as nice as I’ve come to expect from koa but super nice hosts and served us just fine for our needs.

Good location. We were there for a couple days of hard rain, nonetheless, this campground needs some TLC. Mowing, weed eating and general upkeep. Staff was nice. Water pressure was not good.

Easy on and off I90. Camp store has more options than you'd expect here. Bathrooms were clean. Very good spot for a night stop over.

We like staying at this KOA whenever we are on the Albert Lea area. The sites are level, hosts are really nice and helpful. We will definitely be back in July.

Beautiful campground. Lots if trees. Sift grass. Fire ring at every campsite. Conveniently located dumpster, ice, park store. Bathrooms were adequate but could use some updating. Friendly staff.

Great little campground with friendly staff and a location that is close enough to the highway to be convenient but still be quiet. This location worked out great for our visit to the Spam museum on our business trip. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA campground! The new owners is a veteran, which we really appreciate, and it shows in the pride they take in running the campground. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The campground was very clean, including the sites and bathrooms, which were well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the small playground, and the overall atmosphere was family-friendly, quiet, and relaxing. The location is also very convenient—right off the highway, making it an easy stop while traveling without sacrificing a peaceful camping experience. We're excited to see how the new owners continue to improve the campground and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for families and travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to camp.

Nice quiet campsite. Conveniently located near interstate 90 but far enough away so that we didn't have the traffic noise. Friendly helpful staff. Peaceful. Update 6/5/26. New owners are great. Working hard to get park cleaned up after Ash tree removal due to disease. Clean bathrooms and laundry. Will definitely stay here again!
