Owner is very nice. He is a new owner working hard to make it a nice stopover. It is close to Austin and the Spam Museum which was really fun. Austin has cute downtown. Not far from Albert Lea as well. Close to 90 and 35 interstates.

This is a very basic campground. The owner is working hard to make improvements and he is very personable and efficient. My biggest complaint is that this facility is way, way overpriced for what it is. It's a gravel site with hookups. That's about it. The bathrooms are dated albeit clean. It's just a place to stop. It should be priced at about $35-$40 rather than $60+.

Bugs were insane all over us. We had to leave as soon as we could. Also the bathroom smells like urine.

Service was very good. Owner was attentive to our needs. Bathrooms need a bit more attention though. The showers weren’t clean enough for me.

The bugs were unbelievable!!! I think it was partly because the grass was soooo long!! I think you should keep the grass cut. Makes the camping area clean and proper. Check in was good.

Fine for an overnight stop.The road into the park needs some love. We stayed overnight while enroute. We had a level pull through gravel site with full hookup. The new owner is pleasant.

Super nice and friendly new owner who is making good and needed upgrades. Worked fine for a quick overnight stop. Site was level and long enough that we could stay hooked up. Only used electric and it worked well. Definitely visit the Spam Museum when you're in the area!

Tent camper so our focus for a 1 night stay is totally on overall impression upon entering office area and bathroom facilities and tent site. Overall impression - shabby. Badly needs renovating. Office and bathrooms smell - we think sulphur water? Bathrooms dirty, so old, honestly hard to clean. Will not stay there again.

A quick overnight. The new owner, Christopher, made us feel right at home. Site was clean and level. 24hr laundry room was clean and efficient. There's even a change machine. Much needed after a week on the road. Bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. I appreciate having hand soap available. Showers were clean; New owners are working on updating. The robot mower was a nice treat!

Tv in the room didn't work on both trips. The receiver wasn't connected to internet was the error code.

Easy in/out. Prompt and courteous service. Close to interstate so a lot of traffic noise. Clean and modern bath house.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, moved us to a nicer spot than we had originally. Under new management and needs some updating. We had a great quiet night there.

The owner Christopher is very nice and helpful. The location is far enough away from major roads to be quiet enough for a great night sleep. I would absolutely stay here again when I am in the area.

Good people, nice little stop over. They still haven't fix the men's showers. Hot water only is not good. It's been that way for years. Also, the bathroom was a little dirty.

This is a great place to stay while exploring the area. The new owners are doing a great job and are the nicest people. We had a pull-thru, full hook-up with plenty of room for our tow vehicle. Easy to get to from the Interstate. Our view was very rural with farms around the campground.

Older KOA facility. Needs some continuing care and updates. Staff and office help were very helpful, activing working to update facility and I watched them involved in maintenance the entire time I was there, while they check-in new customers.

We stay here twice a year every year and it has always been a great place for us to stopover. Yes the road is not paved. So what! Just take it easy. Some of the nicest accommodate people working there �

Even after a couple previous days of rain, just prior to our stay, the park was in very good shape. The new owner and I chatted a few times about his upcoming plans and what he has been done since taking over earlier this year and his RUMBA style lawn mowers.

We stayed at an upgraded patio sites and the grass was coming through the patio blocks...the campground was run down...it looked very tired

Only stayed for a couple night but people were great to work with and super nice and very accommodating! Also very helpful and descriptive on how to get to your spot and very easy to talk too!

Arrived late so wasn’t able to use the amenities. Otherwise the sites were clean, spacious and services in good working order. I did have a slight late check in issue and management exceeded my expectations to correct it. Thank you

We had a great stay, the campground was as advertised, camp store, laundry and dump were the amenities as listed. The campground itself was fantastic we had a premium site with patio and it was beautiful. The facilities were clean and well cared for. The owners were amazing and fun to talk with. We thoroughly enjoyed this campground and have it high on the list of places to come back to.

This is a really nice and quiet KOA. The owner, Chris is very nice and seemed genuinely happy & welcoming. I work remotely while traveling and I was able to stay a little later than the usual check out time in order to finish with my work shift. This was very helpful to me! I will stay here again when I am in the are and recommend this spot to others. 👍😊

NEW Owner! The owner informed us he had just purchased this perfect stop off the highway. He was out surveying and marking areas for his awesome improvement ideas. Very nice person! Please be sure to stop here on your travels! Our site was level and had lush grass and trees. The dog park is very big and nicely kept.
