On Hwy 160 and Juniper Lane: The Alamosa / Great Sand Dunes KOA Journey is 3.5 miles east of Alamosa at mile marker 237 on the north side of Hwy 160.

Our KOA has made the construction of a Dark Sky Viewing Platform a Priority for 2023! Located on the east end of our property, a path will lead guests to a comfortable deck where they can roll out a blanket and just relax under the night sky and enjoy the view.
