Very clean, beautiful park with friendly and informative staff. I really liked the updates by text; useful reminders and store times are very helpful. Our electric pole wasn't working when we got settled in however, the staff immediately got us electric and we didn't have to move sites! Thank you we had a great time!

It was ok, except from the loud sounds of the construction going on near at our site, loud motorists and loud sounds of the train.

WE STAYED AT THE WIS DELLS KOA 3 TIMES THIS SUMMER, WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND GREAT EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL. WE WILL BE BACK!

Stay was good. The sites were small for camping but made it work. Site was for 6 and we had 6 in our group but got charged for 3 adults. I don't think kids stay for free. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. I thought 260 for 3 nights was expensive for camping. The bathroom and showers could have been kept up better. I didn't see basketball court. Pool area small and activities were extra fee

Impeccable customer service and friendly staff! Always on top of any questions/concerns/requests. Clean camping sites! The bathrooms once the weekend hit could use more frequent attention. A full campground with only 3 toilet rooms made for a mess for sure. Otherwise, it was the best KOA we’ve stayed at yet!!

There was no grass pad as described in the website. Still a very nice campground.

Sites were a little small for our liking as we hardly had room for our tent and SUV. We brought outdoor games to play but had no space to play them unless we wanted to venture down to the lobby area which is down hill. Glad it was only my husband and I as we would not have fit our three children as well at this site.

We had a great quick stay here! Their staff does such a nice job at not only keeping the place tidy and safe, but provides a great level of hospitality! We will stay here again when visiting the dells!

It was nice to camp there but the camp site a bit crowded and the train was a bit loud but not bad . Bathroom are clean and they picked up the trash at the unit site. They have electric and water for the units .

Our tent site was carved out of a hill. Fun and all, but with little kids, kind of a mess. And like most KOAs there little distance between you and the other tents. There’s also no dedicated tent pad here, something that is sorely lacking at many KOAs. For these prices it would be really appreciated to have a 10x10 pad laid out. Heck, the national parks do for 1/4 the price.

Only issues I had was with the train and and the red blue and white light flashing on a pole. Could see it through my tent. Everything else was perfect and the staff was amazing!

I appreciate the attention by the employees when there was a tornado warning and those in tents were guided to a garage for shelter until the rain passed. I felt safe. The rest of the weekend was great. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star, son scraped his foot in the pool and forgot to mention it to the manager on site. The bottom of the pool was rough and not smooth. He cut it more than once

We stayed in an electric tent site. When booking the description stated grass tent pad. Our entire site was sand. Not much room for anything, including our car. Our tent neighbors were maybe a foot away from our tent, we were only there to sleep so it severed its purpose. Bathrooms and showers were clean and staff was friendly.

We had a great time! Two small issues, our water hook up drained directly into our tent area and the prospecting water had to be turned on by an employee. We bought 4 bags of them for the kids. I found out the morning of checkout that it could be turned on but I was told that we had checked out 2 min ago and amenities were only for guests. She did turn it on but that's a bit ridged.

This was our first family vacation of tenting with grandkids. The location was great. The activities were fun! The pool was a nice place to relax after a busy day in the Dells! The cleanliness of your campground was greatly appreciated. Staff was so kind and friendly. Everyone had a great time!

Our stay was great! The improvements that have been made over the last year are noticeable and appreciated. The only down side were things beyond the campground’s control, the road being closed and the water needing to shut off during the day for maintenance.

Grassy tent sites had no grass … packed in like sardines….very dissatisfied left two days early ….. got refunded one night

Went to check out the property prior to checking in- was told we really don’t do that? Looked around and came back at check in time to see they had started already checking others in prior to check in time but we were told to wait. Everything runs very well. Very noisy with three different group of campers that were staying in cabin directly to our side. Some up and loud 4:30 in AM. Some up until 3:30 AM. I had to yell to be quiet. One suggestion would be to install exhaust fans in bathrooms and showers. Extremely hot and muggy.

Great stay! Was my first time at a KOA. The office workers were super helpful and friendly. After our first night we wanted to move tent sites to be closer to our friend’s site and they were very happy and helpful in accommodating our switch. Great trip!

Stayed at tent site. Very clean restrooms and showers. Kids love outdoor pool. Smooth check in with friendly staff. We will come back again !

Campground was clean and the staff helpful and prompt. Bathrooms and shower stalls need venting. Other campers were leaving used toiliet paper in the trash inside the bathrooms so that was gross. I think the sign might have confused people who don't speak good english that you "can't flush items". Pool was small and always crowded. Our tent site was on an incline so no good place to put our tent.

The staff were great at check-in and the bathrooms and common areas were clean, those 2 things get 5 stars. We rented tent site 90 and the tree above dripped sticky sap all over our tent and everything else. I was really disappointed by this. There was also a severe thunderstorm warning and I wasn’t aware of any emergency shelter at the campground. We put our sleeping kids in the car at 11:15pm

Muy bonito lugar muy tranquilo y limpio, lo que si pienso que falta es una alberca un poco más grande y con un tobogán y un jacuzzi . Pero si lo recomiendo. Es un lugar muy agradable para acampar con niños.

Everything was really good except for the showers, they are cleaned during the day (8 to 8) but a lot of people take showers after the last cleaning and then they get disgusting (hair on the floor and walls) not a pretty picture. Also, I am pretty sure someone was smoking pot in one because it reeked of pot. All that said I will be back again next year and would definitely recommend the place.

There were many amenities on site for campers: a store with food and supplies, a pool for kids, and extremely clean bathrooms! We also had a nice view from our campsite.

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
