We paid for a premium spot over $100 a night and didn’t expect our neighbors utilities to literally be in our faces on our site. Our site was too close to next door neighbor fir this kind of price.

The campground was clean and well maintained, which included a clean grill and full bottle of propane. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They picked up our trash every morning. The girl in the office/store helped me obtain water park tickets. Great place!

We paid for full hook up but didn't have sewer. Which wasn't an issue but felt our nightly stay should have been discounted.

ALL staff was very friendly. 2022 cleaning staff was much better than 2021. The office and grounds staff was very professional and eager to answer questions and help with anything. Playground could use an upgrade.

It was nice location, close to everything. Right next to train tracks but not bad. The only issue we had was the spot we stayed at (#2) had a big metal circle/lid right where you have to back in. And since backing up a slight incline near tress and stakes sticking up, our camper foot (in the front) hit that multiple times. We ended up getting into the spot but it was quite frustrating.

Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Would give 6 stars if we could. Campground is very family friendly. Lots of options for family and kids (game room, playground etc). About 5 min from downtown dell's area. Park was VERY clean overall, including lots, bath and shower rooms. East side lots are are a little tight and are about 200ft away from tracks. Would stay there again.

Really enjoyed the texts about happenings and weather alert. Also the text reminders when the store was about to close so I could order firewood even though we were still out and about and come back to it delivered right to the fire pit. The Train was really loud. The shared water spigot right by our tent was annoying as well

Small sites, close to the railroad tracks, small pool, KOA work campers randomly placed among the other sites and simply not one of the nicer KOA's we have stayed. We also had 6 families together and got in trouble for letting our kids eat at a shaded picnic table that was not ours. Won't be back to this one!

Spots are rather close together, which wasn't a problem for our group of 9 families with adjacent camp/cabin sites, but could be a bit close for others. What stood out to me is how SUPER-FRIENDLY and helpful all staff members were that we came in contact with. And the pool + splash pad was a great spot for the kids. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here -- keep up the good work!

Loved how we were escorted to our site. Also loved how carts drove around delivering ice and firewood. The texting system was very helpful. We were tenting during a storm and appreciated the alerts and how the shelters were made available.

The campground was very clean and the employees were very nice, friendly, hospitable. We enjoyed the clean pool and free movies in outdoor theater. We did NOT enjoy the proximity to other campers - less than 20' from our camper to others. We were parked directly next to playground (we brought no children), these sites should be reserved for campers WITH children. Distracting, NOT relaxing!

Our cabin was very nice and clean. The refrigerator was an unexpected bonus. I would have liked the option to choose what cabins we had during online booking, since we were traveling with others and their cabins were far from ours. The pool was nice, I just wish it was open earlier than 10. Overall, a very good stay and everyone who worked there was friendly and kind.

We had an overnight stay here on our way to Minnesota. True to form, KOA did not disappoint on expectations. Sites packed in like sardines, we couldn't put our awning out for fear of hitting the neighbors rig. Neighbors slide made using the small patio impossible. Loud neighbors past midnight. Loose dogs. If KOA doesn't work on issues guests will stop camping at them, listening KOA? Probably not.

This was a great place to stay the pool was nice my son loved the arcade the campground was great, there where reviews of people complaining about trash being everywhere which is hard to believe because the people who work there are continuously driving around picking everything up things and they will drive to your campsite and deliver ice or firewood. I would definitely stay here again

The campground was nice and clean, well maintained, the camping spaces were nice and large. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. They even picked up your trash daily, right at your campground. The only bummer was the train track that was next to the campground. Nothing they can do about it, it is what it is….

Great KOA campground, very attractive place to stay. Great, friendly personal. The pool and water fountain area was nice, the kids loved it! Would differently recommend thi KOA!

This KOA was extremely clean, family friendly, and the staff exceptionally helpful and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here on our way back east to Massachusetts.

Once we got settled into our site, they stay was great, however, we were originally placed on site 61 and we had a 26ft camper with a sildeour which I mentioned when I booked it. We couldn't fit and had to be moved. I would like to STRONGLY urge that you don't put any camper other than a pop up on site 61. It's too small and too narrow for anything else. Even pop ups look awkward on the site.

Great Stay at Wisconsin Dells KOA. Especially: (1) Campfire Kevin - bringing & keeping music alive from the last 50 years to youth & oldsters alike, during his "smore's included" singing campfires. (2) 1 EV Charge location was available, 30Amp pedestal. They charged $10 per day to use it (reasonable). Improvement suggestions: - get more & real charging stations & cut fee to FREE charging!

Everything in the campgrounds are very clean. The bathrooms were clean, the showers were clean, had good pressure, and the water was actually hot. The dishwashing stations were really nice. The pool was warm and refreshing. This was my first stay at a KOA, I usually stay at Jellystone, but after this experience I may switch over to KOA all the time now.

Great stay at this convenient location. Staff was amazing. Store is well stocked and the showers and restrooms were super clean. We will be back next year!

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
