It is always good to have a place to stay. This is a perfect distance from Boston when i am coming through. Unwinding with a walk along the lake, seeing the sun set after a day of driving.

I understand the refund policy and the weather insurance. Wife sick, rained for two days and still wouldn't consider even a partial refund. Doesn't make for much customer loyalty.

Extremely friendly staff, A+ restrooms and showers. Camping sites are loaded with beautiful scenery. Many scenic places to walk. Best KOA I have stayed at. Looking forward to returning next year!

Our first trip with an RV. So glad we chose to stay at this KOA. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The campground was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Plenty to do when we felt like it and quiet when we felt like doing nothing. The view of the lake from our campsite was a definite bonus. Thanks for a great weekend!

It’s a very nice RV park. It had a really Nice laundry room very clean. Very close to Lake Erie, if you wanna do something on the lake, it’s a good location.

Came in after hours but was able to smoothly register for a site. Extremely helpful manager. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The shower was the best I have experienced at a KOA anywhere.

It was very nice the camp ground was clean. The only drawback was it’s next to the thruway and train tracks so the road noise was loud

As others have mentioned... the park is older, but nice! Good level sites, friendly greeting from 'Cliff'. But...it is a little close to the interstate so know ahead of time there is a bit of road noise. Would stay again!

Sites are too close and only a couple level sites. Camped years ago and nothing has changed, definitely good for an overnight only. Staff was friendly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The campground was well kept. Our site was nice. It required minimal leveling. Location was convenient to local attractions and is right across from Lake Erie.

We have stayed here at least (3) previous times and love it. So do our dogs. Nice play area for them and the cleanest bathrooms ever. The family ones are private with shower, etc. The small but yummy restaurant was not open but has good food and snacks during the regular season.

Check in was easy, informative and friendly. Was escorted to my site which is always nice after a long ride. I had a drive through site. Beautiful area to walk around. The campground is not directly on the water side- there is a park across the street from the KOA that has a great view of Lake Erie. I was only there for one night. I would go back and stay longer!

Just an overnight but the park is very nice, beautifully decorated for the season, and cordial personnel. Nice area, quiet at night.

Found the campground too close to the Thruway Rt 90; lots of road noise - nothing you can do about that. Very nice having so many pull-through sites. Ate at a great restaurant in Westfield on Main St. Sad so many local eateries were closed but our stay is after summer but nice leaf peeping on Rt 90 from Rochester. Cliff was most helpful and friendly.

Being a 45' MH towing, we were given a pull through site which was quite OK. However, there was a trailer and truck across from us and slightly to the right that would have made an impossible turn out to the right which was the proper way to exit. With numerous empty sites, it would have been no problem to be in another site with no problemm in getting our 'train' our of our site.

This overnight stay was pleasant. We arrived after dark. The late arrival check-in directed us easily to our site. Little night lights on top of Shore Power poles would be a nice addition, as we’ve had at other KOA along our trip. Overall ������

The stay was amazing and Rachel was very kind and as always... Sweet. I would recommend going there and enjoying al that there is to do in Westfield. Thank you Dennis for an enjoyable stay.

Very friendly staff and nice campground. The only thing from giving it a 10 is the DUST when you first drive in. Our car was covered. Had to rinse it off to see!! We would definitely stay here again.

A quiet peaceful one night stop, graveled sites with clean laundry & showers. The air smelled of grapes, a nice surprise! Right across the road is a small park with picnic tables & lots of shade, right up against Lake Erie!

Beautiful walk and view across the street. There were plenty of sites available however we were placed right across from the bathhouse with ventilation fan motor running all day/ night and no shade trees. We would stay again in a different site.

We had a great stay at Lake Erie KOA while traveling from NH to MI to trade-in our trailer for a new unit. It was a perfect stop both ways—clean, convenient, and relaxing. The staff was welcoming, and the location ideal. Thank you for the hospitality!
