ALL KOA GUESTS MUST CHECK-IN AT THE FRONT OFFICE ( Inside Gas Station ) BEFORE ENTERING THE CAMPGROUND.
KOA Campers must inform office of expected guests. 
ALL Visitors must stop and check in at the store before proceeding thru the campground.
Vehicles without passes will be asked to leave the premises.
Currently, no early check-ins or extended stays

Visitor Policy ( Stop at Bamboo Ridge Store )

All visitors much check-in at the office to obtain a pass for each site. Each site is only allowed 2 vehicles, any after that is an additional $10 charge. There is additional parking around campground and convenience store, if needed.  No parking on grass at sites!  Vehicles without passes will be asked to leave the Campground premises .

Deluxe Lodge Security Deposit

To encourage our guests to take good care of their accommodations at Waterloo/Lost Island KOA, we charge a $150.00 security deposit. This deposit is due at reservation booking  and needs to be on a credit card. Provided there are no issues, this deposit is fully refundable. We do expect that there will be absolutely no damage incurred by you or your party during your stay. We expect that you will treat your Lodge as if it were your own and that you will leave your Lodge clean, neat and undamaged at check-out. Cabin Check out cleaning lists are available in each Cabin. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit.  Cabin amenities are designed for each individual Cabin Max occupancy.  Any guests over the max permitted will be charged an additional $25 per night per person.  Unregistered guests will result in forfeiting entire security deposit. 


Full forfeiture of your security deposit occurs for any of the following: unauthorized pet occupancies, smoking inside any unit, exceeding the occupancy limits of your initial reservation.

Lake Rules & Safety Info

Our Kampground & Beach is designated for KOA Kampers Only ! 
For the safety off our guests , ALL visitors must be approved prior to arrival . Please inform our office . Vehicles without approved car tag will be asked to leave 
No life guard on duty, please stay inside designated swim ropes, children 12 an under must be accompanied by a adult. 
Personal water crafts are NOT permitted in any area of water.
Kayaks, paddle boats and boards can be rented from General Store.
Beach hours 8am - 8pm
FISHING IS CATCH & RELEASE  AND FOR ONSITE KAMPERS ONLY ! 
NO FISHING IN SWIM AREA !
Children must be 14 years of age to drive any personal golf carts or equipment around the campground.
This is for all Kampers safety!

Severe Weather Information/Shelters

In cases of bad weather, both campground shower houses are to be used as shelters until weather passes.
