Great campground! Lovely place with excellent amenities - walking paths, a big field for dogs to run, fenced dog area, and really cool place to sift through bags of sand and stones (for sale in the gift shope) to find rocks and and other artifacts. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Very convenient hook ups. Overall, great!

The hosts/owners were great and friendly.Quiet out of way, especially after long day w/ bad roads. Horrible cell phone reception. I couldn't even call my boyfriend at our motorhome from the office. I had to go back to the unit to find out what flavor ice cream he wanted, the go back to office to get it.

This is our second time staying at this KOA and was a great experience. We had some car issues while we were there, and Mike was on it immediately, getting us into a service shop who not only fixed my car, but sorted out a rental for me as well! Everyone is super nice and if we are in the area, we will definitely stay again!

Last minute decision to stay there while traveling though the area.Typical well worn Koa. Our camp site was ridiculous. Jammed between two other campsites.

This Is The Second Time My Husband And I Have Stayed Her And We Loved It, They Are Pet Friendly Which Is Awesome As I Have A Service Dog. Very Clean and Very Peaceful Stay. Love The Live Band And Activities They Had While We Were There Over The Weekend..We Would Will Be Staying Again Very Soon..

I little odd to access from the highway is the only reason I didn’t give a five star. We are motor home towing a trailer and the hosts were very accommodating in fitting us in. The property is quite beautiful and was fun to explore.

I now understand that you cannot follow the GPS directions to the campground to avoid a sharp and difficult turn but how is anyone to know? I found it confusing to see a sign at the exit ramp of I88 telling me to go in the opposite direction GPS was taking me. I wondered if there was a second KOA in the opposite direction I did not know about. Maybe the sign could also include the name/address.

Whenever I have work in Oneonta, I prefer to stay at the KOA in Unadilla. It's very relaxing and quiet. Great atmosphere, nice outdoor pool and small pond. And the creek offers a relaxing view, as well.

Excellent hosts and friendly campers. Nice BBall court and pool. Best laundry prices, but laundry only open 9AM-9PM. Nice showers.

Wonderful stay for our family and a great experience for our grandkids first camping trip. We were so thankful for the friendly and supportive help we received when our vehicle broke down and it was super easy to just relax at the campsite while waiting for repairs. WE even booked a second night in one of the super sweet cabins while we waited for repairs. Thanks a million for your non-stop help!

Mike and Kathy are very friendly. We live nearby but my husband mows lawns all summer, so I camp and he comes back for the evening and meals. It works for us!

Do not follow your GPS -- follow the KOA signs. The staff did call us to tell us this. The campground is about 3 ½ miles from the interstate and the entry and exit roads are somewhat narrow for a big rig. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Area is conveniently located on the interstate but yet quiet and easy to get around. Facilities are very clean and inviting. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful time with my grandchildren, the pool is clean and available all day. Bathrooms clean and well maintained. Space between RVs is important to us, and most are pull through. Very pleasant staff and fair price, we will definitely be back.

Everyone there were great and friendly. I just wish they had dump stations at the sites. If your there for more then a few days you need to unhook and go to the dump station.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Not true, We have a Honeywagon that goes around twice a week and dumps all of our long term guests. Also we dump on a Daily basis as needed

We only stayed one night so we did not use the amenities, however, I am sure they were excellent because the rest of the campground was excellent. Check-in was very easy and the office staff was very friendly. They were able to give us directions to eating places that were wonderful.There doesn’t seem to be too much to do in the area though. Our site was level and had a great area beside it.

The KOA at Unadilla was super friendly, family oriented, and quiet. Our kids enjoyed playing with other kids in the campground, swimming in pool and playing sports in the field. The camp hosts were friendly and helpful. Our site was off the main route on the hill and it was quiet and clean with a small creek across from it. We had no issues with the amenities and would gladly stay again.

This had to be the worst koa I have ever stayed at. The staff were all friendly and the campground was quit but the facilities and amenities need lots of help. The pool was not up and running. The basketball backboard had a giant hole in it. And there seemed to be quite a few seasonal/ long term campers there with some tlc needed to there rvs. We will not be staying at this koa again

It wasn't the worst KOA we have stayed at but I don't think it measured up to normal KOA standards. We had a 30a/water pull through site for the night. They had laid some gravel to try and level it but it really didn't help given the length of our truck and camper. While we weren't going to use it, it appeared the pool was not in service (or was really dirty). Things were just generally tired.

a clean quiet kampground that needs a bit of work. Bathrooms: clean but In dire need of an overhaul. Pool: water clean, clear, with no chemical smell, but decking around Pool is rotted and sags under you while walking. Fishing dock needs to be rebuilt. Basketballs available for use for free but again, they look 7 years old. Finally for the love of God, country and humanity will you please get rid of the 1970s playground and think about an upgrade, maybe something that will ATTRACT kids to use it.
