Very nice staff. Nice park. No sewer in park (which I didn't notice beforehand, my bad) but there is a dump station. Grassy areas and looked like kids were having fun. We prefer full hookups, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if it worked out best. Mostly full timers there, but all campsites were nicely maintained and everyone was friendly and no issues at all with anything.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Everything was very nice. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We are planning another visit in our future.

Very dated and need of repair. This KOA caters to seasonal rentals not "campers". Water was black / brown. The only plus is that the campground is cheap.

Friendly owners and staff. When we arrived they picked just the right site for us and then escorted us to our site. The park is clean as are the bathrooms. Sites are gravel and level. Some shaded sites. Pool, fishing pond, playground, a creek runs next to the park. Improvements are constantly being made as well as a new section with more seasonal sites. Follow their signs, not GPS to get there.

I appreciate how well signed the roads to the KOA were. The staff was SO friendly! It was very clean and well maintained.

The campground was good for our one night stay. We can’t rate the facilities as we didn’t use any. There was a small store. It was quiet at night except for the trucks on the nearby highway. The RV pull through sites were very close together. When our slide was out we were within a foot of another camper. We could hear every movement that camper made starting at 6am.

Made a last minute reservation while traveling. The staff upgraded me to a pull through site. Very clean and quiet. Beautiful country setting.

The people are very friendly. The campground doesn’t seem like it’s being maintained. Also because it’s mostly a seasonal campground, there are 4 to 5 cars on many campsites and lots of people. There were several safety concerns at our site. Next to our site’s utility pole, there were several landscape spikes, sticking up from rotten landscape timbers. The grass was overgrown at our site.

While this KOA is an older one the owners have maintained it to a high standard. The site was level side to side with water and electric, a dump station is available. Sites are close together but the setting is beautiful with mature trees and a river to watch.

The site was very large and easy to get into towing a car withe the motorhome. Not having to unhook the car was a big deal for us. The rate seemed fair and the wifi is great! This is a greatplace for and overnight stay off the interstate. We will use them again when in the area.

The owners & all who work there are very friendly & helpful. I usually stay here in the spring & in the fall for at least 2-3 weeks. The atmosphere is peaceful & serene.

Quiet and peaceful full service campground. Helpful and accommodating host. Easy access to power, water and dump station. Campground is largely semi-permanent /seasonal sites with availability for several transient stays.

Excellent place off the beaten path. Good bathrooms and showers. Really nice and friendly accommodating workers. Excellent wifi. I work remotely and this place checks all the boxes! Also close to a moving river - really nice views and peaceful.

We were participating in a dog sports event in Oneonta and needed a nearby campground. The staff was very friendly and everyone in the park was friendly. We have been having a problem with our smoke detector and it was going off randomly when we were out for the day. The office called to notify us of the problem. Then shortly after called again to notify us that it had stopped. Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay as a seasonal camper. We just didn't camp as much as we were hoping to. Hope to come back, as Mike & Kathy were great to us. Nice camping area and quiet. Things for the young ones to do. Always had something going on for all to interact.

a clean quiet kampground that needs a bit of work. Bathrooms: clean but In dire need of an overhaul. Pool: water clean, clear, with no chemical smell, but decking around Pool is rotted and sags under you while walking. Fishing dock needs to be rebuilt. Basketballs available for use for free but again, they look 7 years old. Finally for the love of God, country and humanity will you please get rid of the 1970s playground and think about an upgrade, maybe something that will ATTRACT kids to use it.
