Very clean, very friendly, lots of things to do or you can just spend the day inside. The Camper we rented was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you Unadilla KOA!

Rented a cabin for an extended stay over for a family get together on Franklin Mountain. We have stayed at this KOA several different times before this stay. We will keep returning.

Our first time there, but definitely not our last. We were kindly greeted and felt right at home within a short time. Such a pleasure to spend 2 nights there! This KOA set the "golden" standard for us. Thank you!!

We had a rocky start miscommunication on mine and their end but Kathy and her husband made sure everything was made right and made sure to make our stay there awesome. Loved the camp ground.

Just not very good. Office not open early, door to cabin did not open easily, and you could only operate ceiling fan and light by pulling on cord and I am not that tall! Bathrooms not clean or stocked with t.p. They tried to be helpful, but it was also a very busy evening.

Two of the three women's showers were out of order, one of the three for men's. That part wasn't ideal. Cabin was clean and facility was nice. Not too buggy. The firewood they sell doesn't seem seasoned enough and threw some big embers at us while sitting around it.

Trailer we rented tanks were not empty upon check in. Propane tank was empty so no hot water for showers. The womens bathroom has 3 shower stalls and only one is operational. One shower for the full resort is not sufficient. Cabin was also rented and stated pet friendly however you are not able to leave your pet in the cabin if you run an errand. Not stated anywhere on website. I would not return

We very much appreciated Mike being able to accommodate our party of 4 adults/one child as same day check in. Thank you, thank you. It saved our short weekend camping trip vs. cancelling altogether. The one room cabin was great for the couple with child. We stayed in the Economy Tailer (only place available @ last minute ). It had many mechanical problems. Park needs additional toilets/showers.

Second time of staying here and it was just as excellent!! This time we stayed in one of the rental campers and it was very well kept and super nice. We will definitely be back again!!!

Arrived at 2 pm to someone still in my site so I had to wait for them to leave even though I was paying for the site already. Also rented a camper that wasn’t very clean . Quite time was 10pm but seasonal guests partied hard until the early morning shooting of fire works and blowing an air horn super outdated camp site won’t be back very disappointed that KOA would stand by this campground

So peaceful. Didn’t need wifi. We slept and woke to sounds of nature. Kids loved the creek. I loved the people. The beds were comfy. Wish there was a little more water pressure in shower bc I have thick hair, but otherwise PERFECT! I’ve never cried when leaving until now.

Only did an overnight but the bathroom facilities were very clean and the front desk was helpful with me arrivinng after hours. The site I was staying at was a little bit hard to find in the dark, but overall a great stay.

This is a campground and Google wants an hotel review? Site we had is perfectly level side to side and minimal front to back. All sites are water and electric. Campground is older but well kept. The owners are gracious and bent over backwards to assist us. The campgrounds are in the middle of farms and very quiet.
