Cabin was great. Staff was responsive and very accommodating. Great location for canoe racing on the Susquehanna.

This is by far the worse KOA that I’ve even camped. With all due respect, the lady that checked us in was really nice, directed us to our cabin and fixed our bed before we arrived. The rest rooms are not close to the cabins. The restroom was clean but smelled musty and the shower are is very dated. The camping area had piles of leave, kids toys with no camper at one site. Needs lots of TLC.

We did not have very nice weather to stay the night in a rustic cabin. We had sold are camper just a month ago and decided to try a stay in a rustic cabin. It rained all the time we were there and it was cold. The cabin was nice and it did not leak but it was cold that day that we stayed. I think it would have been very nice if the weather was nicer. So we would like to stay again in nicer weather

Passing through from PA to VT. Very convenient location and awesome family ownership! Owners went above and beyond - out of their way to accommodate my family and I for the return trip home after our first stay. One of the best KOA’s we’ve stayed at! Whether passing through and need some rest, or enjoying the beautiful local NY scenery, I highly recommend this KOA!

My favorite KOA to stay at. Friendly staff and beautiful campground. Stayed in one of the rental campers and it was spotless. 10/10 recommend, will be returning next year.

I liked it and would give it 4 stars but the loud group of campers well after 10:00 pm interrupted my sleep. They must have been loud after midnight. Wifi also didn't work at my cabin although it worked when I went close to the office. Otherwise everything was good and clean and price was good.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Campground was clean and well taken care of. We were lucky to go on a weekend they had a small craft fair and a live band. Amazing to relax outside with fun music, family, and a camp fire. We would definitely go back.

Very quiet, everyone was friendly. We had to book a day earlier than expected and they were so accommodating, they waited until we got there to close up shop.

We enjoyed staying at the KOA in Unadilla. They were very helpful and pleasant. The camper was nice although the bunk mattress were not as comfortable as my grandson or daughter would have liked. The showers on site were very nice. The pool and fishing were enjoyable and my grandson fished for the first time and caught a fish.

Truly appreciate the fact that they allow dogs. This time I got a cabin which was great, I loved it. Thankful they installed an air conditioner, it was a life saver. Loved the Rylee Lum concert.

We loved the Deluxe Cabin! The grounds are nice and clean and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The pool was a large and lots of fun for the kiddos.

The kabin was clean and the ac worked great but the matress was literally hard as a board. The shower house on the mens side was ok but maybe could’ve been scrubbed a little harder.

Everyone was very friendly and the accommodations satisfied our needs. It was not fancy and did not have a lot of “extras”, but had a welcoming and helpful staff!

The staff at check in was very nice. The location was fine but 95% of the camper are living in the campground. They have built decks onto their campers and planted flowers. Our cabin was next to the stream but the grass was too high to see it. People who stay there full time had left their bathrooms supplies and rags in the showers. The cabins need AC.

Nice little campground. We stayed in a cabin which was clean and right next to the pond. Only thing it needed was curtains for some privacy at night. We hung towels over the existing rods, which worked out fine. Definitely a family friendly stay!

The host were great. Very friendly clean Cabins. Nice little store. Friendly. Happy great place for kids and family, love the Creek. If need a little more time to pack up the host, have no problem with it. They are awesome. Love enclosed dog area.

I’ve stayed at many KOAs, always a nice experience, until this one. Several long term residents in campers. Resembles a low rent trailer park more than a KOA. Bath house is old and needs upgraded.

Stayed in 38' Jayco Delux RV on return from trip with cargo trailer -- it was really nice and a great way to go if 'ya can't bring your own travel trailer. The KOA Unadilla team couldn't have been better. It's a must stay KOA when visiting NY's Southern Tier.

The place is clean, cabin, bathrooms etc. Extremely friendly management. I has forgotten my phone and needed an alarm clock. They loaned me one! Invited me to a chili cook-off, great cooks are hiding there! Their two dogs are adorable, friendly to people and dogs! And there even was a space heater in the cabin! Super stay!

I never stood in a RV before and this time I had a beautiful experience in this rv reservation, it was very clean and had everything I didn’t remember to bring in the kitchen, also the public bathrooms were very very clean, I post it some pictures and stories on my IG and had a few friends already asking about this place so yeah definitely will be referring and coming back ����

a clean quiet kampground that needs a bit of work. Bathrooms: clean but In dire need of an overhaul. Pool: water clean, clear, with no chemical smell, but decking around Pool is rotted and sags under you while walking. Fishing dock needs to be rebuilt. Basketballs available for use for free but again, they look 7 years old. Finally for the love of God, country and humanity will you please get rid of the 1970s playground and think about an upgrade, maybe something that will ATTRACT kids to use it.
