Mike and Kathy were great. Site is well maintained and Tailored to accommodate their guests. From the live music and food trucks, it made my stay that much more enjoyable. I can’t wait to return. Thanks

They have no FHU sites. Dumpster completely overflowing. Also a trailer near office with several garbage bags. Very muddy by dump station which we had to use since no sewer on site. Was another garbage bag ripped open on ground at the dump station. Probably thr worst KOA ever.

I never felt welcome there and I didn’t feel you lived up to your agreement.I’m not happy about how I was treated there and I paid for services I never got until it was way into the season. Camping should be fun not stressful. The people that worked there weren’t honest and I feel that is important for your reputation. This was our second time to stay at this great hideaway location. Owners are friendly and generous with their time. We thoroughly enjoyed our campfire and chatting with some of the summer long-time residents. The location is tucked away in a countryside wonderland. Hope our travels take us through here again in the future.

Clean and nicely located near a stream and I-88. We were surprised to find so many permanent (seasonal) RV sites.

One of the best stays we had on our trip. The owner is super friendly and was always checking with us to see if we needed anything. He made sure we had an easy in/out site. The grounds are well cared for and very clean and neat. A++ for this KOA and the owner!

Awesome KOA located near farmland and about 50m from Cooperstown. Our site was by the river which was beautiful. Most of the sites have space around them so you don’t feel like you are stacked on top of each other. Bathrooms were clean with hot water. Small pond and game activities were available. Staff was very friendly and nice. Highly recommend a stay here!

Stayed in Kabin 4 for the weekend. The place is really nice and neat. There was a mini fridge inside the Kabin which is a nice addition. I wish if the RV sites that are next to the Kabin were a little further away. I would stay in this site again.

A quiet campground (convenient to the interstate, but far enough away to not hear it). Amenities were adequate and clean. Well maintained grounds.

Have stayed here several times before with prior reservations. We called the campground in the morning to see if they had any available pull-thru spots for the night. They were helpful and told us to come. While they were very full, they did have a water/electric pull-thru for the night. Staff very helpful at check in and escorted us to site. Had a pleasant, quiet evening. Will stay there again!

We stop at this KOA because it's 1/2 way for us on a long trip. We stayed in Kabin 4, which we like because it is close to the bathroom. The folks in charge are super nice, friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. We really look forward to our time at this KOA, although we are generally "just passing through."

Nice level pull through. Very clean grounds with a dog play area that is one of the cleanest and well kept that I have seen. Check in was a breeze and Make was very helpful with information about the area. Very pleased!

It is best to clean the cabins with a fragrance free cleaner. Our cabin was cleaned with fabuloso, which was overpowering. Also, the campground was very loud..Children screaming, drunks cussing and leaf blowing. The dumpster was overflowing and trash had been thrown about.

Have stayed here many times on our way to and from home. A little hard to get to but the distance from I-88 makes for a quiet night. Owners were great as usual.

Beautiful, well kept Campground. Staff was great to deal with. We only stayed one night, but would definitely come back for longer stay. Our only issue was finding it, there directions were good, we just took wrong exit. But we drove directly to it once we figured out what we did wrong.

We had a great site on the creek. This is the kind of campground we like - lots of trees, and dark and quiet at night. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back!

We were there before the end of April and when we got to our sites there wasn't any water. We went to the office. They came out and fixed the problem. But once I started running the water it was disgusting. Brown and I ran my faucet and a few others near my site for quite a while and the water was a root beer color. it was dark out and I went and got some water from the office area inside so that we had water for the night for flushing and drinking. I was surprised. That they charge the regular rate when the majority of what you would expect was not available. The people were very nice.

this was the only reasonably priced accommodation when looking for a place to stay for my son's tournament in Cooperstown. This is about 30 minutes drive from where his team was staying. Didn't mind the drive at all because it was a peaceful drive. not busy at all. at times that it got foggy but still a beautiful drive with the hills along the hwy. We rented a cabin (#1) for me and my husband. even though it's by the entrance the noise didn't bother us at all. Cabin has 1 queen bed and a bunk bed. we used the bunk as our space for our clothes. there was a small fridge - sufficient for our 2 days supply of food or for left over A heater is also available - we had to use it 3/7 days as it gets cold at dawn. I love sitting on the bench outside and listen to crickets at night. The washroom is about 2 minutes walk from our cabin, which was always clean every time I had to use it.. Washroom I think has 3 stalls for toilet and 4 for shower. Water pressure is adequate and hot water temp is perfect. If you're looking for privacy - this is not for you. I won't mind coming back here again with my kids.
