The only improvements I feel could help this campground is maybe a laundry facility just for employees to use for rentals. Also the womens bathroom only had one working shower. I like using the koa showers but this one was not useable due to only having one working shower. Also the toilet seat in the womens bathroom wasn’t attached it was just sitting on the toilet. The owners are very nice

We had a rocky start miscommunication on mine and their end but Kathy and her husband made sure everything was made right and made sure to make our stay there awesome. Loved the camp ground.

Upon arrival, very dirty and mostly seasonal campers. My camp site was very small and had hardly any water pressure...( Had to fill my fresh water tank for water pressure using my rv pump ). Behind my camper was a wall of dirt and I had rock slides the entire weekend. Totally disappointing weekend, will not return "EVER". The staff was very nice but felt like I was living in a trailer park.

Just not very good. Office not open early, door to cabin did not open easily, and you could only operate ceiling fan and light by pulling on cord and I am not that tall! Bathrooms not clean or stocked with t.p. They tried to be helpful, but it was also a very busy evening.

Two of the three women's showers were out of order, one of the three for men's. That part wasn't ideal. Cabin was clean and facility was nice. Not too buggy. The firewood they sell doesn't seem seasoned enough and threw some big embers at us while sitting around it.

We thought the owners were great.. they helped us with a few issues…not enough voltage it dropped to 105.. air conditioners kept going off so we had to start our generator.. a place to stop overnight but not for a week Hard working owners

We lucked out with a lovely campsite backing up to the creek. It was so relaxing to hear the rushing water going by every day. The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything from laundry to coordinating showers (they were retiling the women's showers) and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. It was a pretty 20 minute ride to Cooperstown ASV for those who are looking to stay.

Trailer we rented tanks were not empty upon check in. Propane tank was empty so no hot water for showers. The womens bathroom has 3 shower stalls and only one is operational. One shower for the full resort is not sufficient. Cabin was also rented and stated pet friendly however you are not able to leave your pet in the cabin if you run an errand. Not stated anywhere on website. I would not return

We have a 40' motorhome (tow our car) and our pull-in site was large enough for us and level. Owners/staff very pleasant. Grounds very well kept .We enjoyed our one-night stay.

We had a seasonal and ended up needing to pull it due to some medical issues. Kathy and Mike were so understanding and caring! We will definitely be back!

The staff was nice and friendly at check-in we followed the signs to the campground. When we made reservations we made them for a pull-through but got a back-in because they gave our spot to someone else. We were in a spot far away from the bathrooms, and our spot wasn't even on the map. It was very quiet. Both the men's and women's bathrooms could use maintenance.

We had a beautiful week at the KOA. Grounds were well maintained, pool was nice, loved the creek and it was quite and quaint. Love the personal touches! Owners and helpers were very friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful stream with permanent rigs camped next to it. Mostly seasonal campers.

Nice little campground, friendly staff. The only complaint I would have is if you have a large RV and towing some of the turns getting to your site are pretty tight.

We very much appreciated Mike being able to accommodate our party of 4 adults/one child as same day check in. Thank you, thank you. It saved our short weekend camping trip vs. cancelling altogether. The one room cabin was great for the couple with child. We stayed in the Economy Tailer (only place available @ last minute ). It had many mechanical problems. Park needs additional toilets/showers.

Nice staff, nice to have a dog park. But, insufficient rest room monitoring--both men's and ladies' rooms had clogged, inoperable commodes and empty hand soap dispensers.

We only had an overnight stay but the staff was very helpful and courteous. Friendly guests helped as well.

This KOA is a bit of a drive off of I 88 but that makes it good for being quiet. It had level sites and was clean. It had a adequate dog park and very reasonable laundry.

a clean quiet kampground that needs a bit of work. Bathrooms: clean but In dire need of an overhaul. Pool: water clean, clear, with no chemical smell, but decking around Pool is rotted and sags under you while walking. Fishing dock needs to be rebuilt. Basketballs available for use for free but again, they look 7 years old. Finally for the love of God, country and humanity will you please get rid of the 1970s playground and think about an upgrade, maybe something that will ATTRACT kids to use it.
