The pool and store and amenities were very nice. The one thing I was surprised at, how many permanent campers were there and how few actual “campsites” there were. Didn't care for my camper opening up directly to a stranger’s camper, when there were several empty sites available. Space out the travelers a little better. there are no sewer sites and the smell of “pump truck” was awful wh

Rented a cabin for an extended stay over for a family get together on Franklin Mountain. We have stayed at this KOA several different times before this stay. We will keep returning.

The hosts and other guest were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Bathrooms were clean, pool was great. Our tent site by the creek was nearly perfect. We would definitely return for another stay here.

There are far too many permanent campers and the sites are jammed way too close together. We had electrical issues, which seems to be a common occurrence at this KOA. The water pressure was inadequate. We changed our filter thinking maybe that was the problem but our brand new filter was clogged up immediately and we had to finish our stay without one just to have water. Updates are needed here.

We were just there one night. But it was easy in, easy out, and the people running the camp were extremely helpful and friendly. If we come this way again, we definitely would stop here.

I love staying here when I work in Oneonta. This is our 3rd stay, and we have several more scheduled. The atmosphere is awesome, and Cathy and Mike are so accommodating to your needs, when they can. Very nice folks and campground.

Our first time there, but definitely not our last. We were kindly greeted and felt right at home within a short time. Such a pleasure to spend 2 nights there! This KOA set the "golden" standard for us. Thank you!!

Love this Unadilla, KOA Campground. Everyone is so friendly and the Owners/Staff is awesome. Hoping to get a seasonal site.

Small well maintained campground near the interstate. Very friendly owners. Nice pool. Only drawback is the lack of sewer sites, but easy to access dump station. Long pull thru sites for big rigs.

Not convenient to the interstate, full of seasonal campers who played music and sang karaoke extremely loud (could be heard throughout the park) until 11:30 PM. Electric hookup was only 102 volts on 50 amp so our surge protector was kicking off. Switched to 30 amp and same issue. Staff was super nice but the park need to do alot to get to KOA standards we are used to.

Way too crowded. Sites were amazingly small and close together - you were jammed in next to other campers on all all sides. But worst of all possibly was the noise level: drunken singing and loud country music. Not everyone enjoys country music - especially at max volume!

didn't feel welcome when we came in. the woman behind the counter ignored me completely, the man barely stopped eating a bag of chips long enough to check us in. sites very close together and not very tidy.

While everyone was nice, the sites are small, there is only 1 working shower in the ladies room. The toilets rock back and fourth while using them. A large outside added to the office building would make washing larger dishes easier.

My wife and I stayed there for work in Oneonta. It's a very easy drive to Oneonta from the KOA. The campground is very nice, we stayed on the creek site. The sound and view while having a cup of coffee in the morning and a cold beer in the evening was so relaxing. Cathy and Mike were extremely helpful with our accommodation requests. Very nice couple, they are very understanding of people's need

The only improvements I feel could help this campground is maybe a laundry facility just for employees to use for rentals. Also the womens bathroom only had one working shower. I like using the koa showers but this one was not useable due to only having one working shower. Also the toilet seat in the womens bathroom wasn’t attached it was just sitting on the toilet. The owners are very nice

We had a rocky start miscommunication on mine and their end but Kathy and her husband made sure everything was made right and made sure to make our stay there awesome. Loved the camp ground.

Upon arrival, very dirty and mostly seasonal campers. My camp site was very small and had hardly any water pressure...( Had to fill my fresh water tank for water pressure using my rv pump ). Behind my camper was a wall of dirt and I had rock slides the entire weekend. Totally disappointing weekend, will not return "EVER". The staff was very nice but felt like I was living in a trailer park.

Just not very good. Office not open early, door to cabin did not open easily, and you could only operate ceiling fan and light by pulling on cord and I am not that tall! Bathrooms not clean or stocked with t.p. They tried to be helpful, but it was also a very busy evening.

Two of the three women's showers were out of order, one of the three for men's. That part wasn't ideal. Cabin was clean and facility was nice. Not too buggy. The firewood they sell doesn't seem seasoned enough and threw some big embers at us while sitting around it.

Only did an overnight but the bathroom facilities were very clean and the front desk was helpful with me arrivinng after hours. The site I was staying at was a little bit hard to find in the dark, but overall a great stay.

This is a campground and Google wants an hotel review? Site we had is perfectly level side to side and minimal front to back. All sites are water and electric. Campground is older but well kept. The owners are gracious and bent over backwards to assist us. The campgrounds are in the middle of farms and very quiet.
