The campground was perfect for our needs. Right next to a horse track and on the grounds of a casino. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and dining. We would stay here again.

The mens washroom had a jammed door lock making the washroom unavailable. This was extremely inconvenient and delayed our departure. My husband couldn’t have a shower or use the facilities. Twice l contacted this KOA and they wouldn’t respond to us. Very disappointed ����

We had a mini family reunion at the racetrack. We liked being walking distance. The only improvement would be some concrete.

Only stayed one night but was amazed to see the horses take off at the gate right there from the campground. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We only spend the night, but we were right next to the Casino where we had dinner. The dinner was great and the gambling was a great fun, what a great break along are trip!

The campground had just reopened due to the damage from tornadoes this summer. They did the best they could for us trying to recover. Very nice and helpful upon check in . I want to personally thank the security staff for alerting us to get to the shelter due to a tornado warning at 4am. They were so nice and made sure all got to the shelter. Thank you !!!

While it may not be the most scenic KOA, we very much appreciated their security making us aware of a tornado warning by driving through the campground and speaking on a loud speaker. And we were thankful for their storm shelter. While we suffered no damage, we appreciated their care for our safety.

Never was warned about the Tornado. No siren and security didn’t come past us giving a warning. They have been telling people that they have to have all their stuff moved immediately after being displaced. Some people they refunded money too, some they didn’t. I was one who didn’t get a refund.

Had a terrible natural disaster and never once was I contacted in person about our welfare or the refunding of our money…. Shady , very poor customer service

We are big KOA fans and this location is no exception! Seeing the horses exercising almost every morning was the icing on the cake! Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home. We will definitely be back!! Prayers to a safe and speedy recovery �ϋ�‍���

We always stay here when we come to town we were here when the tornado came through and everyone at the campground, including personnel and security were super wonderful. when they reopen we will return when we’re back in town again thank you to all the personnel.

There was no disaster plan for a tornado. We were told someone would go through with a blow horn and no sirens. Campground was very nice but not ready for an emergency..

just stayed a couple of days to rest from a trip from San Antonio back to St. louis' area. Main reason I stopped was this was one of the last places we camped before my wife lost her battle with cancer. Fit in my timetable and was retracing our last trips footsteps. Was a pleasant experience, park was well kept, and hosts were friendly and sympathetic when i told them why i was there.

Not too far off the highway it was great for a one night stay. Lots of pull throughs, , dog park, and next to a casino with slots only if you wanna gamble. Very well, kept nice clean area, friendly staff Easy to get in and out of

Quiet place with a small casino. Dog friendly. Unfortunately it was a rainy night do the dogs didn't get to go to the dog park before leaving.
