The check-in process was easy, the campground and facilities were clean and quiet, and the location worked perfectly for our trip.

There were plenty of cheaper campgrounds I could have booked at, but I booked here purposely to use the dump station. When we pulled up to the dump station the water hose leaked and sprayed all over at the top where the hinge was. We were not able to clean our tank. We were not told when booking that the water hose at the dump station was not working.

Pool closed and it is summer! Onsite Dump station is a joke - probably the worst in all my RVing years The lid is held on with the rocks The opening is far from the RV requiring a long dump hose I just gave up and left to dump at a more convinient place

The only staff member we saw was at check-in. Unfortunately this campground has deteriorated since our last stay here in 2023. A tree has fallen on the pool fence and has not been cleaned up. The pool is closed permanently. There was dog poop on our site when we arrived. The whole place looks tired and worn. It is sad because this place has great potential. :(

As far as journeys go this one was pretty standard. The poop was closed the mini golf was full of leaves. The game room was dark and the games off and the internet was useless. But it did have a Sedrick. Sedrick was an amazing person to meet and talk to and I would recommend this KOA simply because he is there. If it wasn't for Sed, we most likely would have left to find another place.

Pros 1. Close to shops and restaurants. 2. Close to 80 3. Nice pull thru spots with plenty of room. Cons: 1. No pool 2. Showers are set up that they soak all of your clothing 3. Very small store Good place for a short stay.

Pool closed, evidently for a while, FAR too many don'ts, mowing was overdue, restrooms/ bathhouse were clean, not enough garbage cans throught the park (there was one).

Park was clean, but not very welcoming. We were only there for one night as a rest stop on our drive to Michigan. Great as a stop through - easy off and on from the highway. Not much available if staying longer.

This campground is rough... pool closed forever, large weeds on the campsite, unkept sites. Not a KOA site that I'm used to. Where did the quality go? Pretty disappointed.

Nice Campground and we had a pleasant stay. Site 401 is quite level no need for anybody blocks. Class A towing and long enough to not disconnect dolly. Access to site is easy. Access from OH Turnpike is easy and convenient and far enough away that no highway noise can be heard.

This was our first stop at a KOA. We arrived after hours and info was left in the after hours box. The site was clean with plenty of room. The bathhouse was dated and housekeeping could have been better. Upon leaving we stopped by the dump station. To very nice gentleman approached asking if everything was okay. This location is oaky for an overnight stay.

Camp seemed run down, showers are difficult to use with the shower rose positioned very high and pointing directly at the curtain! Not at all user friendly and would suggest Owners/Managers try using them. Pool closed - looked like it had been closed a long time. Expensive based on the facilities

We stayed over July 4th. There was a tree that had been down for quite a while next to the pool. Well it was a pool but it was closed? The entire campground needs some money invested. The work couple that was there are doing what they can but there were no events, no pool and the putt putt and other amenities were broken down or unusable. I have stayed at a lot of KOA campgrounds, this one was bad

A little difficult to find some new camper took are spot, so we parked next to them, pool is not open, we were one night, if I was going to stay a few more nights would op for somewhere else. Staff was friendly and courtesy.

There is no recreation there. The pool area had a tree fall on the fence quite a while ago, and this has not been repaired so that the pool could be used. The first night there late at night another camper had unplugged our rig to plug theirs in because their plug was burned up. So my husband had to wake up, go outside and deal with that. Front desk staff was unpleasant. Not KOA standards at all.

Was caught off guard by not having full hookups. Dud not see on the site that all pull through dites did not have sewer. Saw many other sites with large coaches with sewer. Was ok as we were only here 2 days. And, then no pool either- closed down for various reasons. I think issues should be noted on the site and rates lowered due to these deficiencies.

We stayed overnight on our way west. Did not stay long enough to really appreciate the campground. The sites were fairly level with some space between them. Well stocked camp store for last minute needs. We would stay again if we pass thru again.

Stayed one night. Close to interstate which was nice. Campsite was large enough to accommodate our 30” trailer and pickup. The site provided enough room between sites, but we couldn’t site outside because of rain. We had to use 3 section of hose to connect to sewer outlet. Office was helpful when we called to change sites to 50 AMP. Please note their 800 didn’t work, had to call on normal nu

Overnight stop that was just a short distance off the highway. Pull through site was level making it an easy setup after a long travel day. Showers were clean. We would stay here again when traveling through the area.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this campground based on the reviews but it was amazing!! All the staff we interacted with were over the top friendly. We tent camped during a rainy weekend, and our campsite was muddy, but they have raised platforms on each site to help keep you dry. We camped with 4 adults and 2 little kids and everyone had a great time. Bathrooms were clean and easy to walk to from basically anywhere in the campground. The store had all the essentials, plus a couple fun extras for the kids like gem mining and mini golf. It's a nice quiet location and yet there's plenty to do within a 20 minute drive. I think this will be our Memorial Day Weekend go-to from now on. Thanks Stony Ridge KOA! We had a great time even with the bad weather!
