Guest next door did not understand what respectful playing of music means. Staff eventually had to come over and say something. Aside from that, place was ok. Not sure why the pool is not functioning or could be brought back to life. A bit pricey for not much value, so not likely to stay again at this KOA.

Overnight stop. Did not use facilities. Just plugged in. Older campground. Pool closed and covered before Labor Day, tree had gone through fence. Nice dog park. Electric and water hookups worked well.

This campground is a real find! It is conveniently located right off the OH turnpike. It is far enough away that one cannot hear the traffic. The facilities are clean and tastefully decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sites are generous and mostly tree covered. We will definitely stay here again. Bravo for creating a lovely rural atmosphere near a busy highway!

The camp sites are quite level and the campground is easy to access. The pull through site I was assigned left no extra space in front or back when towing. They are close to a train track and the trains woke us several times during the night. One inconvenience was not having full hookups including sewer, although they do have a dump station. It’s a convenient place to stop for an overnight.

I had a question prior to our stay so I emailed it several times and called the number and I never got any response. Once we arrived the attendant just handed us the map without much more information. The WiFi also wasn’t very good. However the campground and our campsite were very nice and we really enjoyed our time. Sedrick was very nice and helpful

The pool was closed (which was not disclosed to us when the reservation was made), the sites were very narrow, and the showers were designed very poorly - the spray was very wide, and shot over my head, so it took a long time to rinse the shampoo out of my hair for example.

Nice staff, good location, our site and many others have shade trees. Bathhouse was clean but all 3 of the showers had shower heads that sprayed out of the shower area and into the dressing area. This could easily be fixed.

We had an overnight stay at this KOA. Location was perfect, close to the highway for travel but no highway noise. Yes, there are trains, but I enjoy listening to them. The people we met we enjoyed chatting with. The laundry facility I would give a 3/5. The surfaces were clean, but the front loading washers needed some attention. Overall, a quiet little spot that we would return to for travel.

The hosts were very pleasant and the RV sites were in good order. This KOA as a whole is looking run down. Pool is closed, tree limbs down, and bathroom showers were not all that clean. It needs some renovation work.

By far the worst KOA I have ever stayed at. Was expecting a swimming pool, upon arrival, noticed it was closed, website said it was open. That changed the last day we were there. Camper pads were gravel, overgrown with grass and not very level. Staff was not friendly at all, and one gentleman was extremely rude about the checkout time, I was sick as a dog and ran 30 minutes over.

We stayed one night in August 2025 - on our way back home to Wisconsin from Maine. We appreciated the mature trees, shade and large pull-through site we had. There are not a lot of amenities, but it's a Journey so we didn't expect many. The office staff was courteous and helpful and the grounds well-kept. Bathrooms / showers were clean. We'd stay there again for sure.

Very basic. Pool was closed due to storm damage. Fence surrounding pool was damaged by a fallen tree. Could have been taken care of so that guests could enjoy pool. Still charged the same price. Would have been nice to take a swim after a long drive day.

Stayed Thursday-Sunday. Our group had 4 sites. All sites were large, clean, mowed, shaded, and overall well kept. The staff that we encountered were friendly. Very nice campground. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed overnight here mid August, the pool was closed possibly due to tree damage near by the pool? The bathrooms were clean and fictional but smellled like sewer at times .We were on site 401 and it was not level and required some extra leaving being on a hill front to back . We would stay here again when traveling through this area but would request a level site or not site 401

Would give 5 rating but for the fact that the women's bathroom has a "foul" odor. Sewer problems maybe? Other than that single issue, everything was really good. Nice grounds, nice sites, courteous/helpful staff, easy in/out (37' super C pulling 4 door Jeep Wrangler), nice but small store & super quiet. Made reservations to go back next year.

The staff member in the office was lovely and check-in was a breeze! Our spot was easy to access and the hookups worked well. That said, it is very clear that this park needs some investment and upkeep. The bathrooms smelled and were a bit dingy. We noticed a good deal of maintenance that needed to be done around the park. Ok for the night but not worth $60 IMO.

Pool closed. Showers spray water everywhere but where you need it. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. They do have lots of activities for the kids.
