I stayed there for about four years . The owner is a control freak who doesn’t care about the people that live there. They had a couple who managed for one year just recently and they were the very best and would help you with no question. She got rid of them and now it’s absolutely no help whatsoever. I give them credit for their holiday decorations. And the place outside is mostly clean. Friendly staff. All laundry machines were working. I give them 3 stars for that. But the bathrooms are awful. Mold everywhere. Only 1 undersized vent fan, no windows, no incoming fresh air. Not to code. Water standing on the floor. No one cleans it. And it has been broken into. Poor maintenance.

Love the outdoor movie set up! Office team was super helpful. Facilities were clean and love having paper towels in the bathroom for putting things on the counter.

As long as you’re NOT USING A TENT — the place is awesome. The “grassy tent area” is more of an after-thought use of dry pasture (dead, bumpy pasture). Interestingly, they didn’t allow parking at your site. (When using a tent — where is ALL YOUR STUFF? IN THE CAR!) Great use of old movie screen — FREE POPCORN — clean restrooms — TENT SPACE SUCKS.

This was the cleanest, friendless, most interesting campground we stayed in in 2.5 months of nonstop camping. It even has a drive-in movie. Showers were amazing with their large size, lavatory, chairs, and really hot adjustable water. The entire grounds were decorated for Halloween. The movie that was shown was Halloween themed..

Stayed 1 night, close enough to the highway for convenience, far enough away for quiet. Helpful staff, clean friendly park. The movie set up is amazing.

It was our first time to stay there. It was fun to have the movies to watch both nights we were there and having a fire pit at our site was a plus. We will stay there again.

Checked in after hours and the check in process was seamless. We were lucky enough to have outdoor movie night with popcorn to top it off!

This was our first trip in our new RV & we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The people there were very nice and helpful and the park was beautifully maintained. They offered multiple amenities, including a store, a retro-themed community room, exceptionally clean bathrooms, and two fenced-in dog runs. We also really enjoyed their seasonal decorations. We will definitely return again!

Amazing drive-in movie screen with nightly showings, comfortable seating outside with fire pits for each group of 4 seats. It was so relaxing after a day of travel. Definitely worth the visit.

Very clean & welcoming campground. Very friendly & helpful staff. We would recommend a stay at this KOA. A unique and extremely fun outdoor drive-in style movie experience. Our stay was short but pleasant. We arrived later in the day than we expected and were greeted with kindness. The staff we're helpful with finding places to eat and other activities in the area. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully with more time to stay longer!

We had a very nice stay. The neighbor to the east was especially nice. But, we had someone pull in on the west in the middle of the whole who woke us up before 6 a.m. with getting their trailer ready to leave. We wondered if they snuck in and snuck out without paying. We enjoyed the movies and the fire pit. Thank you!

Very nice people running it. Nice campground. Speed bumps. KOA rule? Could be a deal breaker as I did not buy a luxury vehicle and expensive RV to take over bumps!

Truck broke down before we arrived. Our RV was towed to KOA and ended up staying afew nights then anticipated. Very comfortable.

Grounds are attractive and well kept. Office and laundry rooms are VERY clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are 2 large dog runs and a large grass area for kids to run and play. Spaces are nice with a feeling of privacy. We would definitely stop here again!

Just a short distance from I5 if you only need a quick overnight. But far enough away not to hear it and a feeling of being out in the coumtry. Super friendly staff. Check with them to see if there is something scheduled for the big movie screen. They also have a large library of DVD's available for check out. Be sure to look at pictures decorating the walls inside which are in keeping with their movie theme! I'd definitely stay here again!

The park was easy to find. It is located not far off of I5. There is pavement all the way including inside of the park . Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. The interior roads are paved and in good condition . The park is dog friendly having a dedicated green space for them to do their business, there is also a fenced dog park with all the necessities. Our site,64, was a gravel based pull thru that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services 30/50 amp, water and sewer were to the rear left side. Distancing is fair for a rural park. All sites had a fenced privacy barrier along with a concrete patio with table and two chairs. Propane fire pits are available for a fee and delivered to your site. Our site was sloped to the front. Overall the park was well manicured. . There is a huge movie screen (reminiscent of an old drive in movie theater) on site and movies are shown as scheduled) We did not used the park included wifi or cable TV. We were able to find a number of OTA channels. Satellite might be difficult in some sites due to the tree canopy. We did not use the washrooms but checked and found them clean. Ice and some basics are available at the on site general store in the office. There is a well equipped Club House on site as well There are no restaurants or grocery stores within easy walking distance but the city of is a 10 minute drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a good overnighter. We paid $61.92 per night (inc tax) and we feel we received good value. We will be back if in the area again.

This KOA is exceptional! It's clean, quiet, and safe. Showers are hot and restrooms are clean. The tent sites are covered in lush grass that's great to walk on (and great for the dogs too)!
