It was a lot of fun watching movies on the big screen. Having a snack bar open was great. The laundry room, bathrooms, and club house was very nice.

Very nice park built on the site of a drive in movie theater. The screen has been restored with top notch projector. Check the movie schedule. Nice club house. Plenty of things to do near by. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend this park.

We were staying at Sutherlin/Umpqua Valley KOA with the Oregon Airstream Group for 3 nights. The KOA was very clean & the staff were very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the movie on the drive in screen.

My grandson and I had a great stay. We had fun playing in the clubhouse! As a 12 year old boy he wished the movie selection would have been better the weekend we were there.

My spouse and I were traveling through the state and needed a hook up spot for the night. KOA was within our budget, offered 15 A, water, sewer hookups to our class a RV. The reservation also included a pull through spot so that everything worked perfectly for us. Really enjoyed our stay. One understandable but nonetheless unfortunate detail is that the common room building closed at 5 PM

We enjoyed this park, it is off the beating path and is nice and quiet. The 50s diner is beautifully decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would visit again when in the area.

Nice park, clean and well kept. This park has WiFi which I think is an important thing these days. I have just recently been to KOA’s that have none, you pay the same price or more than this one!

We enjoyed our stay here. The patio was nice. We were able to watch 2 movies on the big screen. They provided free popcorn.

The park is well maintained. We found the shower room to be in perfect condition and cleanest ever found in an RV Park. Price paid, however, is very high compared to others with gravel sites. The air is filled with tobacco and pot smoke from the numerous full timers and is the primary reason we would not return. The movie experience is so-so. Can’t really watch from your Rv in most cases.

We have stayed here multiple times and love it. We love being able to sit at our site and watch a movie. It’s like being a kid all over again. This is our go to spot to stop when passing through. The staff is absolutely amazing, very helpful and friendly.

We only stayed one night, but it was enough to impress us with the cleanliness of the park, which was exceptional. If Sutherlin is your stopping point for the night or your base for a stay in the Roseburg area, this is a great option.

We had a great stay. Everything is clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Love the movie sites. Our only suggestion for the movies would be if there are subtitles, please have them in English or not at all. A suggestion for the sites, we would love it if smoking were not allowed or only in certain sites. Our neighbors were smoking the entire trip making outdoors non-delightful.

The staff here is by far the most amazing stuff I've ever had at any other campground. They are very accommodating and are willing to help at any time. You get good feelings and good vibes staying here.

We were confused about where to get water, since we were unable to locate a faucet or tap anywhere, and nothing was stated on the map or check-in brochure about it. As we came in late, after office hours, we were unable to get information about the kitchen until the next morning. But we managed!

We have stayed at Sutherlin KOA before & loved it! That's why we came back & love this park even more! The improvements to the patios are fantastic. We enjoyed our short stay there. Park is clean & well kept. Staff is so friendly & accommodating. Rest assured we will be back!

When we arrived the friendly and helpful staff welcomed us. The bathroom door is very dirty and uninviting, badly needs paint. Bathroom itself is great except my stall was out of toilet paper and one paper towel dispenser was empty. Showers are great. The community room is darling, perfectly themed and has many unexpected amenities.

Awesomely clean bath areas. Maybe the nicest shower setup in oir camping experience. Locatio was nice and quiet. Just the right distance off I- 5 for convenience and quiet. We'll be back!

We enjoyed the setting very much. No highway noise, wide spots and the privacy of the patioHaving the movies was such a nice bonus The only drawback was the office/store hours closing at 5 We needed a couple of things and after a long drive day, we had to go out again to get some basics (was planning on your store to be open) The dog parks were fabulous! Thank you for those Will stay again!

Just a short distance from I5 if you only need a quick overnight. But far enough away not to hear it and a feeling of being out in the coumtry. Super friendly staff. Check with them to see if there is something scheduled for the big movie screen. They also have a large library of DVD's available for check out. Be sure to look at pictures decorating the walls inside which are in keeping with their movie theme! I'd definitely stay here again!

The park was easy to find. It is located not far off of I5. There is pavement all the way including inside of the park . Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. The interior roads are paved and in good condition . The park is dog friendly having a dedicated green space for them to do their business, there is also a fenced dog park with all the necessities. Our site,64, was a gravel based pull thru that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services 30/50 amp, water and sewer were to the rear left side. Distancing is fair for a rural park. All sites had a fenced privacy barrier along with a concrete patio with table and two chairs. Propane fire pits are available for a fee and delivered to your site. Our site was sloped to the front. Overall the park was well manicured. . There is a huge movie screen (reminiscent of an old drive in movie theater) on site and movies are shown as scheduled) We did not used the park included wifi or cable TV. We were able to find a number of OTA channels. Satellite might be difficult in some sites due to the tree canopy. We did not use the washrooms but checked and found them clean. Ice and some basics are available at the on site general store in the office. There is a well equipped Club House on site as well There are no restaurants or grocery stores within easy walking distance but the city of is a 10 minute drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a good overnighter. We paid $61.92 per night (inc tax) and we feel we received good value. We will be back if in the area again.

This KOA is exceptional! It's clean, quiet, and safe. Showers are hot and restrooms are clean. The tent sites are covered in lush grass that's great to walk on (and great for the dogs too)!
