The KOA staff has been very friendly and accommodating during my stay. It’s a clean facility with all the amenities you would expect from an RV park and then some.

Nice facilities. Friendly staff. The weather was cool & rainy, so it was nice to be able to use the club house & firepit. The second night we were going to use the fire pit, but the propane tank was empty and the office was closed.

Visiting family in Sutherlin, KOA was, is, the best choice for us. Extremely clean and well kept park. Did not take advantage of the movies as we were back to the park too late. WILL MOST DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!

Wonderful place, very nice people, Katherine was great, we ran in to a road closure, and called her, and she directed us in a different way, was so thankful for her knowledge, and saved about 45 minutes with her help to the campgrounds

Quaint place to stay and who would think a converted drive-in for a KOA site? It was perfect, clean and a great movie.

The campground as a whole and the clubhouse, bathrooms, covered deck area are all very nicely maintained, which all makes for a pleasant stay. However, factoring in the $10 charge for requesting a specific site (have never encountered that fee at any other campground) and the taxes, it comes to $55 per night for the four nights we stayed. I find that to be definitely on the high side.

Host graciously offered to apply our deposit for an unintentional no-show to our night’s stay when we discovered at check-in that we had reserved for the wrong night. As repeat visitors to this park we have always found this to be a pleasant place to stay with very accommodating hosts.

This was my second stay at Sutherlin/Umpqua Valley K.O.A.. I now try to plan my trips up or down the I-5 to include stopping there. The restrooms are large and spacious and immaculately clean. The grounds are neat and well-maintained. The staff is one of the friendliest encountered at a K.O.A.. After-hours check-in could use a little help.

I had to change reservations twice due to some vehicle problems, but it was not a problem at all. Everything was ready when I arrived, and parking site assigned. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

We came to sutherlin to visit family! Everyone came to visit at the koa, and they all had friendly instructions with employees. We were surprised to have a grill, and plenty of seats on the patio! More than what we had expected. The movie nights were wonderful. The fenced In Dog areas were a nice break for our pups..We will stay here again.

The facilities were very well kept up, everything was freshly painted, no weeds, the showers and the bathrooms are very clean. We will be back!!

Just a short distance from I5 if you only need a quick overnight. But far enough away not to hear it and a feeling of being out in the coumtry. Super friendly staff. Check with them to see if there is something scheduled for the big movie screen. They also have a large library of DVD's available for check out. Be sure to look at pictures decorating the walls inside which are in keeping with their movie theme! I'd definitely stay here again!

The park was easy to find. It is located not far off of I5. There is pavement all the way including inside of the park . Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. The interior roads are paved and in good condition . The park is dog friendly having a dedicated green space for them to do their business, there is also a fenced dog park with all the necessities. Our site,64, was a gravel based pull thru that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services 30/50 amp, water and sewer were to the rear left side. Distancing is fair for a rural park. All sites had a fenced privacy barrier along with a concrete patio with table and two chairs. Propane fire pits are available for a fee and delivered to your site. Our site was sloped to the front. Overall the park was well manicured. . There is a huge movie screen (reminiscent of an old drive in movie theater) on site and movies are shown as scheduled) We did not used the park included wifi or cable TV. We were able to find a number of OTA channels. Satellite might be difficult in some sites due to the tree canopy. We did not use the washrooms but checked and found them clean. Ice and some basics are available at the on site general store in the office. There is a well equipped Club House on site as well There are no restaurants or grocery stores within easy walking distance but the city of is a 10 minute drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a good overnighter. We paid $61.92 per night (inc tax) and we feel we received good value. We will be back if in the area again.

This KOA is exceptional! It's clean, quiet, and safe. Showers are hot and restrooms are clean. The tent sites are covered in lush grass that's great to walk on (and great for the dogs too)!
