1. Watson Falls

Watson Falls, known for its looping hiking trail, is a fun outing for the whole family. The moderate trail takes hikers past the 294-foot cascading waters of Watson Falls. 2. Mount Thielsen

Mount Thielsen, situated in the southern part of Oregon's Mount Thielsen Wilderness, is famous for its horned shape and is an outdoor haven. 3. Douglas County Museum of Natural and Cultural History

The Douglas County Museum boasts the largest collection of Oregon's natural history on display and is an educational thing to do with the family. The museum is home to more than 7,500 items that tell visitors about the Umpqua River Valley's rich ancient and contemporary history.

The facility comprises exhibitions, galleries and a gift shop.

Roseburg, Oregon is famous for its award-winning wineries and is a fun thing to do when in the city.
