The staff was very helpful with us. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The staff followed up the next day to make sure that I wasn't having any difficulties.

Great campground! Everyone was friendly and very helpful it’s a great place to stay if you just want to be mellow and relaxed. We stayed for 11 days and didn’t want it to end.

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating but the site was disappointing. The slope was so bad that we didn't have enough levelers to even get it close to level. The water spigot was 30 feet away from the sewer and electric so our hose wouldn't reach and the sewer pipe just had a cap on it so no way to attach to it.

Since you were a walk-in guest, we showed you the two remaining sites available and drove you around so you could see them before making your selection. You chose this particular site after seeing both options. We wish you had let us know about your concerns while you were here. Happy camping!

Wonderful stay. Clean, nice amenities. Kind of wished the cabins had an outside water faucet since the sink is so small but the cabins were very nice. Everyone wants to come there again.

The campsites are clean and well maintained. The children love the playground and the caterpillar tractor rides. The general store has a lot of the basics for when you forget something or run out. The firewood and bags of ice are convenient and reasonable. The bathrooms are clean and not coin showers which is very appreciated. The free wifi was an added bonus since cellular service is spotty.

Nice site. Staff was great. I had a request to fix a site issue and Avery came done within minutes to fix the concern. Very nice

We LOVE this KOA! Already booked for next year! The owners are super personable and very attentive to everyone's needs! It's very well cared for with owners going above and beyond! Thank you for a great stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Very Big tent site allowed enough space for a 15x15 with plenty of extra space nice picnic bench and fire pit perfectly located in walking distance to the ...dun dun dun worst part of the whole camp other than the bugs which are out of their control....THE SHOWER the restrooms and showers are immaculately clean, however they are on septic and the shower water is loaded with SULFER THAT MAKE U GAG!

It’s a beautiful, quiet setting. Great for getting away and relaxing. There are beautiful hiking trails and the Lake Ontario beaches are nearby for things to do.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Clean bath room with times showers that had plenty of hot water. We had a low voltage issue with the electric, told the staff as we left so they know about that. Place id smaller in some ways, easy to get around., close to the Renaissance Faire. Kids had a ball on their playground

Th electrical is bad and all the staff and the owner verified that they know it, but aren't fixing it. We lost power 1-3 times a day and weren't able to use our microwave. And we were lucky if we could use even one a/c. The water was very nasty and smelled horrible. Me and my wife got hives and a rash after showering. It made for a horrible camping trip. I feel robbed for paying as much a I did.

The property is immaculate nice and clean the people that work. There are second to none next level friendly amazing people. My only complaint was the shower. You only get a seven minute shower when everyone else in the place can take as long as they want and my other complaint was the shower was cold no hot water. You don’t need a timer if you’re just gonna have a cold shower.

We installed shower timers in our public facilities to remind people we are on well water and to help us conserve. I do apologize for the cold shower! A breaker had tripped, but we got it fixed ASAP!

Clean campground, friendly staff. We have stayed at many KOA’s and were expecting more amenities for a Holiday. Pool? Lake Access? Cable? Larger store?. Felt like a Journey. Nice getting a weekday discount. Keep up with the improvements.

We understand your disappointment that we do not have a pool, lake access, cable, etc.., but our amenities are listed on our website so guests can determine if our campground is the right fit for their vacation. Happy camping!

It is in a great location to visit the Sterling festival and the state park. Staff is so friendly. Willing to go the extra step. Very Nice park.

We stayed here in October and we're at site 10. It was an absolutely beautiful sight. We were so pleased that when we made the reservation the owner gave us this site. It was absolutely lovely. She was absolutely delightful and kind and cheerful and was always smiling. I can't believe what a difference it makes. When someone is that friendly. She greeted us and she also said goodbye to us when we left. That kind of behavior is so touching and really makes a difference. Because we were there in October there were very few people but are stay was comfortable and appealing. They look like they are doing a lot of work to make the place even better. It is not that big and there are other campgrounds nearby, but we were appreced for 3-day stay to be at this location.

This KOA Holiday is very nice! My family and I went as a party of 3 and we rented a 4 person cabin that had several amenities, including a half bath, microwave, coffee pot, a bunk bed, futon, air conditioner, fire pit, parking spot and a picnic table, just to name a few. The hosts and staff were great, the shop was fun and there are walking trails as well as a rec room and gaming room. An extra perk is how close you are to Lake Ontario (not Lake America) and here you are truly one with nature. When you drive down Juniper hill road the hills and the turns are fun and there's a family with a pickle stand that sells delicious pickles in all kinds of flavors. This place is super kid friendly and has a large playground swings and seesaws and tetherball and provides a safe place to camp and stay. FOR RVs they have a dumping site and all the hookups. Free wifi is also included and has really strong signals. I will rate this amazing gem of a Kampground a solid 5 stars. This is somewhere you can make so many loving memories. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sherstin and April are the most wonderful, caring, understanding, beautiful people we have ever had the joy to enjoy their company. The campground is exquisite. They take great care of the grounds with many new upgrades. They have firewood delivery as well. People on site at all times to handle most needs.
