I have stayed at several KOA Campgrounds. I have to say that Randy at the Starkville KOA went above and beyond to make my stay an amazing experience. He was extremely kind and took care of everything I needed immediately. I will definitely stay at Starkville anytime I'm in the area. Thank you Randy for being so amazing.

It was a quiet place to stay for the weekend. The rates were reasonable. The staff was friendly. The location was easily accessible. It fit our needs for the weekend.

Very nice cabin and grounds. Very clean. Thoughtful amenities. Crisp, tightly-made bed that smelled fresh and clean when I climbed in. Quiet. I'll definitely stay here again late this year or early next when I take another road trip to GA!

The manager of this location is the nicest person I've ever met. He's awesome and very good at running this koa. We will most definitely be back, thank you for the hospitality.

Great checking in process with directions and map with nice general store and easy access to the cabin I rented. Cabin was very clean and nice and comfortable. The manager was really helpful and great to talk with.

Our stay was wonderful! The only reason we didn't give a 10 and a 5 is because in the cabin the "couch" is SO miserable to sit on that it is unusable. Despite the cabin showing signs of wear, we had a great visit. Fortunately for us there had been some rain prior to our coming so the lake wasn't completely dry. Screen porch will hopefully be patched be repaired before mosquito season!

Great management! Thanks for your attention to detail, like turning on the heaters in the cabins before we arrived on a chilly evening. I loved the sunrise and sunset glow over the water, and the sounds of the frogs and the birds. It's a great spot to enjoy nature away from the crowd while visiting the Starkville area. It's an easy 15 minute drive from campus.

From start to finish our stay was perfect!! Randy made the reservation process so easy and accommodating.. The deluxe cabins were very clean and well equipped for a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with Grands and my children!! The firewood available on site made it so easy to build a campfire and make s’mores! The grounds were clean, quiet and well maintained. We will definitely come back.�ϋ�

The Camp is quiet and very peaceful. The cabins were very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice stay and will come to stay again. Randy goes above and beyond to make your stay is comfortable, check in easy and he will make sure you have everything you need. Definitely a nice place to stay.

The manager of the campground was very knowledgeable and always ready to help in anyway. He made sure our cabin was clean & we had what we needed. Just wish the lake had been as pretty this time as it was in the spring. Hopefully one day it will be usable again to add to the stay.

Cabin was just like new. Clean. Very updated and everything we needed. Randy was great in getting us settled in and out. The campgrounds were also clean and quiet. We will definitely be back!!

Reservations were easy to make, checking in was easy. WE really enjoyed out stay and will return for a weekend once they refill the lake so we can enjoy it more.

A very nice country setting KOA! Cabin was very nice, with a added screen patio. Because of location, bugs were a little more than usual. Brought to host attention, and said he would attend to it!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin at this KOA. It was very nice! Full kitchen and shower. I loved the screened in porch. It had a nice view over a lake. Only downfalls to the cabin were that the wifi did not reach to our cabin and the air didn’t get too cool. Highly recommend these cabins and will definitely go back some day!

Our stay in cabin 5 was nice. There were many lethargic wasps inside the screened-in porch. I killed 20 or so of the bugs with a thoughtfully provided fly swatter. A couple more crawled in from the floorboards or edges of the porch. I assume this may be a chronic issue that is partially remedied by possible use of insecticide or an electronic device. Further controls may be needed.

Randy was very gracious and helpful. In spite of the cold weather we experienced, the cabin was warm and inviting. We will come here again when our travels include Mississippi!

We loved our stay at Starkville KOA. The nicest cabins we’ve ever stayed in at a KOA. We especially loved the little coffee bar. A nice, quiet place to spend the night and Randy was super nice.

This was our first time staying her and we stayed in the cabin. It was perfect for a football weekend. The college kids loved coming out to eat burgers, play cornhole, sit by the fire and roast marshmallows. We will definitely be back.
