Couples Cabin was good for a short stay. Commode needs some attention and bedside lamp needs a new shade. Other than that, all was good. Randy was very helpful and nice.

Wifi and a lake were advertised but when we got down there the lake was closed off and you couldn’t connect to the wifi unless you were a foot away from the router

We have stayed there several times and always enjoy it! Clean, nice cabins that are close to town where our daughter lives. Randy is always accommodating and helpful!

This is definitely our preferred place to stay when we are in Starkville to visit our daughter. The cabins are clean, the beds are comfy and the campground as a whole is very well kept and orderly. It's 100 times better than staying in a stuffy hotel.

I have stayed at several KOA Campgrounds. I have to say that Randy at the Starkville KOA went above and beyond to make my stay an amazing experience. He was extremely kind and took care of everything I needed immediately. I will definitely stay at Starkville anytime I'm in the area. Thank you Randy for being so amazing.

It was a quiet place to stay for the weekend. The rates were reasonable. The staff was friendly. The location was easily accessible. It fit our needs for the weekend.

Very nice cabin and grounds. Very clean. Thoughtful amenities. Crisp, tightly-made bed that smelled fresh and clean when I climbed in. Quiet. I'll definitely stay here again late this year or early next when I take another road trip to GA!

The manager of this location is the nicest person I've ever met. He's awesome and very good at running this koa. We will most definitely be back, thank you for the hospitality.

Great checking in process with directions and map with nice general store and easy access to the cabin I rented. Cabin was very clean and nice and comfortable. The manager was really helpful and great to talk with.

Our stay was wonderful! The only reason we didn't give a 10 and a 5 is because in the cabin the "couch" is SO miserable to sit on that it is unusable. Despite the cabin showing signs of wear, we had a great visit. Fortunately for us there had been some rain prior to our coming so the lake wasn't completely dry. Screen porch will hopefully be patched be repaired before mosquito season!

Great management! Thanks for your attention to detail, like turning on the heaters in the cabins before we arrived on a chilly evening. I loved the sunrise and sunset glow over the water, and the sounds of the frogs and the birds. It's a great spot to enjoy nature away from the crowd while visiting the Starkville area. It's an easy 15 minute drive from campus.

From start to finish our stay was perfect!! Randy made the reservation process so easy and accommodating.. The deluxe cabins were very clean and well equipped for a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with Grands and my children!! The firewood available on site made it so easy to build a campfire and make s’mores! The grounds were clean, quiet and well maintained. We will definitely come back.�ϋ�

The Camp is quiet and very peaceful. The cabins were very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice stay and will come to stay again. Randy goes above and beyond to make your stay is comfortable, check in easy and he will make sure you have everything you need. Definitely a nice place to stay.

The manager of the campground was very knowledgeable and always ready to help in anyway. He made sure our cabin was clean & we had what we needed. Just wish the lake had been as pretty this time as it was in the spring. Hopefully one day it will be usable again to add to the stay.

Reservations were easy to make, checking in was easy. WE really enjoyed out stay and will return for a weekend once they refill the lake so we can enjoy it more.

A very nice country setting KOA! Cabin was very nice, with a added screen patio. Because of location, bugs were a little more than usual. Brought to host attention, and said he would attend to it!

We stayed one night at this KOA while visiting Mississippi State University. The park is located just down the road from the campus. Perfect location. The park does look a little rundown. It looks like they had quite a lake resort at one point, but all of the lake features are closed now. Some of the grass was a little overgrown and things just look like they need a little TLC. The managers were all very nice. The price is also quite good for a KOA. It's a good place to stay in visiting the campus, but not really a destination park anymore.

Great Stay! If you like a “camping vibe” or if you aren't from this area and want to feel like you are experiencing Mississippi nature, this is your spot. The abundance of trees, birds and sky views made our time here very enjoyable. We saw eagles by the lake several times. Fireflies filled the tree line at night. Randy was friendly and offered local knowledge. He also let us know the area was extremely secure and he was always available if we needed anything. Note to owners: maybe an update to showers and bathrooms Better “filling mud hole” solutions Keep Randy. Thank you for offering this amazing spot to the public.

It's super cute here!! Too bad the county can't reopen the water, so the water slides can be used. Beautiful park. The campground host lives on-site, and he is really helpful. We enjoyed our stay while we waited to get in Tiffin to repair our coach.
