Grounds are always well kept, fire pits are cleaned out. Randy and the team are always helpful and accomodating.

Satisfied with our RV spot. Noted many trees with dead limbs/tops that could damage RVs. Cabins in need of attention also. Will come back but do not want to be in spots with dead limbs/tree tops.

The Camp is quiet and very peaceful. The cabins were very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice stay and will come to stay again. Randy goes above and beyond to make your stay is comfortable, check in easy and he will make sure you have everything you need. Definitely a nice place to stay.

The manager of the campground was very knowledgeable and always ready to help in anyway. He made sure our cabin was clean & we had what we needed. Just wish the lake had been as pretty this time as it was in the spring. Hopefully one day it will be usable again to add to the stay.

Wasn’t aware the lake had been drained. Maybe it was mentioned on the website, but I didn’t see it.

This is the best KOA we have ever stayed in. Very well maintained. Very nice to have level concrete pad. Randy was very attentive, pleasant, and courteous at check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Quite, well maintained campground. Randy the camp host was most hospitable and made our stay very enjoyable. Got to see the 2 eagles fly across the old lake bed to their nest.

Randy was just super!! I was on the road two hours away and called, but couldn’t talk right then. Randy called me back and set me up at a campsite for the night! My number showed up as I camped there a week ago. To me that was going beyond kind!!! Thanks Randy!!

Randy was awesome. Set us up in a great tent site with power. Delivered free fire wood to our site Bathroom and showers very clean.

Last minute call for a reservation. Gentleman was extremely nice and helpful. Told me to head on over and he would have everything ready by the time I got there...that was a blessing. We used the laundry and showers. All was very clean and well maintained. Next time I know I'm going to be anywhere close to Starkville, I will book a reservation for sure.

This was our first stay and we had a great weekend with wonderful weather. Randy and staff were quick to take care of a breaker that had gone out so that we were powered up and ready.

We arrived later than we expected, but Randy had our campsite information waiting for us. As we were getting set up (in the rain no less), he stopped by our site to make sure everything was what we expected and asked if there was anything he could help us with. We have stayed here twice, in different camping spots, in a travel trailer. We will stay here again soon.

We definitely enjoyed our visit to this KOA and Randy is great to help and make sure we have what we need. My only issue was when we were trying to make the reservation I almost didn’t go there because the reservation sight is misleading. I finally called only because it said partial availability. I understand the reason with football season but if it just said call for reservations.

Very clean and quiet campground. Cabin was clean. When the lake is full again will be a great place to hang out. Would definitely recommend.

Overall appearance and upkeep is much from when we stayed in 2021. We like the location for its easy access to town and MSU, and it is in a quiet and peaceful campground. The manager, Randy, gets five stars for making you feel welcome and for doing such a great job at this KOA.

Stopped in after hours and owner met us at our site to make sure we were ok. Sites are level, campground was quite and facilities were clean. Will stay here again.

Site slab too short to get toad off the road and onto site without front of Motorhome going off the level part of the site slab. Too bad lake was drained for Dam repair. Otherwise all else good.

Came in for the game. Easy check in. Spot was level and shaded. Not too tight so easy to back in. Everything worked well. Bath house was clean and handy. Overall, a great experience.

Cabin was just like new. Clean. Very updated and everything we needed. Randy was great in getting us settled in and out. The campgrounds were also clean and quiet. We will definitely be back!!

This is the place for peace and quiet. Unless a football game is in town. But the grounds are well kept and the staff is phenomenal! Yes the lake is still dry but KOA can’t fix that! We stay there often.

The campground was nice but what really made it nice was the manager, Randy! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one!

Everything about this campground is amazing except for one issue. We stay in lot 14 and when it rains, you can forget sitting outside your camper under the awning. There is a lake that forms and holds water. There is no place for the water to go. The last two times we’ve camped there, it has been a mess. Most other spots aren’t affected but lot 14 is nearly useless. The groundskeeper is amazin

Very helpful hosts. Level lot. Easy in and. out. Very quiet. Some sites have a little shade, others do not, but that is typical for the area.

The reservation process was simple thanks to Randy, the manager on site! He made himself available if needed at all and checked out as several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. And that it was! The deluxe cabins were clean, cozy and well equipped with everything we needed! The firewood on site allowed us to build campfires each night, and have s'mores and make memories with our grands and children! The campground was quiet, clean, and well-maintained! We will definitely be back as soon as we can get there
