Stay was good. However, no one was at the office (around 3:30 pm) and all of the after hours envelopes were for full hookup sites suited to large RVs. Only one seemed to have 30 am. I have a van, and I cannot use sewer (I have a dry flush toilet that bags its waste). I needed and would liked to have had a van site. All but one seemed to be available, but not to me. Hence, no perfect score.

Check in staff member had very poor attitude, was rude and more of showing she was in charge . Not welcoming at all. Very poor is how I rate her service. I suggested being in the service part of the business was not a good fit. I’ve stayed here for years and because of her will probably never come back. Amy is a poor choice with very little chance of increasing your business.

Nice for a work location but the music from the pool was awful. You come in from working all day and they have the music blasting and you can't sit outside and just be quiet.

Only stayed one night on a stop over but it was conveniently located and had all the amenities you would need.

We enjoyed ourselves, and the KOA quality was there, but I felt a difference this time. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it felt like the staff was a little distanced from the guests, compared to other stays, and we’ve been staying here for 5 years. No one was rude or disrespectful, but I felt a bit of a difference. Still, we will be back.

Awesome stay. We got an ideal spot especially since we had the grandkids with us. Close to the pool and playground. Didn’t use the laundry but bathroom/showers were well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rec halls were awesome

Cabin 1 AC Unit could not cool room even when 70 degrees outside, bed bug infestation in cabin 1, seen on a review from march but it was too late, we were already eat up. They were all over our stuff and us, we threw everything in the trash, told staff and they reimbursed us for a hotel down the road and our koa booking Found red mites as well. Staff was friendly but didn't know about bed bugs.

The people at the park were very helpful and friendly. The park was clean and well kept, but it is NOT a $70 a night campground; more like a $45 a night stay. Gravel sites with a concrete picnic table pad, with thin grass between sites.

Stayed 6/5-6/9 in cabin 2. One bedroom, full bath, Living room, kitchenette and bunk beds, 2 TV’s, and a Loveseat. All linens have been provided. The cabin was comfortable with a AC unit. The staff is very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues that we had. We would recommend this campground without hesitation.

This is a great KOA. Well maintained, with large pull through sites. Most sites have concrete patios and some even have fire pits. Plenty of outdoor activities like horse shoes and a nice pool. The staff was very friendly and the price was good.

Welcomed by a friendly staff. Both gals smiling and helpful. My cabin was fantastic. very comfortable bed, perfect bathroom. Everyone on staff great. Hoping my group will plan another event at this Starke location again in the fall. Barb Martin

Had a great time with great weather. Only issue was the cabin wasn’t very clean. Bedding had dog hair all over it. I understand it’s a pet friendly room however the bedspread should have been changed. We also had no Wi-Fi. We were told it was because of metal roof however last year in the same cabin we had no issues.

Came to this KOA for a 1 night stay and was very happy with our choice. Easy in and out for big rigs towing. Nice pool, bathrooms, laundry, K9 Dog park. Well maintained and landscaping was pristine. Site 72. Very long asphalt pad and we didn't have to unhook to park and set up. FHU and very level. Plenty of grass between sites. Didn't feel cramped at all. And large mature trees everywhere for shade. Amy in the office was our first contact and she was happy to help us. She picked a different site for us where we didn't have to unhook our tow being so long. Site 72 was perfect for us. Easy in and out! We would highly recommend this KOA!
