Travelers arriving on I-15 north or south will take exit 16 for State Route 9, then continue 1 mile. Turn left at the first light onto Old Highway 91. Drive 4 miles to KOA. Travelers arriving on State Route 9 from the east will pass through Hurricane, then turn right onto Old Highway 91. KOA is 4 miles on your right. Other routes are closed for road construction that is supervised by the local water conservancy, which is not reporting closures. DO NOT DEPEND ON YOUR GPS!
