Campground is very nice. Well kept. 2 areas for dogs was good. Bathrooms were a little dated. They could use an upgrade. Was not able to sleep much because of the freeway so close by and got up with a headache due to it.

Great location but very run down property. Not up to par with the other koa's I've been to. None of the amenities were working or in a condition to be used. Whole place could use some help in the way of cleaning and maintenence. As long as you are only planning to sleep there it's really not a bad choice.

Pool is cold. Showers are cold, if you’re lucky enough to have a shower head. Mini golf is shut down. There are no amenities.

We really enjoyed it! The bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed pickle ball, a campfire and ping-pong at the clubhouse.

Camp sites are small , rocky. Washrooms are okay, showers were good but the doors are very squeaky. One toilet in the women's washroom was constantly running and would not flush. The washrooms were clean and the view is nice. The location suited our needs as it is close to Zion and Snow Canyon.

people were friendly. But needs some investment. Club house is dated and missing equipment. Bathrooms were ok. Nasty dried out pond next to it needs attention. Bad.

The lights next to the tent were ridiculous.. it was daylight all night long..after checking with our neighbor, we unscrewed the light bulb

The site in general retained it's normal high level, though the men's bathroom seemed a little worse for wear with a variety of things broken including a urinal that ran the whole time in spite of my reporting it. Feels like this space could use some serious TLC. Also not sure why there's no playground anymore? Staff was very friendly as usual.

Great spot to base camp and go to Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon. A little noisy at night from highway but not bad. Staff are friendly and site is clean.

Made a reservation a day prior to tent camp and ended up getting in late. One of the ladies that took care of our reservation left us some kickstand pads for our motorcycles. It was a nice gesture after a 7 hour ride

The stay was good but the experience I have had with management since has been beyond subpar. The laundromat at the site was not functioning properly. Per staff recommendation, I purchased a laundry card that did not remedy the issue and have yet to even get a response to multiple emails requesting a refund.

Not what we expected. It was more of a parking lot…a very crowded one…than a camping spot. We were trying to ease a friend into camping by using a KOA and we were very disappointed. Did not stay the night.

The staff was AMAZING. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The campground is run down. The staff does a great job trying to make it, but I feel they are understaffed. I did have a nice hot shower. The bathrooms are clean, just run down. A little paint and simple fixes would make the place way nicer. I felt super safe and the camp sites were nice. Some tents site w/o shade, but nice.

The bathrooms were very dirty and a long with that for five nights the hot water didn't work. Even the mini golf course that is supposedly there is all torn up. Nothing was mentioned before booking or even 24 hours before booking. I was locked in when the workers told me at the front desk. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT A KOA. Getting charged pretty much the full amount seems like stealing.

No hot water for the showers and the camp sites are too close together. I talked to two other people and they said they were there for five days and there was no hot water either! So for almost ten days no hot water! The same two people said that there was no hot water a year ago as well. I was told by the lady at the check-in desk that the mother board went bad and they were waiting for a new one

First, there was no hot water for showers, and no discount because of it. We had a tent site and obviously no other means to shower. Also, at 4 pm when we checked in, the bathroom was already a disaster, extremely dirty and gross.

We always stay here during the Huntsman Games, two weeks. Staff is great and tent sites are great! This year was a little different, we had no hot showers. The boiler was broke the whole time! Other than that, great place for tent camping!!!!

We checked in around 6:45 PM and the office was already closed. We were able to get checked in at the late arrival station, but were disappointed that the tent campsites were so close to each other. About 1/3 of the showers were out of order or were missing/had damaged doors. The neighbors were respectful, but amenities were lacking compared to other KOAs we've stayed at before.

The staff was awesome and very friendly. The site was very clean and the layout was great. The staff also was very communicative when it was discovered the city needed to shut the water off temporarily for road construction. the only downside was that the internet was so slow it wouldn't work from about 10:00pm until 6:00 am for the 3 nights I was there. I was there for work so that was tough.

No hot water in the showers. Deceiving sign on the door stating the plumber is looking for the part when in reality the boiler has been out of service for months. Carcamping would be ok; however, if you’re tent camping be prepared to not sleep on the first night given the location being off the highway or construction work going on during the weekdays. Ongoing sewer smell near the tent sites

Most of my complaints are not KOA 's responsibility, however...Hot water was non-existent. Way too crowded. Loud nighttime neighbors. Way too hot.

There was no hot water and it seems like an excuse that has been posted for a longer time about fixing it. The mini golf course unusable. The club house too hot to stay and play for too long. The horseshoe and pickleball in an unshaded area too hot to play during the day. The pool was nice. The place just needs some TLC. With so many unusable amenities there should've been a discount.

Your facility should not be a koa. Filthy bathrooms. Dirty laundry room. Cigarette butts left in campsite. COCKROACHES in bathroom and at site. Let’s talk about the cold showers. I have now read the reviews and know this has been going on for months but you led us to believe this was a new problem. Have stayed in many koas. All nice. You should be ashamed. Sadly you are not. That says everything

Die Sanitäranlagen sollten öfter gereinigt werden und die Pissoars dollten auch funktionieren. Leider war nichts davon der Fall. Für US$ 50 pro Nacht kann ich das erwarten.

Although the staff was great this KOA is totally not up to KOA standards. With as much revenue as this KOA generates, more can be put into maintaining it and fixing it up. This property is disgraceful. Mini golf all torn up. Campsite lights all broken, electric meters broken and hanging down, no hot water ( don’t wait for parts! Replace the boiler!!!!) The pool was cloudy and debris all over it.

DISGUSTING. the entire campsite was infested with cockroaches, even the unlocked and free to the public bathroom was infested. don’t believe me? walk around at night with a flashlight… they’re EVERYWHERE. unclean and infested.

The campground has a beautiful view. Unfortunately, there is a busy freeway between you and the view, and that noise doesn’t stop all night. The facilities otherwise just seem old and run down. The bathrooms were clean and the location was helpful for our trip.

This is the worst KOA I have ever experienced. To even hold the name of a KOA is embarrassing. First the (premium) tent site I paid extra for was far from it. The tent pad was supposed to be sand but instead was gravel and on the side of a washed out . The bathrooms were filthy and most the toilets were out of order. Finally the swimming pool was covered. Went to a hotel instead and didn’t stay.

After reading reviews I was concerned, but pleasantly surprised. It was a neat, clean campground, only normal outside bugs. Pool fixed day 2, clean and refreshing. Very nice game room and laundry. Using the card was confusing but worked. I wish they would have had pool sticks for the pool table though!

We pulled in after hours. They have a pretty good after hours set up with a clipboard of available campsites depending on the size of your rig. I stayed here before several years ago on my way to Yellowstone. Campsites were reasonable. Bathrooms were clean with good hot water. Although the place was clean, it's too bad that it seems to lack some upkeep and/or updating. It's a great location. Quiet. I would stay here again.

Minimal road noise and staff was friendly upon check-in. This KOA is on a hill so you will most likely need leveling blocks. There is a KOA Kamp K9 for the dogs. The park backs up to a large hillside and you can see the beautiful red sandstone in the other direction. Lots of trees in a picnic table too. Sites were a little crowded, especially for larger rigs.
