Stayed in the camping deluxe cabin. Smoke alarm went off after 10:00 with no chirping warning. Got up and it stopped. Checked outlets, stove, etc. then it went off at 3:00 am and never stopped! Climbed on chairs to disarm all three. Walked down to do laundry to find no soap and no ability to get a digital coin to use the machine because the dispensers were out. It’s very run down.

You should be ashamed to call yourself a KOA. In our opinion, you do not meet KOA's standards. The process of doing laundry, is ridiculous. The cabins are not clean, yet you want us to leave a tip. The office/store is only open from 10:30am - 5 pm, so we have to adjust our time out vacationing when we need something from a staff member. Your business remains open because of the KOA name.

Great views. Very clean park. Great water pressure. 1/2" gap under door, a/c remote batteries dead, stairs tilt, bracket on bed frame sticks out, refrigerator door needs reversed for easier access.

Our cabin bathroom smelled of rotten eggs sulfur. Lady at the front desk was nice about it and gave a small refund but couldn’t move us to another cabin or fix the problem unfortunately. KOA itself is not the nicer one we have stayed at location has no shade hot dusty and the pool was closed on a hot week of weather. Front desk was nice so stars for that only

We loved the cabin which was clean, tidy, and had every amenity we could wish for. Better than a hotel! We also appreciated the late check-in & early checkout options. They only drawback was that when we needed to ask an important question at checkout, the office employee did not show up until 10 AM when the office hours were listed at 9 AM.

While staff was nice, the cabin needs serious attention. Fitted sheets were soiled, fine sand covered the floor, and there was a mouse underneath—a pest control issue. The shower had no soap. Common areas were dusty during renovation. picnic table was missing. These cleanliness and maintenance problems don't match the full price paid.

The k3 cabin has too much light coming in at night with the wood blinds only installed. The facility has installed string lighting in front of the porch with no way to turn them off at night. Install blackout curtains across all the windows under the bed to help with getting the room dark enough for sleeping.

Great location, beautiful park, cabin was very nice and cozy! Only problems we had were horrible Wi-Fi service and cell service. Also, the cabin shower had very little water pressure. Otherwise nice location close to parks!

Beautiful KOA location, the cabin was perfect. The pool is always great for my kids; they did not mind that it was a little chilly. The only thing that could be improved is the cookware (pots&pans) could be replaced. They are Teflon and in pretty bad shape; luckily, I brought my own stainless pot and pan to be able to cook.

Nice place conveniently located on I15 outside Hurricane, UT. Friendly staff, clean Cabin, albeit a little on the small side. Very clean and excellent pricing compared to some of the other offerings close to Zion National Park. My wife and I can highly recommend this nice KOA!

Location was great. Staff were awesome. The bed was less than satisfactory. The sheets didn't stay on and the mattress rolled everything to the middle. There was really nowhere in the room to sit that was comfortable. It would have been nice to have a clock in the room and some tissues. The view was beautiful.

Beautiful scenery. Cabin is adorable, but some things could have used some attention. Kids enjoyed the pool. Just not much there like other KOA locations. The lake down the road is fee based, but again everything was out of order, so we walked the shoreline.

It was difficult to find anyone working there. We stopped by the store/office twice, both times the door was locked and nobody was working. Sign on the door said they didn’t open until 11am but by then, we were out for the day. The miniature golf didn’t look like it was usable so that was a bummer. The grounds were well maintained. Nice little campground. Pool was small, but kids enjoyed and they loved the pickleball. Our TVs did not work and neither did clubhouse TVs. Putt putt golf needs work; one of the staff was so helpful and made sure our kids got the game equipment they needed before office closed each night!

We had a great 2 night stay in a deluxe cabin. TV’s are being updated and didn’t work but it didn’t detract from the stay. AC was fabulous and beds super comfortable. We used the laundry facilities which are cashless which was great. The pool was also great fun for our son. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We really liked this KOA and they are working on upgrading many of the facilitie

You all went over the top when you called me to let me know that I left my small backpack with my Kindle and medications there! Bless you all for then shipping them back to me (several states away)!! On July 3, 2025, I arrived at Grand Canyon KOA to stay in teepee #3 for my birthday. The teepee’s severe odor made it uninhabitable. Staff, aware of the issue, offered no alternatives or apology, and I had to request a refund. Left without lodging during a busy weekend, I incurred significant costs for alternative accommodations. As a disabled veteran and loyal KOA customer, I feel disrespected.

The stay was good. Room was comfortable. I was frustrated that despite the tv being advertised as having local channels that there was virtually no service connected. Sense it was not a smart tv I could not stream either. I did how ever purchase a Roku from the local Walmart and use that to connect my phone. Was told by staff that they are in the process of replacing the TVs with smart TVs.

The amenities are nice for a KOA Journey. The place is clean and well laid out. The camp sites in the back are a bit sloped but fine. The staff was very nice. The views are amazing. This is southern Utah, it is hard to be somewhere that does not have a nice view down here.

Clean restrooms, Nice pool, and dog park. Checking after hours was very simple, a map with assigned site was labeled with guest name. KOA had a great view, sunrise and sunset. Location of the KOA to nearby attractions and restaurants was great, however too close to highway and all the traffic noise was hard to ignore while trying to sleep. Tent sites had a sand pad where the tent goes on top, however, tent sites were extremely close to each other. Campsites are better suited to other RVrs vs tent campers.

Great campground. Very nice staff in office. Pull thru spot was perfect. No issues leveling. Cannot beat the views. No traffic noise. Will definitely be back!!
