People were friendly enough but the location is nothing special and it just doesn't match other KOAs in terms of things to do. Virtually nothing in terms of food and nothing is walkable.

The sites are small, the showers were not very clean, and the only thing to do is swim in the pool… which is supposed to be open until 8 or so but they closed early at 5 with no explanation. Other than that the campground was clean and maintained just fine.

Check in was weird as we arrived and office was closed mid afternoon for an hour so we had to wait an hour in lot in 90 degree heat for staff to open for check in. Fellow campers were loud and obnoxious opening and closing trailer and truck doors until after midnight and highway road noise was over the top so sleep was even more a challenge. Felt sorry for tent campers. No shade. Out in direct sun

Friendly team, nice grounds, warm pool (we don’t like cold pools!) We’ve camped here before and will come back again the next time we’re in the area. My kids and I loved all the amenities, pool, pickleball court, and games in the clubhouse!

Electrical issues/blackouts caused serious issues in my RV. Even the surge protector got fried. Cost me $150 in parts & labor (Sunday) to repair before we could use the RV again. Staff was courteous and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at St. George/Hurricane KOA. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly, professional, and accomodating.

The woman who checked us in( ?Kirstin) went way out of her way. The first site she assigned was too steep to level our truck camper. She came over and led us to three more sites until one worked. Really amazing customer service!!!

The staff here is exceptional - friendly and helpful. In late May, Hurricane is very hot. There is little shade in the campground. The wi fi does not work well at all. I have my own and it did not do well either. The pool needed better cleaning with all the cottonwood fluff from the trees. The laundry is a reasonable, fair price but some struggles with the dryers working properly.

The park is nice and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Would be nice to have faster wifi and the camp site had fox tails which are not pet friendly.

No fire pit at the site, couldn’t cook our Dutch oven dinner. Only 1 picnic table for our 2 families. Swimming pool closed at 7:00, even though it was still warm and light outside so our grandkids were disappointed. Only 1 bathroom for the whole campground so couldn’t use for 2 hours while being cleaned

Lots of amenities, but they’re currently needing repairs. Keep plugs in your sinks if hooking up, the order from sewage is pretty strong. Saw some roaches outside as well. In general, good site; staff could be a little more friendly.

I've stayed here twice now and both times haven't been good. The pull through site I was assigned had was the TINY and the least level site I've ever seen at a KOA, it was VERY off-level. Maybe I wouldn't mind as much if I were going to be staying there for some time, but since it was only a night, I had to unhook my vehicle and spend time leveling only to waste the same time in the morning.

Restroom which you only had one wasn’t cleaned enough for the amount of people that use it. Men’s toilet was plugged up. Showers were not clean. General maintenance has not been completed. We were coming from Las Vegas and had to pass the Rv Park on the freeway only to have to double back through steep grades almost missing this very small KOA sign hidden behind the bushes. We stopped in at the office as required. The woman said we could try to fit in inside 22. If not come back we called three days ago, so there should’ve been plenty of notice of where we could fit.. No food

The only good thing was the staff was friendly. Facility is old and run down. Bathrooms were dirty. When went to shower, dirty and soap particles still in the same place. Sites very unlevel. Tree roots above ground making trip hazards.

Nice KOA camp. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we left, my husband dropped his keys and didn’t know it until 84 miles down the road. When we called the office and asked them if they would go look at our site for them. They called me back and I described them to a T. We turned around went back and picked up our keys. We appreciated what they did for us.

I can’t believe KOA has their name on this place. Everything was rundown. Bathrooms were filthy, had a dead cockroach as proof for 3 days they were never being cleaned. The pool was supposed to be open until 10:00 but was shut down at 5:00ish each night. Pictures on website must have been 10 years old because the golf, pickleball court, and other amenities are all in terrible condition now.

Great views, close to the parks. Needs updated. Staff was very rude to customers at the pool. Why it closes at 6pm is just crazy, when it's hot out.

Friendly staff, clean campground. Last time I was here I drove off without my wheel chocks. When I checked in, they went to the shop and returned them to me. Thank you! Always a good experience.

We had a good visit. Wish the pool had been open on our first day after 5 since we had been hiking until about 5:30. All of the facilities were clean and worked well.

While the facilities were pretty good, we were placed in a tiny site where the next-door neighbor with their slide was literally less than 2 feet away from my rig. And while I understand, putting us in a smaller site because we have a small teardrop, they were plenty of other sites available. I can submit pictures.

Pool was closed at 4.45pm, and guests using the pool were kicked out. Didn't reopen until 10.45am as we we leaving. We saw 3 late arrivals head to use the pool and were disappointed it was closed. Also large rigs with wide slide outs were put next to each other, we had less than 8 inches between slide outs. Sites are not level, if you're not used to leveling your rig you'll be busy.

You see, none of my friends nor family and I had a conversation about your campground and we likely will not. Thus my answer. This is a great campsite. Near parks and attractions. Great baths and showers. Some sites with trees which is not usual in this area. Too cold to try the pool. Scenery is amazing.

The amenities are nice for a KOA Journey. The place is clean and well laid out. The camp sites in the back are a bit sloped but fine. The staff was very nice. The views are amazing. This is southern Utah, it is hard to be somewhere that does not have a nice view down here.

Clean restrooms, Nice pool, and dog park. Checking after hours was very simple, a map with assigned site was labeled with guest name. KOA had a great view, sunrise and sunset. Location of the KOA to nearby attractions and restaurants was great, however too close to highway and all the traffic noise was hard to ignore while trying to sleep. Tent sites had a sand pad where the tent goes on top, however, tent sites were extremely close to each other. Campsites are better suited to other RVrs vs tent campers.

Great campground. Very nice staff in office. Pull thru spot was perfect. No issues leveling. Cannot beat the views. No traffic noise. Will definitely be back!!
